Walked in and took awhile to get attended too, when they helped us the girl in the front was screaming at the girl in the back about a jacket. The girl taking the order was on FaceTime while taking my order and just had a stank ass attitude as if she hated her job. They didn't have lids and we asked for some they had attitude. And to top it off- the person at the window delivering my FOOD is not wearing gloves during this COVID-19 pandemic. Only the cashier was wearing gloves. Extremely rude customer service. Not once but several times. The first time I received extreme attitude when asking for another bbq because I only received one that I was supposed to make last for 20 nuggets. Second time when I pulled up the guy taking my order literally greeted me with "whatchu want?" The last and final time because I will not be returning the guy giving me my order was extremely rude and when I tried discussing his attitude with him he shut the door on my face saying "I don't have time for this". This place doesn't deserve a star at all!!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced!! The kid at the window charged me incorrectly. Put the $ in the drawer and called someone else. After 15 minutes of waiting in the drive thru I asked for my $ back and wanted to return the food. They still igored me. They were so very rude and when the lady finally did give me my $ and i asked for her name she slammed the window shut and walked away!!! I was even on the phone with the phone number listed to file formal complaint. All the workers were very young and they need an adult manager on site yo over see their behaviors!!!! read more

This is hands down the worst Wendy's I've ever visited. I live just down the road so I visit often and it's just laughable what the manager/owner allows to go on. The store has got to be one of the only not remodeled and still has the 90's appearance, the lighting on the exterior of the building still doesn't work after a year, the menu board is still displaying promotions which haven't been available since November, the staff does half ass work lowering the quality of the food. It's like this store is a ship without a captain. I have had issues here for a year, and still waiting for Corporate to step in. I once waited in the drive through for 20 minutes, one by one drivers would drive away from the store, one I got to the board I waited and prompted to be assisted, no one answered. I drove up to the window to see the two employees on their phones, and when I told them I had been waiting they told me the intercom is not working and their POS systems were down. When I told them people were waiting in a line they told me "That's not our problem and the manager isn't here to do anything about it". So yea, it's a joke! read more

It's unfortunate to have a place run with horrible customer service and this is one of them. From coworkers littering out the drive through window to chit chatting with a friend who cut in front of all the cars in the drive through to get "free" food. I complained and what we got in response were stale nuggets and old cold fries. I work in customer service and understand that we all have bad days but that doesn't excuse a person from being completely unprofessional and uncaring about the kind of service they are giving out to customers. read more

This is your average Wendy's. Here you can get 99 cent chili, 99 cent baked potatoes, 99 cent chciken nuggets, etc. Wendy's usually has the fastest drive thru's arround. So if you need cheap food fast this is your place. Last time I went they only had one drive thru window open. So that slowed things just sightly. read more

Apparently taking drive through orders and putting honey mustard in a bag is really really really really really really difficult for some people. Well, this is just another Wendy's. However, the service was great. The people seemed very sweet instead the 'I hate my job and life' attitude that is so common in the fast food industry. Get the frosty key chain for a dollar and enjoy a frosty each time you go! Definitely worth the small price with summer coming up! read more

With two kids sometimes you have to order dinner on the go. Twice my son ordered spicy chicken nuggets and we got regular nuggets. No problem. Completely unaware of this, I went through this Wendy's, ordered and once at the window realized I forgot my wallet. Although there was a group of workers(including a manager) just talking to each other and even acknowledged us (the manager even pointed towards our direction) but no one decided to take action until a worker name Gary came. Although Gary was working in the back he saw that we were not being helped. He continued to take our order and apologized for the wait even though it wasn't his direct fault. Gary professionalism gives me hope that this fast foot joint won't get shut down due to horrible customer service. The price advertised on the menu for the Jr Bacon Cheeseburger is $3.59, but those fools tried to tell me it was ringing up as $3.89 with tax. My receipt shows $3.89 before tax, and tax on a separate line like any other receipt. Not only did they mess up no mayo, but the girl was scratching her wig then handed me my burger. I was willing to let it go since it was wrapped, and she didn't make my food. When I came back up to inform the manager that he will want to change the price listed due to that's not the price with tax. The cashier said "Good Lord" loomiyng right at me. Then walked to steps toward me, then offered assistance, as if I couldn't hear her two steps away. When I told her tax was separate from the $3.89 I was charged, and suggested changing the menu. I was about to walk away when she said, that's for my manager. He was pretty nice but he didn't at first want to hear me, just give me the change difference, but he understood I was trying to just tell him it makes them look bad when they think giving a false answer will justify not taking steps to correct the problem. read more
