This Tuesday, the first 30k Rewards Members got $1 Diablo Dusted Crispy Chicken Nuggets. I was one of the first 30K (you have to have your finger right on the app at 4:00pm to be one of the first). These all-white premium chicken nuggets feature a crunchy tortilla chip breading coated in a spicy "Diablo Dust" (a dry seasoning based on their hottest sauce). They are available in 5-piece or 10-piece orders with dipping sauces. The 5-piece is normally $4.49, so $1 is quite a deal. It gave me a chance to try them, and I'll definitely order again. Dipping Sauces include Hidden Valley Diablo Ranch, Bell Sauce, or Jalapeño Honey Mustard. I chose the Bell Sauce. It had a nice kick to accompany the nuggets. The cashier advised me to eat them with a fork, because the Diablo dust can scatter. I must say, I am astonished seeing the super negative reviews here. I have been doing dine-in at this location for over a year now. My first ever visit was the Drive-through as I was moving to the area, I was greeted with, "Welcome to the best Taco Bell in Texas can I start your special order?", WOW, I have been testing this location ever since. They are human and I watch them treat everybody with complete, generous, and kind courtesy. I know them by name because they are friendly and caring. Val is always on top of it at full speed. Wayne, Romeo, Chris, etc. All making it happen. My food is always on point, exactly as ordered, and my special twists, are exactly as ordered. I give them an accumulative 92% out of 100% The dining area is kept clean and wiped down, which invites you to return. This is a fast-paced location so being human, they catch back up by working hard, breaking when possible, and topping things off even when they would rather rest. You should be ashamed of yourselves each and every single time I have come here it is at least a 20 minute wait to even get helped... The employees are all running around like bees because each one of them is doing the job of three people because you refuse to hire more people. Let me start off by saying we are those annoying people who customize all their food to remove the dairy & meat. We've come here on multiple occasions and not only do they nail the order with 100% accuracy, but they are also so nice. They even noticed that my wife forgot to sub out meat for beans on one of her items and they checked with us beforehand. That is going above and beyond in my opinion for customer service and i wanted to let them know how much I appreciate them. read more

Let me just start by saying this is the worst Taco Bell drive thru that I've ever been to. We placed an online order over an hour ago and have been in the drive thru line for over 45 mins. There was MAYBE at most 5 cars in front of us and when we got to the window, the employee shut the window in our faces, clocked out and drove away before ever even getting our food. The second employee to come help us about 5 mins later told us to pull up and then reverse back to the window for no reason then also disappeared. Now we're on our THIRD employee, over an hour since we have been in line. And this all happened on a Monday. So I don't care how far you have to drive. Don't ever come here. Highly recommend any other Taco Bell location before you go to this one. I went inside only to be ignored by the employees (even being the only customer inside the store) I proceeded to wait and watch as the employees just continued to take about 4-5 car orders. I will preface my review by saying I got a pretty big order: Mexican pizza combo Doritos locos tacos supreme combo (got reg supreme tacos) Crunchwrap combo Spicy grilled cheese burrito Nacho fries Either the girl at the window was VERY soft spoken or the box was malfunctioning because I could hardly hear her. Maybe that's why they got the taco combo wrong. A bit disappointing as it wasn't that busy. The food was put together sloppily worst being the Mexican pizza who's toppings were stuck to the top of the box. The fries were cold so I think they had been sitting around. And apparently this location no longer has pink lemonade so you have to go for strawberry. Oh well. At least they charged me for the reg supreme tacos meal so I'm glad about that and won't be taking it back. Also, at least they gave me a BUNCH of sauce...so that was cool too. Still waiting in the drive thru line. Started at 1:38am... and haven't even gotten to the speaker. This line is crawling and I see a guy inside just slowly moving around... this is wrong!! Okay if I could give this place a 10 stars I really would for sure, but I need to be honest the manager is so nice and the workers my friend, and I always come in and they are so sweet and just know us pretty well, and every time we've been here we never experienced disrespect or anything which is what I love about this place. The food is really hot and super good with very good flavor and I seriously don't eat Taco Bell very much but when I do I know which one is the best to be honest I love the food so much here and can just be here all day and feel very relaxed and not think that I can just be disrespected or have a reaction from the food or just feel unwelcomed. And, the vibe you get from the second you walk in is very clean and welcoming honestly this is my go-to place to eat. But also, it's so relaxing to just be in this place and if something is wrong they fix it right away which is what I just love about this place. I honestly can review many places when I get good/bad experiences like my top 3 places but this has to be #1 for the best of all my reviews this means so much to be here. read more

This joint was like a visit to the Twilight Zone! I pulled up to the drive thru window, sign read drive thru closed, girl told me through the speaker to come inside...speaker was working. Went into the lobby, it appeared there were three total employees with one that appeared to be training. There was a sign on the register, "Kiosk only" so that is my next stop. I looked for the Beef Quesarito and no dice. Asked the girl behind the register, she said that I had to have the ap to order that item. No one inside was overtly rude or necessarily did anything wrong. This place had no positive energy...just going in there I felt dark. The employees reminded me of people being in bad positions with little recourse but they have to be the face of this business that...from looking at collective reviews, is a hot mess!!! Don't ever eat at this Taco Bell came here because I heard they were discontinuing the pizza ordered a # Mexican Pizza meal and a bean burrito add beef & extra sauce. The kitchen was extremely dirty food and condiments all over the floor, then when I received my meal there was barely any ingredients on the pice one slice had nothing on it except cheese and sauce on top the shells they were on tasted burnt and were darker then normal. Then I looked at my bean burrito and it was very sloppily put together stuff running out the ends, and was covered with sauce on the outside. I've tried their drive through 3 times in the last 4 or so months. Every time I went they come on and say "drive through is closed." No further explanation. Learning my lesson I placed my order online this time. Went to try and pick it up. Door is locked. No sign on the door explaining why. I go to the drive through and the guy comes on and just yells "WE'RE CLOSED!" I tried to tell him I'd placed an online order that was already paid for but before I could get two words out he just yells again "WE'RE CLOSED! There's no one in here!" I finally get a chance to explain my situation, to which he replies "fine, that's the only order we're going to make, we're closed" didn't tell me where to go to get my food, no further instructions. If I could've retracted my payment and gone somewhere else I would've. Mind you, the time was 6:15pm. Tried to stop at this Taco Bell at 6 minutes after midnight. Their website and Google says they're open till 1:00 a.m.. But the sticker on their drive-through windows says they're open daily until 2:00 a.m.. But apparently they have closed already for the night because the doors are locked and the drive-through is all turned off and there's a slippery floor yellow sign in the middle of the drive-through.
