We visit here everyime in town. Very friendly and efficient service. We love the artichoke appetizer. The beer choices are wonderful. Only 2 choices for happy hour and I wish those are posted. The bar is nice but small and the seats are difficult to get into especially if you are short. We will be back

visit your friend who said you have to try this they have vegan choices of which they did. They had vegan appetizer receiving great beer choices. The food and service were both great not picky about my pizza. I had had Detroit style for a long time. It's better than I remembered. easy parking as it's located in a strip centre.9"

Pepperoni, jalapeno, pineapple pizza with extra cheese, sauce, and toppings. This one was great!

This place falls into 3.5 star territory, but I had to go with 3 because I've had more meh experiences than good experiences. I'll start off by saying wait times can be quite long - you gotta expect to wait and possibly wait longer than they tell you (if you order online a lot, this would be one of those places that will very likely not be ready on time). I've had Via 313 various times over the years and my first batches had sauce that tasted straight out of a can. Some time passes and I try out Via 313 a couple of times and the sauce is alright, but the crust was burnt those couple of times - the crust is probably one of the most important features and it tasted burnt =/. Then, I got my favorite pizza custom ordered and it, thankfully, was made perfectly. The sauce was not only good, but it was amazing. The crust was pretty dang good, the cheese, which I ordered extra of, was delicious. If I could be guaranteed my pizzas be made like my pictured pepperoni, pineapple, jalapeno pizza then this place would be an easy 5/5. I appreciate and crave consistency - I want to recommend Via 313 to people but I worry that they'll get a bad batch.

The pizza tastes great, only issue is that it's overpriced for the size it comes in. There are only 4 squared slices, and it can costs even $18. In my opinion, as an Italian, it's way too pricey. Tastes good tho, the one with the fig preserve is my favorite.

This was an amazing pizza spot that we found in Austin. Multiple websites that rated this as as some of the best pizza that Austin has to offer and I was not disappointed. Although they have different locations this spot was a food truck next to Star bar on 6th Street. This location is good because it opens late I'm assuming because of all the drunchies. I was glad to know that they were able to split one order to two types of pizza. We ordered the ambassador bridge and also the Cadillac. Both were amazing in their own way. I was kind of disappointed that they did run out of their sausage, but we were able to replace that with ham. Although I do think the sausage would have been better I was thoroughly pleased with both types of pizza. The Cadillac was a little more sweet with the fig preserves and ambassador bridge was more savory. A good bonus is that it's next to Star bar where you can get a drink while you wait. The crust is crunchy and epic on all sides. Will get some more when I visit.

Hot and fresh Detroit style pizza? Sign me up! This pizza place was on our list for eats in Austin, and I'm so glad we visited! There are multiple locations of Via 313, and this one happens to be located behind Star Bar. A little pizza truck serving piping hot pies! The three of us ordered the detroiter pizza, which came with pepperoni. It is hands down one of the best pizza I've ever had. The cheese is gooey melted, the sausage is crispy, and the pizza dough is crunchy and delicious. Pairs perfectly with a beer on a hot day!

Great service and delicious pizza. I definitely would check them out again. I was excited to find out they have locations in Arizona.

I had a coupon for BOGO pizza so I decided to give the place a try. First of all, their phone system does not work at all even though they have been open for a while. When I got there, the cashier was slow, sluggish, and confused the entire time. I wanted my recipe printed out and so I pressed "print" on the payment terminal. Then I come to find out that their printer is down and so I ask if the cashier can go back and maybe email or text the recipe to me. He looked confused and couldn't figure out how even though I've seen other vendors use the same payment system and be able to go back and retrieve the receipt. Eventually he was able to print it out for me. I came and ordered 2 pizzas a little before 4:45 pm. The guy said to come back in 20-30 min. I came back a little after 5 and he said that he still hadn't even put my pizza in the oven and it would be 20 minutes even though he said it would be 20-30 min wait at 4:45! Ridiculous!!! The same thing happened to the people in front of me too so we all had our order really delayed. I was able to get my order by 5:15 but I felt bad for the some of the other people who were waiting and some of them had even come before me. I understand that there's only one person running the whole food truck but if it's like this on a daily basis then management should do something about it. The pizzas themselves were just ok. I got the Cadillac and the Ambassador Bridge. The crusts were quite hard. They were maybe a step up from grocery store pizza. I expected better especially since it's $18 per small sized pizza.

Is the cauliflower crust keto friendly?

Our Gluten Free crust is not made of cauliflower, nor is it Keto friendly. However, we do have a Keto friendly Broccoli & Cauliflower appetizer!

Do the food truck locations have the gluten free Detroit style pizza?

They sure do!

This was so good, I'm not really a pizza person and honestly only came because of the great reviews. Well, I was wrong, this is the best pizza I've ever had I'm usually keto, so I normally don't eat the crust edge. But this time, I actually ate the crust first before getting to the toppings. It's thin, crunchy, and has such a great texture and flavor. I finished the slice right away and forgot to take a picture. I also ordered the Garlic Knots. They come four to an order, but I wasn't sure I wanted that many. Kat told me I could order just one, which was really nice. Unfortunately, this one wasn't my favorite, a little too doughy for me. And then there was the Tiramisu. Wow! It's so good, not overly sweet like other tiramisu and the texture is light, fluffy, and smooth. They were busy during my visit, but the service was still great. Kat was friendly and made my first visit a really enjoyable one. Definitely coming back if I visit Austin again

So after all eventful volleyball game at the Moody, my handsome guy and I treked over to Home Slice. The parking situation was madness, but we somehow lucked out and snagged a good one. She was helpful, took our order, took our supplemental order, brought us a second side of ranch when a fly decided to nose dive into ours, and checked on us just enough. The salad was spectacular, as usual. There's just never enough. Solution: order two. The garlic knots were a little low on garlic, but tasty nonetheless. Combined with the marinara sauce, just delicious! I got a slice of the white pie with spinach which is olive oil, ricotta, mozzarella, garlic, and spinach. The restaurant is open, good seating, the display of pizza in the case is very appealing and appetizing. Its decor is well done. The pizza has fresh ingredients and tastes great. Crust is perfect. The lasagna was good but I would rather stick with the pizza. Just my taste. I did have the cannolis and compliments to them- they were authentic. Creamy, crispy shell, and the pistachio and chocolate chips were very good. My favorite. I suppose my only complaint was the pizza and lasagna were a little cool. It should have been a little warmer. The other issue which I hope they take note and move right away is the trash for plates and silverware. It is directly next to the fresh silverware and takeout boxes. As an unapologetic East Coast pizza snob, I usually approach Texas pizza with a massive amount of…read moreskepticism. I've spent my life chasing the perfect crust, comparing everything from the legendary pie shops in Manhattan to the pristine corner slices in Pittsburgh. I didn't think Austin could pull off truly authentic pizza. I was dead wrong. Baldinucci is absolute sorcery. The moment I took a bite of their Roman-style pizza, I was instantly thrown back to the tiny, narrow pizzerias I stumbled into in Italy. It has that exact, hyper-specific airy crunch that is so incredibly hard to replicate outside of Europe. The dough is clearly fermented with patience. It's light, shatteringly crisp on the bottom, and has those beautiful, irregular air pockets that give it a pillowy structure without ever feeling heavy. Let's talk about the sauce, because that's where most places fail. It isn't that sugary, paste-heavy stuff you find at standard joints. It is vibrant, bright, and tastes intensely of sun-ripened tomatoes and clean olive oil. It is remarkably fresco; striking that perfect balance where the acidity cuts through the richness of the cheese without overwhelming the palate. The vibe inside the West Lake spot is casual and unpretentious, but they take their craft seriously. Food service is streamlined and efficient; you order at the counter, and they pop the slices back into the oven so they land at your table screaming hot. The staff is genuinely proud of what they're slinging, and they should be. If you are an East Coast transplant drowning in a sea of mediocre pies, do yourself a favor and get over to West Lake. It's the real deal. PS: The gelato flavors are also sorcery. However, a review of their gelato is for another time. I must continue to savor the pie for now.
