The croissant was perfectly flakey, soft on the inside and plenty of filling, the matcha was delicious, and probably one of my favorites I've had in SoCal. It had the perfect balance of coffee flavor and natural sweetness from the honey. I really appreciate how they mix your latte all together before pouring over ice. It's a distinct difference from other coffee shops that I like because It avoids the coffee being too milky. It was overwhelmingly sweet and overpriced for what we received. We were hoping for layers of flavor and nostalgia but got a sugar rush that could probably power a small city. As a business owner myself, I understand that customer service is one of the biggest drivers of customer retention. Great products can bring people in once, but great service brings them back.
