When we arrived the lady behind the counter explained everything to us & gave us a pad and pen to mark off what we wanted. You get to pick 1 item per section (ex. 1 topping, 1 icing, and 1 drizzle). I was under the assumption you could put a bunch of toppings but only 1 is allowed. That was fine but with small children who can never make up their minds, this could be an issue. They also have an extended drink menu with different coffees & teas. Here's what i ordered: -DIY 1/2 dozen donuts: kids picked their choices of donuts, bunch of random stuff put together lol. The donut batter/plain donut is just okay.. wish they were larger and softer. Need that yeast! Lol. -Beaker Blenders Caramel Frappuccino with added Vanilla: it was tasty! I'm not a coffee fan but this was yummy. Not as smooth as I'd probably like but the flavor was there. If you just cannot choose donut types they also offer pre-selected boxes for you. They also have specials and other fun things for you to try. Great concept for sure, just wish the donuts were better. Oh, and I think it's family-owned which I love!
