I was excited to see they use Old Crown coffee! Reusable cups! We took our coffees into the cat-greeting area, which is totally enclosed. There were maybe 8-9 beautiful, clean, friendly cats there. The visiting (which costs $10) lasts just short of an hour. Again, I want to stress how clean and nice everything is kept. The animals are extremely well cared for. I wish I could take all the kitties home, but for now they are well-loved and happy! We didn't try the food, but I have confidence it would be good! Next time :)

The cafe is huge, and safe for both people and cats. You can go and sit by a window and watch the cats, or you can pay $10 for 55 minutes in the room with the cats. So, even if you can't afford the $10 you can still see the kitties. $10 for nearly an hour is a really great deal, too. I've liked every kind of iced coffee I've tried (cookie latte, white pumpkin, and mocha). My partner gets the plain black, and he says it's good too. I need more sugar, personally The staff is great, too. They all have really big hearts and love these cats. They keep the room clean (no litter smell), and the cats are well taken care of, the human bathroom is clean, too! They also have merch like shirts, mugs, and hair accessories and I believe the proceeds go back to the cats. I haven't tried the snacks, but they are always darling with little paw prints on the cookies etc. Can't wait to go back!

Empanadas - Chicken and Beef - $4.89 each - The pastry is flakey and filled with delicious meat. Unfortunately, they were out of the pulled pork with mango BBQ, so we tried chicken and beef. Both were excellent, I wouldn't rank one above another. It comes with a side of garlic cilantro sauce, and it's to die for. Yeah, they aren't cheap, but holy hell they are fantastic. I've never had an empanada that I thought, "Hey, I'd buy this again," until now. Seriously, this is a must try. 5/5 stars. Tres Leches Cake - $5.99 - Here again, same thought, "I never had a tres leches cake I'd ever buy again," until now. This was really good. The cake held up on its own, and the milk was sweet but not overly sweet. Hubby said this was the best tres leches cake he has tried, and I definitely agree with that. 5/5 stars. Senoritas - $5.69 - Now, I didn't realize how sweet this pastry was. When we arrived, there wasn't much left to choose from in the dessert case, so we picked the two left in the case (this and the tres leches cake). This you NEED to pair with coffee. It's good, but overly sweet. It would have been nice to have a warning that we should be buying coffee with it. I picked the chocolate flavor, and it would have worked really well with coffee. The other two flavors were espresso and vanilla. 4/5 stars. Service is always friendly. Ambiance is still nice. There's some board games for people to play in the back of the restaurant. My only concern is that the tables are a little sticky. If someone could just clean the tables more often, that would be great. You need to come here. You don't want to miss out on this place.
