Typical coffee shop with expanded menu offering smoothies, protein smoothies, etc. Location is difficult and hard to find parking. Service and speed varies dramatically based on time of day. I came here with my friend for coffee and we decided to split a ceasar wrap because the menu was pretty pricey our drinks were 10.50 a piece already. So we get the wrap and im confused because theres no chicken in the chicken ceasar wrap. Im thinking did they forget the chicken cause this is just lettuce in a tortilla? I realized that you have to add the chicken for 3 dollars to the already 12.50 wrap... at this point im pissed cause for one the wrap should come with chicken because for that price who wants to eat just lettuce in a tortilla, and second the cashier shouldve asked if we want chicken because again who is eating that without chicken. So the total of the order was 35 dollars for two drinks and a wrap of lettuce. Literally never coming here again. I was visiting my friend for his wedding and wanted a local coffee shop. Mocha Lounge was recommended by many people I asked. I got their blackberry white latte with sugar free blackberry. It was perfectly balance and the blackberry was not overpowering. I really enjoyed it. The coffee with smooth tasting as well. The inside is super cute and cozy but often busy. The staff is very friendly and inviting. Whenever I visit my friend I will definitely be stopping by. They also have a drive-thru which is super convenient. read more

I was driving through the area and made a little quick pit stop - this place is so cute and a total vibe for any day! The staff was super kind and very personable. They had plenty of seating and different areas to switch up the vibe and energy. They even had an outside patio area which would be nice to sit and chill. I ordered their chocolate peanut butter banana protein shake, as well their vegan brownie - which is made out of avocado and was so delicious! They had an array of bakery goods and snack options. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE my first mistake was going through the drive through but i thought since i was the only car it would be okay. i ordered my XL drink and and pulled forward to the next window and the drink that was brought out to me was the wrong size so i asked for the correct one. i was told that my receipt said L so there was nothing they could do. i said that i understand what the receipt says but it's not what i ordered and there is no way for me to tell them it's wrong before i get the drink since they didn't give me a receipt and you get a drink at a different window. i would just like what i had originally asked for. the worker was gone for 10 minutes and then comes back to tell me it will be $0.80 for the XL drink. she brings me the drink and then tells me to give her the L drink back. i never wanted two drinks. i just wanted the one i had asked for. i was in the drive thru for 25 minutes and was the only car when i pulled up. DO NOT GO HERE. what should have been a simple exchanged turned into arguing over a cup size. read more

This place is wonderful. Amazing service. The store was totally full and service was lovely and fast. I got my drinks quickly and the employees were so sweet and helpful. My strawberry matcha and breakfast quiche were to die for. Their matcha was probably the best I've ever had in Fort Wayne. I compliment good service. I add a gratuity even when I have to pour my own coffee. And the coffee at Mocha Lounge was very good. However, when service is less than expected, I need to report it. I stood in line as those ahead of me were served, but when I stepped up, the server went on to other tasks. I understand that. However, he never even acknowledged me or the fact that he was not going to serve me for quite a while. A simple "I will be with you soon" goes a long way. I asked if everything bagel was available and ordered one. We waited for a long time and I finally asked about the status of my bagel and they looked confused. There was a plain bagel that had been announced and was sitting there. They figured out that was supposed to be my order. They took it prepared the correct item. But no one apologized or ackowledged their error. It is such a simple thing to do when your team has messed up, but apparently no one cares enough to say anything. Customer service is a lost art. read more

Stopped at Mocha Lounge while running errands. Definitely a great place to grab a Mocha! I tried the Cadbury Egg Mocha. The barista said it has marshmallow and caramel, with a mocha base. It was nice to try something different, but I think I'll stick to the regular mocha or a white chocolate mocha next time. I couldn't taste any marshmallow or caramel, just tasted like an extra sweet mocha. Need a snack? The GF Banana muffin is AMAZING. Super moist and delicious! Didn't get it this time, but have had it before! TIP: definitely don't go if you're looking for quick service! I waited close to 18 minutes in the drive thru with 3 cars ahead of me. First Time? Check out their rotating menu! If you're in the drive thru, it's on a small sign ahead of the window. They also have a full menu next to the first window with the regular items! I wanted to try a local coffee place on my visit to Fort Wayne and this was the winner due to convenience and location, I unfortunately wasn't blown away. I had a peppermint bark latte with oat milk ($1.50 charge for oat milk!!!) They we're out of avocado toast and had no vegetarian quiche options available either. I got a danish and it left something to be desired, it wasn't bad but wasn't great. My drink took foreverrrrr to be ready and I saw multiple other patrons get theirs before me despite ordering after. My drink was fine, the peppermint flavor was really mild, it wasn't worth the almost $7. The workers were pleasant and really the only reason for the 3 stars. What a great addition to this side of town e entry there for a pop up boutique sale and were eager to get inside this newly constructed building connected to a salon. It has a private parking lot but it's busy due to the salon so there were a bunch of cars. Nice clean building and clean inside as well. The inside is larger than it looks from the outside and is decorated very modern and chic with coffee signs and merchandise for sale booth. There menu has a lot of options. Even for the littles if their tagging along. The bakery case is stocked along with offered items on the counter. They have plenty of gluten and sugar free items as well. I'm not sure if the baked goods are made locally, I'm sure they are, but they look fresh! Our group preferred a coffee an iced tea a smoothie and a gluten, sugar free cookie. Let me tell you, and I cannot express enough, how amazing each thing was. The red eye coffee was strong dark and hot the spot for my mom. She did say it turned bitter as it go cold. My iced tea was strong and brewed fresh and perfectly made without any bitterness. I also ordered one of those peanut butter cookies and WOW!!! A must order again. It was soft and chocked full of peanut butter taste. Is was flaky and smooth and a large cookie that I saved some to eat later with a great price tag of $1.79. My daughters child smoothie was still large but a tad tater for her. She still sucked it down because it was very good. I'm assuming it was made with fresh strawberries and best of all it was a true smoothie. No milk or ice cream and reasonably priced. Our entire bill was $14. Def a must go to often place. Great clean bathrooms but very cold. Free WiFi with plenty of table and seating options. I recommend going here. I am hooked. read more

I went for the first time through the drive-thru that wasn't busy. I was tired of Starbucks baristas handling the money or scanner for the app then putting their fingers on the lid of my drink. The building is newer and esthetically pleasing. The barista was kind and friendly. I told her it was my first time and she patiently waited as I looked over the menu. I asked about the cinnamon infused honey latte. She said it was one of her favorites! I ordered it, but I requested coconut milk. Not only did it smell great, but it was delicious! Warmed my soul on a cold gloomy day. It was so good I smiled all the way home. Just Wow! I don't know why the line wasn't wrapped around the building, people are missing out! read more

I could sit in here all day doing homework or just chilling with my wife or a friend. Cute local place. The mocha latte with oat milk was great, but they don't seem to understand the difference between a cappuccino and a latte. The baked goods were terrible. We had a banana nut bread and a chocolate zucchini bread and they were both incredibly dry. Also, mine was wrapped in what appear to be a recycled piece of saran with an old sticker on it, like they'd bought a backed good elsewhere and saved the wrapping. Whichever member of the staff that fancies themselves a baker needs to step back. Lastly, as the pandemic is heating back up, there wasn't a mask in the place (except on us). I'd expect the staff making the coffee and taking orders to at least be wearing masks, but nope. Not worth the drive. read more

A cute local joint with a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and yummy drinks. The hometown aspect of their establishment stands out and that sets them apart from "all the other" coffee places in the vicinity. It's a popular hang out for teenagers before and after school too and it's good to see them have a cool place to congregate and spend their allowance dollars. Haven't utilized the drive thru but it is always hopping when I pass by. I'm glad to see them here and I think they will do well among the new development on this section of Dupont and certainly stand up to the "competition" that will be Dunkin. read more

After driving by this place at least 100 times since it's opened I finally stopped in today. Now I'm mad at myself for not stopping in sooner. Nice atmosphere inside with plenty of seating. Large menu and helpful staff. I ordered my usual latte and also got a blueberry muffin. My drink was ready quickly and I was out the door in a few minutes. After I took my first sip I thought to myself 'what the heck....you've been missing out!' The blueberry muffin was delicious as well. They have a rewards program that I signed up and a drive up as well. Highly recommend giving it a try! read more

Im so happy there is a local coffee shop on DuPont. I came today for their grand opening. It's so cool inside and one can chill in here and do work on a laptop, meet friends, or drive through! I got a maple spiced latte with soy milk (up charge of .75). Since they were slammed on opening day their bakery case was hit pretty hard but it looked like they had a lot to choose from, even a couple vegan baked goods. Hot drinks, iced drinks, blended drinks and kids drinks...something for everyone. I look forward to many stops here! read more

Interesting location; word to the wise: trust your GPS/Google Maps! Cleverly strategic, but maybe a tad 'troubling' set up being attached to a hair salon, but hey, you decide! Now for the good stuff! This place is definitely NOT a stuffy little hole in the wall coffee shop! The appearance is clean, trendy, and visually appealing! Decor is on point! Seating has areas that meet all types of patrons needs: student or business person with your laptop?-great high chair and bar area with outlets tracking the back splash! Having a small business collaboration or studying with a group?-a couple large table set-ups accessible to power sources! Meeting up with a friend and want a cozy area for some coffee-talk?-cozy chairs and little coffee tables strategically scattered in corners, by windows or almost an entire "section" seemingly just reserved for that (to the right as you walk in)! Bathroom was very clean and neat, but don't all decide to go at the same time-it's a one person type of style! The menu board is hung HIGH above the ordering spot, so if you didn't stand back quite a ways, you would have to really crane your head back to decide what you want. The print could maybe be a bit larger since so high? Apparently they offered specialty drinks (maybe for Valentines?) that was listed on what looked to be paper and set back away from where you order...I didn't notice it until after I had already placed my order, sadly. I ordered the White Mocha with an extra shot of espresso; it was perfectly made and the espresso was NOT bitter or watered down like some places. My friend ordered a coffee drink with soy milk-no complaints there either. We each had a baked good; her the Pumpkin Bread, which was moist and yummy! I had the last lonely Chocolate Zucchini Bread, which was tasty but mostly a bit dry surprising. The drinks are always good, but the service really needs work; specifically the drive thru experience. It is always painstakingly slow getting through the line. I've been 4th in line and it's taken over 30 minutes by the time I was driving away with my drinks. I've pretty much stopped going to Mocha Lounge because the waits are too long. It's faster for me to drive another mile down the road and visit the very busy Starbucks than it is for me to visit this local establishment. It's sad because I would love to support local businesses over chains, but I don't have that kind of time to waste. Another note about the drive thru is they need a menu at the edge of the building and then another at the window for when people order. I think that would reduce wait times since people will already know what they want once they get to the window. Plus the position of the menu is very awkward to read while you order because you have to crane your neck in order to see it. This place has been in business for a couple years now and there hasn't been any improvements, so I doubt this comment will actually make a difference. read more

The espresso here is amazing. I usually prefer a richer, more chocolatey espresso, and this espresso is more fruity, but it still makes for a great latte or Americano. If you're into strong coffees, they have got you covered. They always have fun seasonal offers as well, so you never get bored! And even if you're not into coffee, they have amazing options for non-coffee drinkers. If you're looking for a non-coffee caffeine boost I'd recommend one of their energy drinks, and if you're looking for a less-caffeinated option they have a great tea selection. Their bake goods are obviously fresh, and they have options for every one. I would recommend the vegan brownie to vegans and non-vegans! The vibe is perfect, you could sit in this shop to do work or talk with friends for hours. The staff is friendly and polite.
