This location seemed new and was very neat and clean! We were just passing through, but noted this spot, not too far off of I-69, heading north or south!! We had excellent service! I placed a large delivery order and it never "processed" on Parlor's end despite receiving two confirmations. When I called the store to inquire about the lateness of the order they said there was "nothing we can do except refund" despite having received all the confirmations. My group of guests was waiting on the food to leave for a trip. Terrible customer service. Will not be back. read more

I live in Lexington and I am a fan of parlor. I noticed a location in Fort Worth and decided to go. The interior was inviting and the staff was very friendly. They seem to have a few different flavors, but I'm a fan of the lemon and strawberry. I also ordered the Blueberry Hill. The good and bad thing of Parlor is that they don't use a lot preservatives. You must eat the doughnuts within the first day or so or they will go bad. Overall, good experience I will definitely be back. read more

Came in to pick up donuts, ordering process felt rushed and I was told it would be a 5-10 minute wait for the type of donuts I wanted. I waited for 40 minutes in the lobby while others were served the same donuts I had ordered. Went to the counter when I thought they called my order, which was when they realized they had never given me mine. They proceeded to have me wait while they gave an order to another customer (who had been there less than 10 minutes) that contained the same donuts I was told I had to wait for. They seemed to realize their mistake by the look on their face, and in a way that seemed insincere, vaguely said sorry, it got busy. The doughnuts are unique and flavorful. I wish they had some more fruit flavored ones over chocolate and caramel. The service was great the girl walked us through how to order. The only downfall is they do make doughnuts to order but if you don't want something like the nuts you can't modify it at all. It's very cute inside. Still the best place for donuts! This time we sat down to eat 2 for a late lunch dessert. Churro - Half chocolate and half cinnamon powdered sugar. It's one of the better choices, just don't tilt your donut too much or the powdered sugar falls off. 5/5 stars. Turtle Cheesecake - The cheesecake topping I think is a sour cream cheesecake. Parlor is tucked in the strip mall behind the Walgreens. It may be hard to find..just look for all the cars! This facility is new and in great condition. It is very clean, spacious and well decorated. There is lots of seating to kick back and enjoy your donut treat and relax. No hurry to run you out!! They have quite a selection of designer donuts. Parlor isn't like your classical Tom's, Jack's or Tim Horton's style donut. The donut has a light and fluffy pastry breading - no thick and heavy cake feel. The donuts are very attractive with a designer name to accent the up coming taste. The toppings are fairly light and have enough sweet taste to let you know you are eating a dessert. I stopped by to pick up some doughnuts on a Sunday morning, around 8. The shop is clean, bright and welcoming. Lots of seating both inside and out. Easy to see what to order, and lots to choose from. The workers are friendly and quick. I chose only 2 varieties, but if the world was perfect I would try one of each. So many flavors! The doughnuts themselves are light, crisp-soft and slightly flaky. I'm leaving this review due to our first negative experience at Parlor Donuts. My wife and I enjoy visiting three or four times a month. When we arrived today we were the only ones there. We are usually greeted and helped immediately. There was one person working who was at the coffee machine. She never acknowledged us which was strange since we were the only ones there. Let me be clear, I love Parlor! My Fiancé and I make a point to have donuts and coffee on Sunday mornings and it's always fantastic. My only gripe: It takes them a million years to make the coffee.
