We have stopped at Leo Donuts the past two Sunday mornings to grab a dozen. Both times we were greeted by a super efficient, competent, cheerful guy. He knows his stuff and is super fast. The donuts themselves are just as good. Fresh, delicious and old school in a good way. Choose from a large assortment of classics. Cake and Yeasted varieties. Filled and not. Give them a try if you haven't yet. They've been there a long time for a good reason. Also: we have a family member with a nut allergy. I used to love to come here because I loved the donuts and coffee. Now you have to beg for creamer since they put the creamer in for you and they only give you one small creamer for a large coffee unless you ask more. They seem really bothered by it. They used to be a lot more friendly also. The chocolate on the chocolate bars is getting less and less. I started going to rise and roll because they give you free coffee and it doesn't taste watered down. And you can have all the creamer you want. It's the little things like this that make a difference for your customers. read more

Amazing donuts! Soft, not overly sweet, and they don't skimp on the filling. Apple Fritters with Caramel - Must get this with caramel. They ran out when I got here at 9am, but the nice woman said she could put caramel on it for me. Thank you for the great service! It tastes just like you're at an amusement park or fair, and it has that nice crispy but soft funnel cake similarity, but it pulls apart similar to a cinnamon roll. The caramel topping just puts it over the top delicious, and you'll want to eat the entire thing. Get this one, trust me. Chocolate Covered with Bavarian Custard - Delicious, not overly sweet, and a lot of filling. I've had better tasting Bavarian creams, but this one is still good. White Covered with Raspberry - Another must have. Sometimes raspberry donuts tastes like someone took raspberry jelly and just stuffed it inside a donut and called it a day, but thankfully not here. Again, not overly sweet, and plenty of filling inside. I devoured it way too quickly, and I'm ok with that. Not pictured, but I've tried the white filling one, and it was just ok. I prefer custard over the white filling, so if you have the same preference, just skip the white filling. Aside from the raspberry one, the custard and white fillings could use some retuning, but I'm just nit picking. It's still good, and you'll still be happy getting it. Go here. The donut selection is vast with some of my favorites to choose from, long Johns being my all time fave, glazed a hyped second. The establishment is clean and the staff is friendly. Donuts were average to good. Apple fritter was not crispy enough, nothing special. Other donuts were better. Overall, would give them a 3.5.....so I rounded-up to 4. Better than Dunkin, for sure, but not among the best local donut shops I've been to. read more

We come here every Sunday as a family for donuts! Such a wide variety and the jelly filled are my favorites! I've never had a cherry donut before coming here. Marvelous. Haven't tried any other donut spots in town but this one is hands down my favorite as of now. read more

Pretty decent rolls. Kind of country tasting. More like a pastry than a donut. Kind of bready rolls. No Tom's, but very good though. Dip these in a cup of Joe you won't disappoint Sons! We love their donuts. They usually have a good variety. It is a little more expensive than I expect.

We are at Leo Donuts once a month to celebrate a birthday or a lazy Saturday. The counter service is so patient with my young children taking FOREVER to pick out which donuts they want and they always have a decent variety for a reasonable price. What a gem of a local find. Not a huge donut fan but let me just try to explain these delish fried donuts. Plenty of parking and inside it's marked with 6 ft X's. It's busy too. Great selection of items. service is top notch!! Super friendly always smiling and very relaxed with their guests. They also do door dash if you want some delivered!! I highly highly recommend the blueberry cake donut and their apple fritters!! Oh wow those Apple critters. Crunchy on the edges and so soft inside it melts in your mouth! The blueberry cake donut is fresh, packed full of blueberries, has a wonderful pop of flavor with each bite and has a slight glaze on top to feel the sweet on you lips after each bite. The sour cream old fashioned are sooo soft. Each bite is decadent and smooth with a sweet sweet taste in your mouth leaving the fried piece of bread just melting on your tongue. They're so fresh when you go that after you pay and get in your car you have to have one..... or two! Lol. This is a must stop, highly addicting local business. This is a nice little shop in Leo Crossing. I walked in and it was bright and clean. The case was well organized even though it was past 9:30 am. They're open from 6 am to 1pm. They do have free WiFi. I'm not sure it's a comfortable place to camp out using WiFi and eating donuts but it's nice. The tables are new but nothing that screams I should hang out here. The girl was pleasant and helpful. I got an apple fritter and I was asked if I wanted crispy or softer. I've never been offered that option and I'm an apple fritter sampler wherever we go. One of my favorite donut places in Fort Wayne!!!!! The staff is incredibly nice and friendly to​ everyone who walks through the doors. Also, the donuts always taste fresh and they are very rarely out of donuts especially when compared to other donut shops. As far as I know, it's run by the same family that runs all of Tom's donuts in town. I have two kids and the staff remembers my name and my kid's​ names and always is super sweet to my kids. When out of cream filled​ donuts, they've even offered to fill their regular donuts on the spot. I have had the same thing happen at dozens​ of donut shops and they have never​ offered.
