YAAAASSSSS Doughnuts! So good, so cheap, & 100% worth it. FYI, cash only!! Seriously though, at first glance, this place is a little rough. The front door didn't shut well, and the front of the building is a little uninviting. I guess I'm saying that it's in a need of an update, but all the best places are! Doughnuts were fresh and were some of the best tasting doughnuts I've had in awhile... and I'm a doughnut connoisseur. 10/10 would recommend to every single human on earth.. or at least everyone in the vicinity of New Haven! read more

It's been a few months since i was there prior but went back the other day. Things here have changed significantly. The fillings are no longer ample but just enough so you can see/taste it, the dough was not cooked all the way though (at least the 8 filled ones anyways) and from a dozen, it went up just over $10. From a dozen that was perfectly made and filled and including tax was $13.20 and now with tax is $23.98 (price hike June 1st) to not so good & hardly filled. I also noticed that the employees were also different and not so friendly anymore. Maybe it was too early in the morning. Time to fid another doughnut shop, maybe the gas station next to it. read more

The donuts/pastries here are amazingly delicious and the staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Terrible tasting, not sure what it was to be...close to a Danish pastry. Big plop of sour tasting jelly in middle, doughy tasteless under baked consistency. Just awful tasting. read more

Absolutely best donuts ever and amazing service. Love the variety of donuts. Prices are very reasonable.

So amazing!! The workers stayed open late so that I could still purchase donuts for our local print shop as a thank you from my company. They really saved the afternoon! They even threw in some extra donuts and I was given a Cherry Fritter :) Thank you guys so much! read more

Not as good as the other donut shops You can get better ones from speedway or marathon read more

So I stopped in the bakery and bought three regular donuts. The cost was five dollars. I just assumed they had raised their prices because it's always been one dollar for a regular donut. Stopped there again bought one donut for one dollar. I asked about their prices and was told they are still only one dollar. I told her the last time I was in there I was charged five dollars for three donuts. She didn't care. She said next month they are raising the prices because they have new owners. Maybe they will work on making a better donut because their donuts have gone downhill!! read more

New Haven Bakery - The worst cream filled sub ever!! About a teaspoon of cream in it. - Donuts Near Me - New Haven, Indiana

Fresh, delicious, sweet treats, hot and strong coffee. What more could you want out of life? This building is tiny but the flavors they create are anything but. It's a blessing and a curse to have this gem so close to our home. Be sure to get there early for the best selections. read more

New Haven Bakery is a great place to meet for coffee and a delicious donut or fritter. The servers and owner are the best!

Good afternoon, I'd like to buy the whole store. Yes, the whole store. All the cookies, the pies, cakes and least I forget donuts. Just put it all in a big take out container. Oh, and would you throw in one of those take out coffees too? Everything I have bought here was great.. I tried a really unique pull apart coffee bread, which seemed sticky. But really added to the subtle hint of cinnamon. It wasn't spicy, but refreshing in an odd way. This place has been here for years? And New Haven makes cakes and pies for a few high end restaurants. Not an industrial size place. This is the reason for not advertising. Even in this slow economy, none is needed. This is the reason you will not hear of it. Also the employees stay for quite a while and they have a very low turnover rate. If I could I would come in here often, and sit down to eat some donuts with coffee. read more

I really enjoy going there and getting some donuts for lunch or evening snack. The prices are reasonable.

Um: I love this place. Donuts to my family is the same as water to dolphins. We basically need them to survive. While the interior of this place is a little divey, and a little too warm to hang out at comfortably for awhile, a quick in and out and an attack of their donut selection is probably one of the highlights of my treks into New Haven/Fort Wayne. SUPER TIP: If you stop by an hour before they close, all of their donuts are 3 for $1. Donuts styles that I love here: Maple long john, chocolate glazed cake donut, blueberry glazed cake donut, maple cinnamon roll with peanuts on top, cinnamon roll, apple fritter, cinnamon sugar coated apple cinnamon, Bavarian cream, and a raspberry filled one as well. PS: I've only been here twice. PPS: Jessica is great. PPPS: CASH ONLY. read more

Although I've lived in Fort Wayne my entire life I just found this place. The best doughnuts and vanilla filled subs. Their dinner rolls (buns) are the best! Thank you, something tells me your not going anywhere so I will see you soon! read more

The donuts are good, and the service staff is very friendly. They have cookies, and homemade pies on the menu as well. A tip for those trying this place: They start baking their batches at 11 PM ~ 3 AM, so the earlier you go, the fresher they'll be. read more
