    Salted Caramel Latte
    Charissa H.

Skip this one. I'm being generous with 2 stars here. I ordered the salted caramel latte, and my first taste was awful. There were no notes of salt, caramel, or any good flavor. I was pretty upset, since this is supposed to be high end good coffee. Also why the paper straw??? I don't understand why you would want your coffee to taste bad through a paper straw. Anyways, once the ice melts, the flavor isn't so bad, which is the only reason why it's getting 2 stars. There's some God awful aftertaste, but it mellows out when the ice melts. Towards the bottom of the drink, I could actually taste some caramel flavor, but that also irks me since I did mix up my drink at the beginning. It's a poorly crafted drink.

    Caprese Sandwich, Matcha Latte

Depending on the day the atmosphere changes a bit with voices and busy people popping in and out of the already tiny lot, but if you come on a tame Tuesday or Wednesday with a sweater and a good book you might feel like you just had a nice relaxing bath. I got the caprese sandwich and my favorite- lavender matcha and it was just such a nice environment for reading. I love coming here because the music is always great, today it was very whimsy and warm music similar to Cocteau twins. Very enjoyable morning.

I was greeted with a friendly staff and super cute interior/vibe. The cafe is so cute with so much room between seating tables - call me anti-social, I loved it. Lol. The caprese sandwich had some sort of jam(assuming tomato jam??), mozzarella cheese, fried egg, arugula and pesto. I ordered without reading the full description so the sweetness and the egg threw me off a bit, but it was yummy - just missing some "fresh" elements. The latte was great. Lavender was strong and the coffee in the background had wonderfil roasted note with full body.

    Iced Cafe Miel

I try to partake in a new coffee experience every time I travel back to the Fort. Conjure has skyrocketed to the top of my list for coffee (and roasting!). The Cafe Miel (milk, espresso, honey, cinnamon) was a perfect balance of smooth and sweet. The Cortado was equally delicious and bold. Lots of seating and little nooks to lounge and sip, plus cute decor touches with the plants and artwork. Parking is trash, but luckily, the coffee is treasure!

    Huge place to spread out!

This place is amazing! I came here with my husband for breakfast, as this is where he often comes to study. There is a lot of table spread out so that you can find one and have space if you need somewhere quiet. It is also nice that they have Wi-Fi available as well. It was decorated super cute and the whole atmosphere had a great vibe. Customer service was fantastic and the food was delicious! Definitely recommend getting the cinnamon roll!

I have driven by Conjure Coffee everyday on my way to work and finally stopped in. I've wanted to come by before, but parking has been difficult and I'm typically in a rush. Now that I've been inside, I get why this place is so popular. Conjure is an inviting place to work remotely and stay for a while to meet with friends or colleagues. There is plenty of seating that spans multiple rooms. Prices are reasonable and the baristas are friendly. I ordered a mocha. What I liked most about it, was that it wasn't overly sweet and the espresso was rich. Honestly, I am that coffee drinker that needs caffeine to do all the things, but isn't particularly interested in the taste, hence why my typical drink masks the flavor. Which is another reason I was so pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed Conjure's mocha.

    Bagel with hollandaise

I'd go here everyday if I lived in Fort Wayne! Amazing food (cinnamon roll, seriously blew my mind-- get it warmed!); the avocado toast was classic and delicious and perfectly done. The bagel with egg and roasted vegetables and hollandaise sauce was drool worthy. The coffee was well balanced, but could have been a little stronger in the iced lattes. The space was created for cozy conversations and getting creative juices flowing. Conjure did not disappoint!

Housemade syrup, friendly staff, and a community feel. SW location is my favorite coffee shop in Fort Wayne.

This restaurant is set in an old building that used to house a pharmacy. It retains the character of the building via the hardwood interiors, tall ceilings, large window views of the street and concrete/industrial ceilings. The interior is nicely decorated with inviting green, brown wood and black accent colors. Table settings were very attractive as well. You can park in the small side lot or on the street. Reservations are easily made on line. The team is very friendly and welcoming. All set the stage for a fun and relaxing dinner experience. Spoke + Ivy has a very small food and specialty cocktail menu. This is the second time we have been here. Each time we found the food to be delicious and the cocktails are uniquely designed. Here is a run down on the food items we ordered: -Focaccia Bread: a mildly sweet, dense/firm bread, slightly airy with a touch of herbs to accent. It is cut into blocks so it is easier to share. The vodka sauce is thin in consistency with a smooth Italian seasoned tomato appeal. Both make for a deliciously simple starter. -Lobster Roll Rangoon: decided to give this a try. It comes out as one large Rangoon - not individual pieces. This means that you must awkwardly cut this shareable into pieces. The slightly crispy & oily wrapper is similar to most crab Rangoon pieces. It has a nice crisp. The inside has shredded pieces of lobster. It was not filled with creme cheese sauce like traditional rangoons - just plain. The green lemon parsley sauce was simply outstanding! It's very fresh, moderately thick and has a slightly tart taste. This added "the sauce" to what the inside of the Rangoon was lacking. -Milanese: nicely breaded chicken that was very moist. The breading is slightly sweet. The fresh bed of arugula salad is a nice add -Prime Rib Pho: this sounded really interesting. It's a smaller/healthier dish. The medium rare prime rib was sliced thin and tender. There wasn't many pieces of prime rib in this dish. The add-ins were fresh and much like you would expect from a Pho dish - just not as much volume. The broth has a chili oil base that gives it a spicier flavor. Overall we really enjoy this relaxed atmosphere and character of the building. The delicious food and cocktails are excellent.

We were seated in a very awkward corner table for two where the tables were really close together. Since it was our Valentine's celebration, I would have been uncomfortable with the tables next to us having people at them because it didn't give you any privacy or space for private conversation. We did not get drinks or appetizers. Our meals were very good (salmon and chicken). The server was good but didn't refill my water and that' a big deal to me. Also, it's supposed to be an upscale place and they were out of paper towels in the bathroom. I feel like that is just basic service they should check on regularly.

But on the few occasions that I remember that iced coffee exists, I remember that I've forgotten that iced coffee is bangin'. The iced coffee at Conjure Coffee is great. I suppose you could put milk or creamer or sugar in it, but an iced black coffee is good on its own. It's good for your soul to thug it out sometimes, you feel me? Black coffee will put hair on your chest, as my dad says. Anyway, Conjure Coffee has lots of coffee drinks, as well as tea, and a very small selection of baked goods. There are lots of tables at which to sit, and this location also has a drive-thru, which is convenient. I learned later that there are two other Conjure Coffee locations elsewhere in Fort Wayne, including a small stall in Union Street Market. So this is a local spot that has branched out a bit, which is nice to see.

Pro tip on the nitro cold brew- I would ask for light or half ice next time because the barista almost filled the cup with ice (see picture). Other than that the coffee itself was delicious and the whipped cream on top was a nice addition.
