It's been a couple months I forgot his name but he did a wonderful job was a very kind man very reliable on time and clean the inside of the car which I didn't expect and it looked wonderful carpets were shampooed everything just a terrific job. This was worth it! I booked a wash the same day at my house at around 1 and scheduled a car wash at 3pm. The app was really simple to use and explains what each package offers. I also called customer service before and was able to get a promo code easily. Fernando came earlier than I expected (around 2:30pm?) and finished in just 30 minutes! He was nice and polite, and got to work right away after I met him. The pictures probably don't do it justice, but this is the shiniest my car has been in a while. It was covered in a lot of grime and bird poop but he removed all of them (trust me there was a lot that it was embarrassing). I will definitely be a returning customer. read more

What a nice app. Great service from a great provider. Zero negative issues. Only positive experience. My suggestion is you really should use Apple Pay or Android pay for your POS. I also like that you get the authorization but allow me to adjust the tip as necessary. I own a Tesla and a Highlander. My only recommendation is not to use a scrub brush with bristles on a Tesla. I understand that it's okay to do that and not use pressure and only use horizontal strokes, but that will freak out any Tesla owner. He didn't damage my Tesla and I'm very happy, but it could cause a Tesla owner to freak out. The paint on a Tesla is super thin. I will use this app again. The service provider should have a sun shade canopy for the clay bar wax treatment. If he had one, I'd have upgraded to that. read more

This is the first time I've used this app and I am impressed! I was a little hesitant at first but I was desperate for a car wash. I scheduled for the next day and I like how it gives you updates for when to expect your washer. PEDRO was AMAZING! Very courteous and polite. He took his time and we even added another vehicle. This was my first time using the Mobile Carwash App and it's AMAZING! I was a little nervous initially because my car hadn't been washed in awhile and I was worried the washer was take one look at my car and run, but Manuel #329 did an awesome job on my car! He was professional and friendly which made things that much more comforting. He explained the process since it was my first time using a mobile car washing service and wasn't quite sure how everything worked. I am impressed with the service I received from Tiago #733. So much that I have already told a few people about it! I have used mobile carwashers for years and many are more expensive than mobilewash with less than impressive results. I booked last minute for the day before Easter, figuring that wouldnt really be an easy day to get, it was! I am kind of picky although I know nobody is perfect. Tiago detailed inside and out and even shampooed the ceilings! There was a stain on the ceiling that had been bugging me for a long time but not something I ever remembered when I was able to clean it. I was surprised to see it gone after the detail. Love the convenience of this, but the washers are not the best quality and seem to be in a rush. Which causes them to overlook a lot. Good for someone who isn't attention to detail and needs /wants a quick wash. read more

I was very disappointed with the car wash I received this morning. The service seemed great and everything went smoothly until the wash. The guy arrived 30 minutes early and got started. He was done in 30 minutes and I went to look. I opened the rear passenger door and he had not cleaned any of the trim arm round the door and windows. He muttered he only forgot that one area so like a dummy I let him leave. After inspecting the car I saw what a poor wash job he had done overall. He did not clean around any doors or windows.The interior was still dusty in many spots and the vacuuming was minimal. I complained to the Company and they wanted pictures to be sent so I sent them. It's been four hours and still no word from them! I'm out the car wash and 10$ extra for the extra interior cleaning which he never did! Very disappointed for my first time and if I don't hear back from them I'll never use them again. read more

This was fantastic. Driving home I saw the Mobile Wash van so I downloaded the app and had an appointment set for the same day in minutes. The driver arrived on time and with all the tools needed to do that job so he did not need to knock on my door to ask me for anything. He did a fantastic job cleaning our car. We have kids and dogs and the car looks like new! I told him he did not need to clean the trunk because I just dumped car seats, strollers and non perishable food items in there. He organized all that for me and cleaned the trunk! He had a pleasant attitude and worked hard the entire time he was there. read more

My car was pretty dirty for a few days since my family decided they would take it on their road trip and they'd leave me their car. Upon receiving it there was gunk on the carpets the seats were covered in crumbs of food and it was just all around a dirty car. So I decided to try out mobile wash since I've never used a mobile wash company before and I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent work that my washer Jorge #512 did on my car. He made it look and feel as though my car was brand new. I will definitely be hiring mobile was again in the near future. read more

Just had my truck washed yesterday. Erwin P said he washed it with water but nothing was wet in bed of truck and inside fuel area bone dry. If washed it would be still wet. Also if he washed it he would not have to wipe areas like mirrors bumper etc. I showed him the dirt after he washed it by using finger to take off. These things would not be if washed. Asked him to if windows were done and he said yes. Showed him how dirty inside and out. Water spots and dirt was still on outside of glass and dirty inside windows. I finally gave up and said it was fine to get him out of here. Would not recommend there service again. Better calling a local washer or better yet taking it to car wash your self. Cheaper and still have issues but nothing like mobile wash. Called customer service and they don't care. Try for yourself and you will not be happy at all. Makes it feel like you have to babysit the whole wash. I don't get paid to watch. read more

I saw the billboard sign on the freeway and decided I was going to give Mobile Wash a try. So easy to download the app and schedule to have my car cleaned right where I work. I ordered a car wash for Sunday morning on Saturday night, and Martin was my service provider! He came out and unfortunately it was a bit hotter that day than I would've liked, but he did an amazing job and I can tell no corners were cut! I got the premium detail and a clay bar service, and my car looks like it did the day I bought it! There were a few scuffs on the paint that are now nowhere to be found, my seats are conditioned and shiny, all of the glass in my car is perfect, every inch vacuumed to perfection. I am VERY impressed and will be using MobileWash again! read more
