Had both my cars detailed by Black Diamond auto detailing and they did a terrific job! I've had my cars detailed before and nothing comes close to the quality of service by Black Diamond. I will be calling them again for my next detail read more

They messed up both cars black trim, it is white and they came to "fix" it one, but it is worse and they left a nasty oil all of the truck, and turned whote again quickly. They stopped responding and we paid close to $800 for the 2 vehicles. I do recommend them at all. read more

My husband made an anniversary appointment for me for Friday the 28th, they did not arrive at the 2:00 p.m. arrival time or any time. Texted multiple times was told that they would check the reservation and give ETA they never got back to me. I had to call four times in a row at 4:00 p.m. to get somebody to answer the phone to talk with me. I was told they only have one guy for the Corona area and they couldn't find him. That once they're able to contact him they'll see what they can do. I would not recommend this car cleaning company. read more

Before taking delivery of my car I sent out a quote and Dylan responded. I set an appointment online and made arrangements at the selling dealership to allow Dylan to perform the paint correction and ceramic coating. For a 15 year old car and original paint job, it has turned out pretty amazing. I will have Dylan follow up after the rainy season with car washes and keeping this thing looking as good as it can be. Thank you for all the hard work, black cars are not easy. He also showed up a day early to beat the rain. read more

Called these guys to shampoo my f150 carpet and seats. Made the appointment for the next day at 4pm. Dude showed up at 7:30 when it's already dark out. So three and a half hours late. Shampoos my carpet and seats. From what I could see in the dark the seats came out ok. Looked at the carpet and he made a 2" hole in the rear driver side. See photo. Contacted them about replacing it and got ignored. I'm going to file a small claims lawsuit against them. If only I could give no stars I DO NOT RECOMMEND BLACK DIAMOND! read more

I brought my car in awhile back for a wash and detailing. I had an interior detail. It was my first car so I wanted my car to be beautiful and spotless. I didn't understand all these car terms but the man on the phone helped me settle on a package. Ruined my car and I didn't even realize the silver stains in my backseat until I came back from a trip! Left stains on my front seat where I sit and left dirt in the crevices of my car. At least the fake leather on my car was shiny (but it was streaky and oily, I assume that's normal). Never again :( didn't pick up twice after so i gave up. read more

They did an amazing job with my windows, they're so sweet and nice when it comes to customer service. I really recommend this place if you wanna get anything for you car. 10/10 read more

They cleaned the outside well compared to how dirty it was but they didn't clean the Door Jams or Vacuumed the seats and floors like they said they "covered". The windows weren't cleaned fully and you could still see the wiping marks. My paint was also chipped from several spots and I know they weren't there before because they are fresh. I took my car here because of the great reviews but I don't think I will trust this place again. read more

This is probably my 6th time here, my car was disgustingly filthy this time, just covered in a layer of dirt & dead butterflies. Haven't had time to get it washed for like a month so today I jumped at getting it detailed here since the pricing is great and they do a great job. Sometimes their quoted time does go over like today but they were super busy so I understood. read more

Black Diamond Auto Detailing - Car Wash Near Me

Black Diamond Auto Detailing can simply be summarized as convenient. As We we're rushing to watch a movie at the Tyler AMC Theater, we decided to valet due to how late we were. Upon speaking with the valet, we realized that one of the services that we could obtain was a car wash and detail starting at $35. I figured why not, I was already stuck inside a theater for at least an hour and a half so why not kill two birds with one stone and at least come out rewarded with a clean car. When we left the Theater to pick up the car it was ready and the checkout process was super easy. I will admit that the car could have been giving some more attention, but for a small business that operates out of the parking lot at Tyler Mall, you get what you pay for and in this case the car looked way better then when it arrived. read more

Black Diamond Auto Detailing - Car Wash Near Me

When I arrived today morning to this place, I was in a very bad situation. My mom's car was parked outside and it rained cats and dogs in the past few days here. I was about to use her car to go to the gym and when I opened her car, I found that the drivers area was filled with water, it was atleast 3 inches of water. Luckily I had a wet dry small vaccume with me which I used to get the as much water out as I can. But still it was nasty and completely wet. I took my car to this Auto Detailing place. I had a bad experience with someone at this same location before, he was a very rude guy. But, today there was Freddie. He was very kind and humble guy, he immediately started talking me in a very polite way and understood my problem. After that he suggested exactly what I needed and than he told me the price of the package. I selected the full detail which includes the exterior acid wash and it was $140 including interior detail. I left my car in his hands and left. After couple of hours he called me to apologise that they are out of the acid solution today and that he will do it for free when I come the next time which was the following week sometime. Without the exterior the price was only $75 for the interior. So basically he only charged me $75 for in and out both. I got the car after almost 6 hours and he did a great job. He was very patient and he did it nicely. I will also post pictures. If you are the owner and reading this, please give this guy a raise. Also, if you guys are reading this, make sure to go to Freddie. read more

Great detailing service! My car was absolutely horrendous inside and out and I wanted to sell my vehicle but was worried about the cosmetic condition it was in. Update 5/26/18 Spoke to the owner of the business and he's willing to make things right in order to earn my business again. We set an appointment and I will have a fresh updated review of my experience. Original Review: Went in to get my car clay barred, waxed , and polished because I didn't have time to do it myself which I now regret as I could have done a better job and saved my money. I don't even think they clayed it at all !! When I first got my car back I couldn't really see any imperfections as most of their work is done in a low light atmosphere as It is located in a parking garage, secondary I feel that they don't pay attention to detail ironically enough since most people go there to get their cars detailed.... there were a lot of streaks throughout my car due to left over wax residue and the wheels were not even cleaned. Trust me I'm not picky at all and don't even like to leave reviews on businesses so this should say a lot about my experience as this is my very first review ever ! I just simply want other to be aware so that they can save their money elsewhere. Also when I was picking up my car I arrived a bit early so I sat in the benches in the back corner and there was a shady looking guy by the stairs doing drugs who I could only assume was hanging out with the car wash employees since there were multiple backpacks and belongings around him. Regardless of the matter it's a bad look for your business, I won't ever trust these folks with my car ever again. Two stars because they actually washed it and made it shine... Although I could have gone to the chevron wash and paid $10 to achieve the same. read more

Came to this place a couple of times for car wash and this time is one of the worst car wash experience me and my girlfriend ever had in our life. We went in today on May 27, 2017 (Saturday) at 4:30 to dropped of the car and pickup our car around 5 minutes after 6. No one from the car wash was on scene so we went to pick up the car with the valet person (Nico). When we got the car, we immediately notice the car wasn't clean properly. There are multiple spots that have chunks of dirt and sticky residue on the car body, the water spots on the windows wasn't wipe down properly leaving water marks all over the windows. WHAT SHOCKED US THE MOST WAS OUR CASH/CHANGE BOX WAS STOLEN FROM US (around $10 dollars). It's pathetic that a business can't keep their employees hand clean and had to steal their customers money. Would not recommended this place for people that wanted a quality car wash. Just another update from while ago! Had talked to the manager and eventually had solve the problem. Got money refund back and everything went well. I'll give 2 more stars. read more

It was my first time here and I was not happy with the service for a couple of reasons: I dropped off my car at noon this Sunday and was told it would take 3-4 hours. I was fine with that and they said I could come back to pick it up. My car was not ready till 445pm. I paid $75 for an interior wash. I even tipped the man. However when I drove my car out the garage in the light, the outside of my car was not completely clean. I could've paid $30 for this kind of work somewhere else. Wax was left on all sides of my car. There was still dirt on my rims. My inside was not completely wiped down. Overall, they did a lazy job and I highly doubt I will be coming back here. read more

I dropped my car off for a basic wash and I was told that it would ready in 2.5 hours. I returned and they had not started on the car. The manager is not on location and the workers did not seem to care. I would give them less that 1 star but that is the lowest I can give. DO NOT TAKE TOUR CAR THERE. For the price of $90 for interior detail only and a wash exterior you get what you pay for and I say it is pretty dang good. This is my second time bringing my car in for an interior detail and again I am satisfied. They leave it as if i got it from the dealer again. There are minor things like the windshield was not cleaned properly from the inside, nor did they vacuum my trunk, but compared to wha my car looked like inside they did amazing. I was reading the passed reviews so I was scared to bring it in, but like i said you can't beat the price other competing people quoted me 150-160$ who know how they would have done but I am happy for Black Diamonds service. I definitely will bring my car again. If you are not happy with your service don't just drive away voice it. The first I got my care detailed here I left and realized in the sun there was product stain on my seat and on my roof and i called them and they fixed it right away. read more

Let's start with the first fact that I paid $90 dollars for my interior to be cleaned and well the stain is still there my interior clean still has marks and pretty much looks like i cleaned it my self, Wet seats, wet Mats smeared water marks on my windows... I mean if your going to charge $90 at least try and make it look like it was worth the $90 with maybe at least drive carpets and sears just a thought... any ways if you want to come here for an expensive $5 dollar car wash that's cool. But I rather just wash it my self. Maybe it's because I don't have a sports car. Two stars though because the guy that helped me was nice. But never again. *************** So an update the guy JOSE the manger just ignored me and never fixed my problem. I seriously wish I could zero stars Take it elsewhere there's places that would really love your business and actually DO A GOOD JOB!! read more

I called the number listed on their account to find out how much it would cost to get my car w basic Wash. A nice guy answered asked me what kind of car I drove quoted me $35 dollars. This is really one of the way hand wash places in the area so I drove 30 minutes I'm traffic to get here. Once I finally arrived a very unenthusiastic young man approached me and just Kinda stood there for a second. I asked him how much a wash would be and he said $45..obviously $10 more than What was quoted. I asked him what that included He said wash, vacuum and dry wipe down of The interior. I didn't think it was worth it but had already driven all the way there so I said I'd continue. Then he tells me the wait is about and 1 hr 45 mins to 2 hrs I looked and there was like 2 cars they currently were working on. I just said never mind took my Keys back and left. Let me start off by saying, I really wanted to like this place, since all the other yelpers out there seemed to give black diamond 5 stars. Unfortunately my experience was not 5 star worthy. Here's my experience. I called to see if they had time to wash my vehicle, the associate who answered the phone was rude, cut me off, hung up on me twice, and then just said "bring the car in, I'll let you know if we have time". First of all, I am not going to drive all the way out there just to find out if you could wash my car, a simple yes or no answer would have sufficed. Secondly, my car (Porsche boxster) was one of the vehicles that was egged on my block by a bunch of kids and I needed assistance immediately, since all the eggs dried up and was causing damage to my paint. I , alongside my roommate, washed the car as best we could, but there was still a glaze on my paint, so I looked on yelp and found black diamond. (I regret doing so) When I arrived, I let them know the spots to focus on and asked to see if they could remove all the egg that dried up on my windshield. The associate said, "yeah whatever, egg shouldn't be a problem". He told me to return in an hour and forty five minutes to pick up my car. When i came back I saw my vehicle and noticed they did NOTHING to remove the egg. There was still dirt on my car, due to improper washing, and they failed to wash certain parts at all. My rims were still dirty, there was still dirt and water spots all over my car, and they left the dried egg on my windshield, then ignored my comment about the egg. A different associate said "they're closed now". I was so upset that they were so rude to me, after I was nothing but polite. I even paid the stupid 25$ for that awful wash. They didn't even vacuum my whole car (which is interesting because my car is very small). When I arrived at my friends house, we ended up washing the car ourselves. We used tricks we found on YouTube involving white vinegar and warm water, and together we did a better job than they did, in half the time. I was sooooo upset that my experience was a horrendous one. I will NEVER come back here ever again, and I advise all of you to look for a new car wash place, because this isn't a top notch car wash/detail. (look at the photo i attached, this is the way they returned my vehicle) Let me know if this is 5 star worthy....having egg still on my car (which I later removed by actually washing it), water spots/dirt all over my vehicle, and rims still covered in dirt and grease. I literally made a yelp account just to write this review. read more

This whole concept of having a Stand right outside of Nordstrom, was genius ! Nothing worse then coming to shop & can't find a spot to park but what's even worse is driving around in a dirty car. Someone got a "SHARK TANK" idea to cure two headaches in one. The valet itself is $10.00. We'll worth it if you're planning a long day at the mall shopping and these parking lots surrounding the Galleria, is a Madhouse! Better deal is to get the $25.00 car wash , especially if your car is dirty & needs one anyways. Today was my first time using their service and I definitely plan on using them in the near future. I'll probably start planning my shopping trips based on how dirty my Jeep is... haha You pull up at the West end entrance of Nordstrom, you'll see a valet stand and be greeted by one of their friendly staff members. Request valet only or car wash. They do offer a detail service, that I'll probably try out after the rainy season. Tip is NOT included in the $25.00 rate... just some additional 411. My daughter works in the service business, so I know tips are greatly appreciated. The car was cleaned inside & out. No obvious water spots & it also includes wheel treatment. I was happy with their service today. Definitely worth the $25.00 HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM & I'LL BE USING THEIR SERVICE AGAIN! read more
