The mark of a great company is great customer service, from the get go Carole was not only a delight on the phone, but extremely helpful in every way. 2. When our screen doors where measured I made an offhand remark how we have a cat that thinks our house is a parkour training ground, meaning she races around the house & bounces off the walls & literally leaps onto the screens & hangs there. Kelly suggested to consider installing the Pet Screen. As the trust level had already been set I said "Yes"... best decision ever! After several years of our cat's continued military obstacle course training the screens are as solid as the day they were installed! 3. We recently realized we needed a few more screens to replace the old ones that came with our house & naturally called Carole at MSS. Nothing has changed, still the top notch professional & über friendly service (yes, they actually pick up the phone!). After trying to replace our sliding screen doors ourselves with the rubbish Home Depot sells for sliding screens, I called Mobile Speed Screens. Carol answered the phone, got me a quote I could work with. She set up an appointment for me to meet with Kelly, who arrived exactly on time. Kelly measured the sliding screens and helped me pick a screen door design that would work with our front door design (which has a big window in it). I was having a hard time trying to decide on door designs and he was very patient and told me the pros and cons for each. I ended up choosing his recommendation (and it looks great!) Installation was a couple of days later. He put in two sliding screens, one window screen and the screen door. He showed me what needed to be done to ensure the handles of the screen door and the wood door wouldn't bang into each other, something I was worried about but he explained everything as he went along. I really like it when I don't have to pry information out of a installer and they are glad to help me understand the process. After installation he showed me how to adjust my screens if needed and cleaned up the area. I think the cost was extremely reasonable. I can't recommend Mobile Speed Screens enough. I called them after my dog ran through my patio slider. They sent someone out within a week. He was on time, took my old screen and some measurements then went out to his trailer and made me a new screen door right there!
