I brought my phone in for a simple screen repair, and this guy kept my phone the entire day without even fixing it. When I asked for my phone back, he actually refused to give it back to me. Every time I asked what was going on, I got excuses and what felt like nothing but lies. The way he treated me as a customer was ridiculous. If you value your phone, your time, and your money, stay far away from this place. There was zero professionalism, zero respect, and zero accountability. I went to another repair shop who mentioned they don't work on Acers and there are very few shops that do. They did tell me to check with Pleasanton Computer Repair though. Thank goodness I did! They were able to repair my computer for a lot less than I anticipated and finished the project quickly.
