I was a bit skeptical to see all the 5 star reviews on this page but man, Jonathan deserves every single one!!! If you need your iPhone screen or lcd fixed you go to him!!! I called him and he met me at my house the very next day and was done in 15 minutes. It seemed much faster than that because he would talk to you the entire time and he seemed genuinely interested in what you were saying, all in all a very kind man! And the price was very reasonable as well. Hopefully I don't have to see him again (for the broken screen) but if I do need it being fixed or know someone who needs theirs fixed, I know who to go to. read more

So Jonathan was amazing from start to finish and I totally understood why his ratings were so high... Unfortunately a month later, as I snapped my phone into a new, sturdier case, as I secured the bottom left corner of the case in...boom...new crack appeared! The original damage to the phone was in that same corner so I realize that is probably the most vulnerable spot, but never imagined putting a new case on my phone would cause a crack just by touching it. I reached out to Jonathan who advised me he couldn't do anything but replace the screen again at some sort of discount. I wasn't pleased with that because I felt there should be some sort of guarantee on the repair, especially for the reason for the new crack. I was also not pleased with how the new screen had been sealed to the phone frame, but never said anything about it because I realized it was a repair and I was just thrilled to have a new screen when he fixed it. The seam is extremely rough. When I mentioned that as well, he immediately started chastising me for how badly my phone had been damaged and the extra work he did on it for free. It takes a lot for me to write negative reviews on Yelp, normally only use it for glowing reviews. More disappointed in his demeanor than the fact that my phone cracked putting on a new case. read more

Jonathan is simply amazing! i originally went with iCRACKED, but they were too busy for me (waited for 3 days but there was always an excuse). I was done waiting around so I decided to shoot Jonathan a text. He responded within 5 minutes and said he could come to my job in a couple of hours. HE KEPT HIS WORD. Super friendly & knows his stuff. He let me watch him take it all apart & gave me everything i asked for. Replaced my cracked screen, home button, AND lock button for a price i bet you cant beat anywhere else. Idk if i'm trippen but as soon as he fixed my iphone it even worked faster! All these 5 star reviews are well deserved. I had dropped my iPhone, shattering my screen, and needed it replaced ASAP so my fingers weren't full of glass shards. I called Jonathan the next day and he was able to meet me that same day at a Starbucks to do the replacement. He was on time, reasonably priced, quick to get the job done and was an all around super nice guy! We had a great conversation and I felt confident in my decision as well as his work. My new screen is great quality, the best out there. Thank you Jonathan for making this negative into a positive! If I ever break my phone again I know where I am going. read more

Honestly, this guy is the best! I recently took my phone to be repaired by my friend. He replaced the screen, but the next time I dropped my phone, my screen went completely blank. It was about 8 o'clock at night and I was desperate to fix my phone. I called Jonathon and he was willing to meet me THAT HOUR to fix my phone. It seriously took like 3 minutes and it worked good as new. Jonathon really knows what he is doing and works very fast. WORDS OF ADVICE: never let your friend fix anything you care about, leave it to a professional like Jonathon. Definitely recommend Jonathon for any iPhone problems. THANKS MAN! read more

Within 5 minutes of arriving to Disneyland for my families 3-day vacation, I dropped my iPhone resulting in a completely shattered screen. After looking into various options, replacement not being an option, I found Jonathan's service. I called him at 4 PM and within the hour he arrived at my hotel. No more than 30 minutes later, even after patiently answering all my curious questions, he had my phone fixed and good as, if not better, than new. He is truly a very honest business man. He called me back and ask me to test/do certain steps, and the issue was fixed -- for free -- because the reality is, there was nothing wrong with my phone -- and he didn't take advantage of my "lack of knowledge". The issue: woke up and my phone was off, won't charge. Thought something was wrong with the charger port. Left him a voice mail -- on his day off -- and he called back. Shared his knowledge/diagnose for free which is -- my phone was rebooting itself, and didn't turn back on. Glad to know that we still have honest business people in this world. read more

Great service! He came to my office and fixed both the power button and home button on my iPhone 4s in under 30 minutes for $75. Better than the Apple store. Better than having to take my lunch to go somewhere else and get it fixed (and hope it doesn't take longer than an hour). I'll absolutely use Jonathan again the next time I manage to break my phone. Definitely 5 stars overall. He arrived at my office within a couple of hours, as agreed. Jonathan fixed my iPhone 6 screen in less than 15 minutes. He even put in a screen protector for free. Great quality screen. I had my screen previously replaced by iFix4U in Fontana and the screen they put on my phone was very fragile and it had a poor image quality. It was obvious iFix4u uses cheap quality aftermarket. I broke that screen in less than three months. Then I called Jonathan. He charged me $40 less and the quality of the screen he put on my phone is just like OEM. Great service, great quality, great price. Definitely will use him again. read more
