Stay away from their install services. I ordered 6 pre-hung interior doors and 3 pocket doors. I…read morewas told they won't install pocket doors, so I hired my own installer for those doors. The pocket doors were the first to be installed, and they were great. Worked perfectly. Unfortunately, the Lowe's installer then arrived and installed the pre-hung door. One of them abutted one the pocket doors, and suddenly that pocket door would no longer slide easily without getting scratched. The installer came out and spent about 5 minutes looking at it and said it was the pocket door that was the problem. Lowe's has taken the same position, and refuses to do anything else about it. They say it's my problem. I asked that another installer come take a look at it, and they claim no one else is available. It's my problem. Very poor customer service. I still have 2 more doors that need to be installed, and they expect me to allow the same installer to do the work. Shameful way to do business.. Lowe's refuses to stand by their work.
