He followed up with us multiple times just to keep us posted on progress. Today, in to look for a dresser and seating for our living room. Not only did Gail (manager) guide us to the perfect piece, but she also spent more than an hour working through seating choices. We left with only the dresser purchased, needing to check layout of what we liked in the room. Headed back tomorrow to finalize. Matter Brother's warranty or protection plan coverage is a huge SCAM…read more Paid for Leather protection plan for color transfers and other things associated with stains and when we had an issue with one cushion on a Leather sofa they washed their hands of their warranty Division. No one came out to see the light stains and the claim was denied. Matter Brother's was very disrespectful and accusing us of wear on all of the sofa. By the way they didn't come out to see the sofa in person and assumed all of our sofa had stains. Very suspicious activity. AVOID their scam selling you a protection plan on their products they won't back up and accuse you as the problem. I give them an F grade in customer service and backing up their products.

I called Jessup this morning, August 4, 2026, because I tried several times to get a response from the warranty vendor about expected arrival time to make the needed repair. The staff whi answered the phone transferred me to m sales rep. He told me he couldn't help me. I responded that the service provider was endorsed by Jessup and I needed to know when the provider would be at my home to provide the service. He then told me he would check with the service girl and ended the call. Do not, I repeat, do not rely upon Jessup for any post sales help with the extended warranty repair provider. I'd look elsewhere for extended warranty service. Big disappointment.
