We even took it to have one of the guys put in the string thinking we were doing something wrong. After taking it back home, as soon as he starts it, the strings come out. He then went to return the failed weed wacker and they would not refund us because they said there was gas in it. Really?? How else were we to test it? With no gas? Outrageous!! I then received a 5 minute lecture on the color depends on this, that, and the other thing. I thanked him and told hIm I would find the colors myself. When I got over to the color swatches and walked out the door. I then called the store on Cattleman and spoke to a girl named Hannah who invited me to stop by her store, which I did and she helped me find the colors that closely matched what I was looking for without making me feel like a stupid woman!
