I was put on hold for 11 minutes, then I was disconnected. No problem I'd spent the time enjoyably looking at colors for various rooms. I called back was put on hold, then disconnected. I called again and was hung up on. I called back - I REALLY wanted Sherman Williams paint for our new home - I was hung up on. We have used Sherman Williams paint for 40 years, we liked the quality. Not for this home. If they have so many customers they can disconnect them or hang up on them rather than answer a simple question it is time to google a replacement quality paint brand rather than follow our long tradition out of loyalty to a brand.
