I had a TERRIBLE experience at The Broken Blade in Port Charlotte…read more My 3-year-old Toro lawn mower wheel broke off the deck while I was mowing. I dropped it off and explained clearly that I didn't want to put a lot of money into repairs, if it was too expensive, I'd just buy a new mower. I also asked if they could check on warranty coverage or if welding was an option. They are a Toro dealer. After not hearing back a few days, I called and was told they had done a "full diagnostic" and that repairs would cost $375 on a mower that cost $500 new. On top of that, they charged me $50 just to tell me the mower wasn't worth fixing. The entire assessment took seconds, no actual work was done, and at no point was I told there would be a fee. If I had known, I would never have authorized it. Instead, I was blindsided with a charge for information I already suspected: that it wasn't worth repairing. I caution any one for going to this place. They do not care about their customers and I will NEVER go back there. This was one of the dumbest business decisions to fleece me for 50 bucks. I will tell everyone I know not to go to this place.

So not as much walking to find your items. Although I did have an issue trying to find a cart without a wheel problem lol. I ended up leaving my cart in an aisle because it was hurting my lower back trying to drive it. I found my items quickly and jumped in the self checkout line. I waited only a few minutes before a cash register became available. I had a question for an associate which was answered effeciently. I purchased my items and was on my way. The parking lot was quite hectic, but I was able to maneuver in and out without much hassle. I would shop here again.

The sales people saw me there and knew what I was doing. After finally finding the right wallpaper and wanting to order some samples, I went to the desk with the hope of ordering the samples and they simply said we can't help you. We don't deal with wallpaper, you have to come back on the few days that the wallpaper person worked there. Very unhelpful, rude, and extremely disappointed that they at least didn't inform me they could be of no help when it came to wallpaper before I spent the hour and a half there.
