I called Jessup this morning, August 4, 2026, because I tried several times to get a response from the warranty vendor about expected arrival time to make the needed repair. The staff whi answered the phone transferred me to m sales rep. He told me he couldn't help me. I responded that the service provider was endorsed by Jessup and I needed to know when the provider would be at my home to provide the service. He then told me he would check with the service girl and ended the call. Do not, I repeat, do not rely upon Jessup for any post sales help with the extended warranty repair provider. I'd look elsewhere for extended warranty service. Big disappointment.

Ken indicated he had no ability to provide a prompt a quick turnaround for a replacement. A new order was placed...That fridge did not last even 8 hours and it was not cooling! Yes - more food was spoiled and tossed out. 3rd try... I finally got a GE Fridge that worked! I have had conversations with Ken, by phone as well email. He is ineffective at any level of customer empathy, or responding in a Service minded manner! Takes an order acts rushed most of the time... he is selling only to help Ken Gough make a buck! What I like about Famous Tate is that it is small enough to not wander around like you would in Lowe's or Home Depot. My sales person is Napoleon, but Bob is great too and has helped out my parents. They give you time to look at stuff. There is no high pressure tactics, but when you have questions they are right there to answer them rather than waiting while they call someone over the intercom. Due the pandemic, many items have been out of stock due to supply chain issues. I walked in, told Napoleon what I wanted and he walked me right to the ones that were available. I didn't have to wait for him to pour through a computer to say, yes we have this, no we don't. Delivery is fast and convenient. They will even haul away your old stuff which is great. They go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I bought something from them 2 years ago and it broke. It had a manufacturers warranty so I called them up and they were easily able to find my receipt and email it to me so I could send it to the manufacturer who then promptly fixed my item.
