When I placed an order for a sectional I was told it would be delivered in the beginning of May. I tried to call numerous times to get the status of my order. When I finally got through to online orders ( customer service never answered) I was told it would be ready maybe by the end of March. No one ever contacted me to let me know about a delay. One reason I ordered it in the first place was because of the timely delivery. Very disappointing. Hopefully the sectional will make the wait worth it read more

After waiting months our dinner table, it came in a damaged box, cracking the marble table. The 3rd party shipper noted this at the warehouse, but shipped it to us anyways. Getting another table will take another 2-3 months. This is the problem with companies that don't maintain their own salaried delivery services. read more

While visiting the Sarasota area my wife and I walked into the store at the mall. They have a beautiful selection of furniture in a vast array of fabrics to choose from. There seems to be an entire customization section as well. One of the staff members came over and introduced herself and asked if we needed anything. We have been looking at theater chairs and she showed us several options that they had. Unfortunately none have the three-way adjustments that I was truly hoping for in a movie theater chair. On the bright side they do seem to ship anywhere in the state of Florida so even if you are traveling you can still order it and have it shipped to your house. read more

In response to my review, I was contacted by Arhaus' Manager of Retail Operations & Sales who placed an order honoring the price offered during the Memorial Day sale and with the $149 shipment fee. That was a positive experience for me. Arhaus also fixed the shipment discrepancy in the system. The shipment fee for all finishes is $299 (WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SERVICE) now. Not what I would wish for, but it is consistent. read more

I finished building my first home last year in Lakewood Ranch and I decided to furnish every room with Arhuas. I have 40+ orders just from online purchases which the website is NOT user friendly at all. I receive more Arhuas boxes then Amazon and have spent thousands of dollars over the past year.I would never recommend to any of my neibours to make any large purchases from Arhuas they can't even handle a pillow cover after what I experienced during the Memorial Day sale June 1st I ordered 2 Channel Stitched hide pillow covers for $24.82 each along with purchasing 1 in person at the Sarasota store in UTC on Jun 3rd for $14.50 it was a additional 50%off. On June 13th I placed a order for 2 porformance poofs and called the store inquiring about my other orders and when they would be arriving. While I was on the phone with a associate she said she would bundle them all together and expedite the orders.I was pleased as always with the staff but never approved of them starting a new order with only being credited the prior full payment of $24.82, I was never made aware that I was to be charged $275.86 for 2 pillow covers.I never approved of, it was a honest mistake from a Arhaus employee not realizing the price had changed since the time of the sale there was no authorization to do so, by the time I did receive the packages I was abroad for the rest of the summer and it was to late to return them.So now I'm stuck with this payment I never agreed or signed for. It clearly says Instore payments require 50% minimum deposit and a 100%online. The credit wouldn't have even covered half of the down payment the invoice says websale. So never buy a bed or sectional from this store. I have spent thousands and thousands of Dollars at this store and even have stocks. I wI'll never purchase anything from this company again. read more

I recently purchased the Arhous Tahoe sectional and I do not recommend anyone buying this product. Get the Restoration hardware Cloud. Do no buy the Arhous Tahoe sectional you will be dissatisfied!! Arhous asked for me to contact them which I did, and they did not respond to my email. There is no customer service from Arhous. I do not recommend anyone using them. I have been jerked around since December. It's now mid February. My next move is the Better Business Bureau to complain about the poor workmanship and the terrible customer service read more

The in store staff are nice...but had to contact the concierge regarding 1out 2 outdoor rugs that are covered in pure mold (2nd identical rug is fine..) I was told to 'spot clean it" & dont use it outside (its an outdoor rug)!!!! and regarding 2 identical nightstands that the surface is flaking off!!! I was told to get a marker & just keep coloring in areas as they flake off No words!!!! read more

Two are certified and especially top-notch, and their talent in crafting unique vision for entire homes is impressive. Don't recommend this store... Saw chairs online on sale but didn't want the white glove service. Called the store and they said I could order in store and receive shipping. Went to the store and they said it wasn't in stock. I was surprised and disappointed. However, I went on the site and it was still in stock. So I called the store and they said it wasn't available. After calling customer service and the store back to back, (because of given wrong information) I was able to purchase the chairs the next day at 2pm. It took about 3 weeks after purchasing the chairs for the chairs to come in. It had felt like a long time since I ordered that I called the store on a Monday to find out where they were. The sales lady told me Sunday would give me a call back. The next day, I realized she never did. So I called the store again, and said she had emailed me that they were at the store on the Wednesday prior. Almost a week ago!!!! I didn't even receive an email from her, not even in my junk mail. She couldn't even pick up the phone to call me and let me know. Also, while calling the store for the simple question of "Where are my chairs", the sales people always are "SO BUSY" they can't even say hello and attempt to help. They always say, "I'm so busy right now, she'll have to call you back later.". I am surprised this store is in business with the lack of decent customer service. I spend "season" in Sarasota every year and we must find something we love (and need?!) almost every time we visit and believe me, I don't like to "shop". But this place -- and the people who work there -- are really good at what they do. We have the Remington couch, the matching swival chair (personal favorite), some Hamptons outdoor teak furniture that just gets better and better, a cool Porter carved mirror that everyone thinks we picked up in Europe, our master bed (Hayworth, I think?) which ARHAUS customed for us in my wife's favorite blue, a motion bed platform, and their special "retreat" mattress which is frankly, a life-saver for my back. read more

I was happily surprised to see Kristin Joyce there doing design consultation work. I have been in Kristin's homes and and she is a master of style and creativity. She can take any space and make it look sensational. Just meeting her you get a sense of her gift. I think the word is panache, and she has it. I recommend our house furniture store Sarasota to all and especially to men who want to make a great design statement with their home environment. I worked with store designer Sunday, who has an infectious happy and positive attitude and takes the time to learn and listen to her customers to make the best suggestions. She never pushed any particular piece or accessory. But any 1 or 2 ideas presented were so perfect. And with the store layout being so large and having so much to see, Sunday was able to transform the time there into a personal showcase of environments that were just me. I guess the things we see on HGTV with designers are for real. Sunday and Arhaus has made a believer of me in the process! Great service and buying experience! read more

STAY AWAY............ in 2016 my wife and I bought several thousands of dollars of furniture . All must be paid in full before they will even order or deliver anything. Do not pay a dime up front if you deal with this "I could care less company" So the furniture in 2016 came in wrong , damaged and the delivery persons also damaged our walls . Numerous calls to a manager , no call back, several calls to corporate in Ohio and we finally got a few items repaired and they never fixed the damaged walls. Late 2017 and my wife talks me into ordering more furniture .Sales associate assures us they have all new management and they really care. Contrary to my wishes of ever doing business here again we plop down the almost $3000 to have the honor or ordering one piece of furniture, It arrives weeks later missing parts and only half assembled .We'll order the parts right away .No choice, they have all of our money . Part comes in weeks later , wrong color, Oh we'll order another, Part comes in (we have to piece together,) and guess what , the rod it connect to is bent and will not stay together .Now we know why it was never put in in the first place, The delivery personell knew there was a problem, 3 calls to the store manager , not one call back .We finally called their concierge and he promised the store manager will get back to us in 48 hours , yes that's 48 hours ,Well 80 hours later and no call .Unbelievable , I want to rent a truck and drop this piece of s_ _ _ in front of their showroom door . Go to goodwill . Better service ,better product .We now are now forced to get the BBB and hopefully attorney general involved ,RUN RUN read more
