I called Jessup this morning, August 4, 2026, because I tried several times to get a response from the warranty vendor about expected arrival time to make the needed repair. The staff whi answered the phone transferred me to m sales rep. He told me he couldn't help me. I responded that the service provider was endorsed by Jessup and I needed to know when the provider would be at my home to provide the service. He then told me he would check with the service girl and ended the call. Do not, I repeat, do not rely upon Jessup for any post sales help with the extended warranty repair provider. I'd look elsewhere for extended warranty service. Big disappointment.

Over 100k in medical bills and SEVERE TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY, HOWEVER THE HOME DEPOT REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE NEGLIGENCE. THEY REFUSE TO COVER THE MEDICAL BILLS THOUGH THEY KNOW THAT THEIR HIGHLY POLISHED CONCRETE BY THE ENTRANCE/ EXIT IS LIKE BLACK ICE/ super slippery and dangerous to the public. I spoke to at least ten other people who slipped and felt in the same exact spot. I'm sure some sort of a release of Home Depot being negligent. Please let's stand up to this giant bully!!!! Any information on how you slipped or how that area is slippery would be very important to keep anyone in the future from severe injuries. Even though we were mid-price point shoppers looking for style at good value, the salesperson was super helpful in selecting everything we needed. Looking at the fixtures in person made a significant difference. They have high end fixtures and a good selection of mid price points. After delivery, We were missing some parts and they quickly replaced them. Also had to exchange the light fixture for a different style and the whole experience was painless. How unusual.
