New Miele dishwasher purchased and installed in Jul 2025. I asked and was told by sales that new water hoses/coupling would be installed. Mullets installer installed new dishwasher but left 13-year-old plumbing from previous dishwasher. 6 months later 13 year old plumbing ruptured and caused flood in my kitchen. I had to pay $161 for new plumbing to be installed 6 months after original installation. I called over 12 times to reverse charge once I had proof that it was 13 year old part ruptured. Mullets told me this additional charge was justified as I did not have a "standard" installation. I asked if causing flooding in new clients dishwasher was standard policy. Worst customer experience in my life. The delivery and service department is not properly trained to install appliances. They could not level or balance a refrigerator or stove. The stove was a safety hazard. It took numerous phone calls and 4 service trips to get the right person to solve my issues. Still waiting on resolution for my new dishwasher that still doesn't work. If you are on this site you know Mullet's is not highly rated. They are the only dealer that services one of my appliances, therefore I use them... reluctantly. It is a third generation business Mr Mullet does not take calls from customers i'm told. You pay up front for service work with a credit card. You will be charged $125 for a service call just to get an initial estimate. It took 10 weeks to have lights fixed on my gill. Oh, they tell you when it is convenient for them to come to your house. If you cant fit their schedule they will cheerfully find another day for you, again, at their convenience. Good luck! read more

My wife and I bought a microwave from Mullet's and within the 1st year we needed to replace the heating element twice. It was clearly a lemon. When it malfunctioned for the 3rd time, I called the manufacturer and they agreed to ship me a new part free. However, they needed Mullet's to verify that the old heating element was indeed bad. But when I called them, Mullet's wanted me to pay a service charge! I told them I wasn't about to throw more money towards a product that was clearly a lemon. So now, my wife and I are stuck with a $1,200 microwave that doesn't work. This outfit clearly does not stand behind the products it sells. My advice: never do business with this outfit!!! read more

I had Mullet come to service my Bosch stackable Washing Machine. They said they needed to send 2 technicians but only one showed up. the one who showed up didn't know anything about how to repair the machine which had a drain issue. he tried to tell me it was a blocked hose. that was not the issue. the issue was plugged filter trap which required the machine to be disassemble but he could not do that. long story short I fixed myself but they still charged me. read more

This company is the worst. I bought a house that was just finishing renovations from Ian storm damage. Complete renovation with new appliances from Mullets. The previous owner gave me the info that they bought the appliances from Mullets. The two wine coolers had problems shortly after I took possession of the new home. I contacted Mullets in October of 2024 and they notified me that the coolers were still under warranty and they would send a tech out. After two visits from techs and multiple delays and rescheduling on their part, my wine coolers still aren't working. They said they only had a tech in my area on Tuesdays.. now, they just called me and rescheduled from a March appointment and said the earliest they could get here is in Mid April. I most recently left a message for the owner who has yet to return my call. Plenty of other options out there.. don't use this company. read more

This September '24 we purchased a Scotsman's Ice matching along with several other appliances from Mullets. After installing the ice machine we had problems with it. Finally in December we contacted Mullets, they blamed it on the installation. Our installer contacted Mullets to confirmed he installed it to specs. In January Mullet's agreed to pick the machine up and see if it would work in the shop. It took them 3 weeks (never a sense of urgency) for them to determined there was an issue with the machine not installation. They sent out for a part. By mid February we were informed it was the wrong part and they needed to send out for another part. At this point I requested that they replace the unit but they refused claiming Scotsman would not replace it and we needed to be patient. I complained that they had full use of my $6k and I had no use of the machine. The inequity of this situation is clear. The lack of customer care and responsibility was remarkable. Through out this process when we called to get an update date or to express our frustration all we could do is talk to an operator. We left a messages with Scott Mullet and Jared (head tech) no one would return our call. Neither man had the courage or courtesy to talk to us. Instead they made the poor operator deal with us. This is our 4th or 5th renovation we have used Mullet's, in each case there was an issue. My wife continued to use Mullet's as it was a "Family"' Owned company. I usually do not write a bad review unless it is horrible service, but on this one, I need to let people know that mullets customer service is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a high end store. We bought high-end wolf appliances, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven gas range, microwave and wine fridge from them. It took them four installs to get them installed correctly and then our dishwasher never did get installed properly. There seems to be a problem with the dishwasher top spinners, which I understand can happen so when they came out to fix it and replace the part, they left the hose off underneath the sink which flooded the entire area and ruined my brand new cabinets, custom cabinets. We have corporate Wolf company involved. They have replaced the dishwasher however, the mullet store says that they have too many employees and too many customers to worry about this and they can't do anything about it. The service manager actually hung up on us and said it's a sales problem not his problem. This is the second time I bought from mullets I will admit the first time everything went smooth, but you never know how good a company is until you have a problem. Unfortunately, we had to buy again because of the hurricane. I will never shop at mullets again, and I am seeking legal action because of my damaged cabinets if I can't get this resolved. This is not like me. I have never sued anybody in my life and I have never written a bad review in my life. But I want everybody to beware if there is a problem it will be terrible. They have 1 person working 2 days for North Naples and Bonita. Had I known their service was so bad I never would have purchased from Mullets. do your homework before buying appliances check manufacturers warranties and retailers service departments. I wonder how many parts will need to be replaced before this Scotsman ice maker will work and how long the warranty will be extended before they replace the unit. Bought all new GE appliances from Mullets and my new fridge stopped cooling six weeks ago. One month was spent with a Mullet's repairman coming over twice and not repairing the Fridge. Then time passed and I was referred to GE warranty, who is starting all over from square one. Thanks Mullets, for not sharing your service information with GE and much more thanks for letting me flap in the wind, with a non working NEW product, that you SHOULD HAVE REPLACED. After they get your order, AWFUL customer service! Ordered 5 appliances in spring 2023 for an estimated Nov 2023 delivery following a kitchen renovation. Two arrived incomplete or damaged. One needed a service call within the first week. The refrigerator didn't arrive until May 2024! When asked, Mullett said it was on backorder and they have no line of sight as to when it would arrive. Our salesperson told us when we ordered the refrigerator that it was in production and it could be September 2023 (which worked with our timeframe) before it was available. When it did not arrive with the other appliances (of which we were given no notice) he told us he never gave us an availability date. Over the course of the next six months we continually asked Mullett for an arrival date with no answers. We finally received the refrigerator 14 months after our original order with barely any apologies from Mullett. Upon installation the door was missing a part. Mullett and the local manufacturer sales rep had no clue when the part would be available. After waiting almost two more months for the part, we reached out to the manufacturer directly and it arrived at our home 36 hours later. This was a horrible experience which could have been minimized if Mullett had communication with and cared about their customers. read more

When they came out to install the new parts, it took less than 3 hrs ...that equaled an labor charge of over $320.00 an hour! We waited 2 weeks for a service appointment. The day of our appointment the technician was supposed to arrive between 4:00 & 6:00. He never showed. Got a text later that evening asking if he could come the next day at 8:00. He showed up at 8:30 and was totally baffled by the Bosch refrigerator. Said he would get a quote for repair and call us. 2 days later he needed to come back to do some more checking. At that visit he established the problem and said he would call on Friday with a quote. He never called. In the meantime we are without a working refrigerator. Finally, late on Monday pm we got a call from a service advisor saying that she had a quote....it was so much! Parts were $450.00 and labor about the same. We declined their service mostly because we were not at all confident that would they were doing would fix the problem. read more

Buyer beware Mullet's, overpriced, Service Department Repair done September 27, 2023. Repair #1 temp probe for over; service call $99. Labor $179. Repair # 2 soap dispenser for dishwasher; service call $25. Labor $164. Plus, part cost and taxes. Total time for both repairs 25 minutes. Note: The only positive experience with Mullet's was the service tech, Mike, who knew what he was doing and was very professional. Read below if you want more details. I called Mullet's service department to schedule a service call for an oven that was not heating properly. I spoke with Danielle, and she explained that there was a diagnostic fee of $99 which would be applied to the labor charge if we had them repair the oven. I agreed. On September 20, 2023, Mike (service rep) arrived on time and diagnosed the problem as a worn-out heat sensor for the bake oven setting. While we were waiting for the oven to heat up, he looked at a soap dispenser on that dish washer that had broken after we had set up the appointment for the oven. It took him 30 seconds to diagnose this problem, the gasket wore out. He said they could order the part and could repair it. Also, while waiting for the oven to heat up, I asked him if they could order filters for the range hood, he told me he would have to check. Upon completion of the service call Mike said the service department would contact me on cost and availability. The next day, September 21, 2023, Danielle and I had direct correspondence about the above 3 issues. She explained that on the oven the $99 diagnostic would be credited against the labor charge on the oven. That there would be a diagnostic fee of $25 each for the dishwasher and to order the filters. Of course, I objected to the additional diagnostic fees. I told her that I thought I was being gauged and ripped off, especially since there was no additional service time spent at our home. She explained that this was Mullet's policy and there was nothing she could do. I asked if there was someone else that I could speak with, she said Jason O'Brien the service manager. Danielle said she would convey the information to Jason, and he would call me the next day. I instructed her to order the parts. The following day, September 22, 2023, the service department called to say the sensor and soap dispenser were in route and we set up an installation date of September 27, 2023. I stated that I still had not heard from Jason, she transferred me to his voice mail. I left a message with a detailed explanation of my call including my phone number. On September 25, 2023, there was a voice message from the service department stating that the filters were on order and there would be no $25 diagnostic fee and they would call me when they arrived so I could pick them up. I called the service department and explained that the filters were only half the request, and that Jason still did not return my call. She transferred the call to Danielle, and she again explained that she could do no more and Jason would have to resolve this matter. On September 26, 2023 Jason called and he stated that this was their policy and he would not credit the $25 for a diagnostic for the dishwasher. THE END read more

I placed a large order replacing all appliances in my kitchen and this company only disappointed us. After using an interior decorator that made very clear to Gail to protect our floors and to determine the point of entrance to bring such heavy appliances they were not prepared at all and had to reschedule installation. I also was confronted by their only and rude installer who did not seem to care I requested after noon work to be done because we home school and this was a big job that would disrupt our day, he complained of not working so late and the whole thing was a clown show. Very unprofessional. We ended up returning most appliances. They seem to get the sale done and the rest is up to what the buyers allow them to do in delivery and installation. In the past, we installed a new grill in our linai and this transaction went smoothly, but when we placed the large order they were all like chickens without a head and needless to say a hot mess looking for the sale and not caring about the customers need was absolutely clear to me. read more

Zero customer service or after-sale care. Purchased a complete set of kitchen appliances that were installed December 2022. The KitchenAid dish washer ($1075 + $150 Install) NEVER WORKED ONCE. Mullet's determined the controller board, pump motor and heater failed and require replacement -- This in a brand new, never operated, dish washer. The Sales Associate claimed a 30% failure rate since covid - would have been nice to know before we purchased. Jan 2021 we bought Nearly $40k in High End Appliances at Mullets in Sarasota. Understood the long wait to get them, they installed the appliances that came on June 15th(other pieces have come since and work ok). The Ice maker takes a week to fill the bin, been complaining for over a month and they have come twice. still not fixed, not even replaced any parts. On day one Gas Range flares on startup so high it bubbled the paint off the side of a frying pan. They have tried to fix that 3 times so far. At this point the burner is either full on or low there is no in between. At my wits end. Contemplating pulling it all out and getting a different brand at a different store. Update, Making progress: Was contacted shortly after the review went up, Ice Maker finally resolved, Installer pinched the water line, they fixed it. Range still not fixed but we r working to resolve this as well.... Got to eat a little crow... gas regulator on the tank was incorrect, not their fault. Range works great :) read more

I ordered from Mulllet's Appliance for one reason and one reason only. My product would have been delayed whether I went with big box store. I went and stuck it out with Mullet for 16 months waiting for a 27" built in micro-oven combo. finally delivered and installed . breakers were turned off and not reset by the installers before leaving. when discovered by me the following day it became my problem to resolve. a very large heavy marble table had to be moved 6 or so inches in order to get through and I had to chase down the installers to put it back where it belonged. when I called management I found them very defensive and unapologetic. this was not the service I was expecting. the delays they had no control over-the service or lack of concern they did have control of and blew it! read more

I made an appointment over a month ago with Mullet appliance repair to diagnose a Dacor wall oven that had an electrical problem with the display panel. As the appointment date approached, I called the service department to confirm the appointment date and time. I was told that they would contact me with a window of arrival on the morning of the appointment. Since Service did not call me, as promised, I called them at 9:30 a.m. I was told that the technician would arrive between 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. I waited all afternoon and evening. Mullet technician never arrived nor called. The next morning I called to find out what happened: the young lady said that she would speak to her service manager. Customer Service is a lost skill, but not at Mullets!!! Mullets Appliances is excellent! They sell high quality brand products, have knowledgeable sales associates, who provide information to make an informed decision. Although my products ordered were delayed for delivery, due to manufacturing issues, Mullets kept me informed, providing updates regularly. The customer service, delivery and installation services were exceptional! The installers handled the appliances with care while installing. They were knowledgeable, explaining the operation of the appliances as well as the features and functionality and care/maintenance. All of my conversations with all the Mullets personnel were courteous and professional. I highly recommend Mullets for all appliance needs, as they exceeded my expectations! read more

One star is too much for them. Once they get your credit card number you are finished. They do not live up to their warranty on service and when they send somebody back out to purportedly live up to the service warranty (only 30 days) they charge you again even though you are within warranty and they don't fix it. Their service department is an absolute rip-off. I bought thousands of dollars worth of appliances from them and they double and triple charge for service because they did it wrong the 1st time. Unfortunately I have had nothing but bad service. The refrigerator was installed while I was out of town. The installer did not connect water line and when returning my kitchen was flooded. After it was "repaired" still had no working ice maker. Another repair not done right. Another service call. Of course the problem is always the guy before didn't do it right. Trim needed to be replaced. Service call. Installed. No problem. Next morning ice and frost all inside freezer and frig. Another service call. Answer was the service guy before didn't install the trim creating the seal not working. Now I'm waiting for that service guy.
