We paid $300 dollars as a deposit and were told the board would be installed on Friday. The service man arrived on Friday with the new board. After two hours, mostly spent on the phone, he stated that the washer had been repaired. My wife placed a load in the machine, and as it cycled, she found it did not complete her wash. She had the same problem. We called several times and received no response. The following Monday, after several attempts to contact Apex, we canceled the final payment. We have not heard from them as of 3.12.26.

We are disappointed and sad for them because they had been represented favorably by some appliance-repair folks who don't wok on LG. Several weeks after we reached out, these folks sent us a helpful text. We're well into the repair process and have sunk some money toward getting our fridge fixed. We probably would have waited it it had we heard from them but since we didn't we started a different path and may not be going the most efficient mode forward. So I googled for service and was able to put in my problem and number then companies could reach out. Jason who is the owner reached out first. He was able to come the next day which he did and was on time. Within 5 minutes he knew what was needed . He then looked for a part which was all we needed BUT they didn't sell it separately so we had to order new motor. I know he did look for the part because he did it in front of me. So it was ordered he was going to go to Tampa the next morning and come to put it in , which he did. Total he was in our house 30 minutes between the 2 visits.
