Very disappointed in Vitaly's level of understanding with my Double Oven. He told me he needed to install a Temperature Sensor in my bottom oven as it was MISSING from factory! I asked, "then how did it work before it stopped working?". He said "I don't know". I explained... "it worked for years just fine. That doesn't make sense". Instead of rethinking his approach he wanted to charge me to install it! I felt very uncomfortable because it was as if Common Sense was completely missing, so I contacted another technician. Unfortunately, the service tech misdiagnosed the issue with my washer. Replaced a bunch of parts charge me almost $400 within minutes of him leaving the washer was leaking again. I was irate. Phone Tim told him that it was leaking. He couldn't come back until later that same day. Investigative I determined what the cause was, and when he arrived, we were able to determine the exact cause of the leak together purely unfortunately the fix resulted in some lost functionality. My journey started in June and ended up in multiple visits by Vitaly. I have to say he was very friendly. The dryer is a Bosch ventless dryer that extracts water. The diagnosis was the pump needs to be changed. Did not work. Visit after visit, 5 in all no result. On the 4th visit Vitaly said he was having a heated discussion with co-worker to figure out how to fix the dryer, then spoke to his Boss and if it cannot be fixed my money would be returned to me. The last visit he told me it is working when it was not and left. The water accumulates in the bottom of the machine and needs to be extracted with a sponge, Vitaly said it is normal. I find nothing normal about having to extract the water manually every time I use it when a pump should do the work. I was charged $491 upfront and now have no dryer to use. We called on Friday morning, and Vitalay arrived that afternoon to repair our side-by-side fridge which had lost all cooling functions. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a problem with the compressor capacity and temp sensor compressor. From the time we called their company he set up an appointment, he arrived quickly was very professional and kind and diagnosed the problems in this 30 year-old Maytag washer, and gave me an estimate and timeline when he would receive the parts from California and we had our washer fixed today and now it works like a brand new washer. Unfortunately my experience with All Appliance Fix was not so favorable. While Vitaly was curteous and professional, he misdiagnosed the problem with my washer. He charged me almost $400 to fix a leaking washer and within minutes of him leaving I had to text him and tell him it was NOT fixed. He replaced parts that had nothing to do with the leak and doing so did NOT fix the problem. I was frustrated and annoyed to say the least. I would have expected him to find the source of the problem but he did not. It was my investigative work that resulted in US finding the source of the problem and to make matters worse the solution resulted in lost functionality with the washer... but at least it's not leaking now. I contacted All Appliance FIx several times and let them know of my dissatisfaction, but NO RESPONSE and they did NOT offer to refund any money for PARTS REPLACED THAT DID NOT NEED TO BE. SO MUCH FOR THE 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. I would use caution with this company. read more
