I was put on hold for 11 minutes, then I was disconnected. No problem I'd spent the time enjoyably looking at colors for various rooms. I called back was put on hold, then disconnected. I called again and was hung up on. I called back - I REALLY wanted Sherman Williams paint for our new home - I was hung up on. We have used Sherman Williams paint for 40 years, we liked the quality. Not for this home. If they have so many customers they can disconnect them or hang up on them rather than answer a simple question it is time to google a replacement quality paint brand rather than follow our long tradition out of loyalty to a brand.

I believe his name was Anthony. I thanked him and then about a week later I went back in with a picture of the colors I was looking for. Anthony said (with his head shaking and eyes rolling) you brought a picture? It was a very condescending tone. I said yes. I then received a 5 minute lecture on the color depends on this, that, and the other thing. I thanked him and told hIm I would find the colors myself. When I got over to the color swatches and walked out the door. I then called the store on Cattleman and spoke to a girl named Hannah who invited me to stop by her store, which I did and she helped me find the colors that closely matched what I was looking for without making me feel like a stupid woman!

I'm a home owner, not a rip-off contractor. Worst choice ever. On top of that in FL weather.... Of course I should have done my own research but come on, people working there should know their stuff... Not only that, they sell really good paints that selfprime and dry to recoat in an hour.... Next time don't listen to these people, just look at the datasheet of the particular paint online. This is the third entire day at home with no AC, door open, giving the needed 3 and 4 coats. The paint dries so slow that I will probably have some rain splashes again. Half day project turned into a total nightmare of 3 full days project... All again to paint a freaking front door. Almost three weeks later the paint still didn't cured yet. Super stinky toxic paint. Never had to do so many coats to a door, a total of 6 coats...

I put out on Next Door a request for someone who was reliable and cost effective to do the…read morefollowing: including the need to remove wallpaper in three bathrooms and a bedroom, paint two bedrooms as well as three bathrooms, put in a ceiling fan, hang a number of very large paintings, replace all the outdoor water valves, replace the laundry room sink, and one cabinet above it; fix my storage garage doors in a three car garage, fix the master bath commode room wall, hang two very heavy art-deco mirrors, remove shadow panels in my den, fix an artist's tabere as well as a drafting table....in 2 1/2 weeks, Tony and Michelle blew through my home and accomplished all of the above leaving my home as clean as when they arrived. They came on a Sunday to look at the job, I had an item by item estimate by Monday night and they started on the job a week later. I highly recommend this company as they did all they promised and more, and most importantly I was left feeling happy that I made the right decision to engage them. They are amazing and no job is too small or too difficult, they know what they are doing....and do it always with a smile. Other estimates were higher, the people did not show up to keep an appointment with me to see the job, or promised to start on a certain date and then had excuses for not getting to the job.
