Avoid this business if you expect respectful customer service and guaranteed quality products…read more Monika is IMPOSSIBLE to work with. She is dismissive, sarcastic with unproductive e-mails ending with "Have a good day", and flat out horrible as I was warned by my easy going wife. We bought expensive Italian pendant lights that were either poorly manufactured or damaged in transit. We provided clearly marked photos of poorly joined metal parts (see attached). Sat first, she blamed it on our cleaning person who never touched the lights, saying she used a corrosive or at least wrong cleaning agent. Then she blamed it on installation but after backing off on that possibility, she blamed our electrician for not noticing the issue before installation. She wanted us to pay to uninstall them, send them to Miami to be "repaired", leaving open holes in our celling for weeks/months, and then pay to ship them back. She refused to explain what caused the damage after her first two ridiculous reasons were ruled out by her coming over and seeing them. Trust me, she's in the vendor's corner, not yours. BTW. Sophie, our sales person is the opposite. BEYOND NICE. But, Monika rules the roost and is an aggressive obstructionist.

Extremely disappointing experience, especially considering we spent approximately $12,000 on this…read moreoutdoor kitchen/grill. From the beginning, we feel we were misled about what we were purchasing and the level of service that would be provided. Our salesperson, Derek Abrams, represented the delivery as a "white glove installation." What we actually received was essentially a delivery -- not the installation we were led to believe we were paying for. Even worse, during delivery, the crew damaged a post on our newly constructed lanai, leaving us with damage to a brand-new part of our home on top of everything else. After only a handful of uses, the stainless steel that was represented to us as rust-proof began showing rust. We were then told after the fact that the stainless steel is actually not rust-proof. That is completely unacceptable for a premium outdoor product at this price point and is not consistent with what we believed we were purchasing. We have sent multiple emails and correspondence attempting to resolve these issues, and the lack of meaningful response has been absolutely unacceptable. We have had to repeatedly follow up just to try to get someone to address our concerns. This experience has included: * Misleading information regarding the advertised "white glove installation" * Damage to a post on our newly constructed lanai during delivery * Rust developing on stainless steel that was represented as rust-proof * Conflicting information about the product after the sale * Multiple attempts on our part to obtain assistance * An unacceptable lack of communication and follow-through For a purchase at this price point, we expected a premium product, professional delivery and installation, accurate information, and responsive customer service. Instead, we have been left frustrated, disappointed, and dealing with both property damage and concerns about the quality of the product itself. When a company is willing to accept $12,000 from a customer, it should be equally willing to stand behind its product, take responsibility for damage caused during delivery, and promptly address legitimate customer concerns. At this point, I would strongly caution anyone considering making a significant purchase from this company to ask very specific questions, get every representation in writing, and make absolutely certain you understand what their advertised services and product claims actually mean before handing over your money.
