The worst! Unethical to say the least. I emailed for a quote on a 30 x 80 outside door. When I…read morespoke with Luis, inside sales, I corrected the quote to needing a 32 x 80 door. I am not in the trades. The invoice I received stated a 6,2 x 80 door. I thought the 6,2 was another name for a 32 x 80 door. My installer picked up the door and when he went to install it he reported it was a 30" door. I called Bradley and Luis answered. I told him of the mistake and asked for the owner. Luis stated the owner was gone but would call me back. Days later no response. I called and again Luis answered. He stated the owner had looked at the email and the subject was closed. Luis conveniently forgot our order conversation and whether he told the owner is up for debate. In any case I would neve do business with Bradley ever again. Luis is a very poor excuse for a an honest and competent sales person.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars! We placed a window order with this company (or thought our…read morecontractor had but that's another story) back in June 2021. After waiting months we decided to call and meet the owner to find out where our windows were. We were told they were on order and there were delays. The windows finally came in May 2022, 5 windows short!! Between the contractor and Bradley no one would own up to the mistake, although Bradley claimed the order was written on a scrap piece of paper in pencil. Hardly professional! We visited the showroom and met with the owner, Bradley on 3 separate occasions to check on the order and were told to our faces that the missing windows were definitely ordered and would be delivered by December 2022. More lies! As it turns out the missing windows were never even ordered so another 7 months of waiting for nothing, just lied to our faces continuously for what reason? Who knows? He has put us through so much stress, Stay well away from this company. They will never answer phone calls, messages or e-mails you have to physically go to the showroom and then be lied to. We have wasted so much time with these people, there are much better companies out there to have your business!

Kim and Al became the partners "KimAl" and the business began with 9 employees. In 1983 a new pre-hung door operation was opened. Since then the company has grown steadily from its inception into 6 separate locations, including an Exterior Window and Door Division, a Design Center/Showroom, an Engineered Wood/Truss Division, and a Sarasota Drive-Thru Lumberyard with hardware store/showroom. When I walked in and placed an order for 2 French Doors, I had confidence that they knew what they…read morewere doing. I was greatly mistaken. I had all of my measurements, and even was specific that one side of the French door was .5" wider than the other. (34.5" in one side of the unit, 35" on the other.) The opening had 6' 5" h doors. (I was then told these would be special order doors, and the frame size needed to be determined....) When I was asked if I needed any lock sets, I said no, I have a dead bolt and handle for each unit. I was asked if I wanted the holes bored, I said yes. One set for each unit. We even had a discussion about how many, and I showed a pic from my phone. $1100.00+ per door, paid in full at time of ordering. 2 weeks later.... The doors were delivered, and stored in my garage, until we were ready to install them. (About 1 month) As we began the installation, we noticed the huge measurement difference. We needed to add 2X4's on the top and sides. Instead of returning the order, we decided to make due with the smaller doors. I'm not happy about it but, rather than go through the aggravation of reordering, I'll just install them. After we did the rough install, we opened the doors to check for square and level. The pin kit for the side door, dropped to the floor. It would not stay up in the pin kit . So, one door is installed and we went to install the dead bolt and handle. We have 4 holes on each unit, 2 per door, not per unit. WTF, do I do with this? These are exterior doors! When I called about these issues I said I would live with the short and squat doors. Though my son is 6'4" and can't use these doors without taking his head off at his nose. I'll even replace the molding around all 3 of my French door units, to match the 4" flat stock I need to use so the doors don't look like crap. However, I would need someone to come look at the dropping pin kit, because these doors are useless if I can't open and close them properly. ( Someone was sent 4 days after my call. The pin kit was replaced.) The issue of 4 bored holes per French door unit.... I was told to buy dummy handles, and I'd be compensated. (No words, really, I have no words.) I have yet to hear what will be done about this mess... Buyer beware!!!!! I will not be recommending Kimal to anyone.
