When I went to pay and also handed over my coupon, the cashier told me in a very professional, but friendly manner, that "actually the coupon is only good for the Cape Haze store, but the manager will happily accept and honor it". Wow, that just blew me away. Had no idea that these were all individually owned stores, but was impressed that they handled the matter in my favor. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

The only thing I would suggest is having minor spare parts available as part of the maintenance and refurbishing service. I saw Marvin in his workshop and he came out to have a look! As he did this, he called me over to see what he discovered. It was just a safety valve attached to the grass chute that was stuck. He cleaned it off and the mower started right up! A 1 minute fix and I was on my way!!!!! I must also add, I have been a patron for more than 3 years and I must say that they are the most pleasant and knowledgeable mower people that I know. They do not put parts in that you don't need! If you want excellent, professional service, these are the people to go to!

I had a TERRIBLE experience at The Broken Blade in Port Charlotte…read more My 3-year-old Toro lawn mower wheel broke off the deck while I was mowing. I dropped it off and explained clearly that I didn't want to put a lot of money into repairs, if it was too expensive, I'd just buy a new mower. I also asked if they could check on warranty coverage or if welding was an option. They are a Toro dealer. After not hearing back a few days, I called and was told they had done a "full diagnostic" and that repairs would cost $375 on a mower that cost $500 new. On top of that, they charged me $50 just to tell me the mower wasn't worth fixing. The entire assessment took seconds, no actual work was done, and at no point was I told there would be a fee. If I had known, I would never have authorized it. Instead, I was blindsided with a charge for information I already suspected: that it wasn't worth repairing. I caution any one for going to this place. They do not care about their customers and I will NEVER go back there. This was one of the dumbest business decisions to fleece me for 50 bucks. I will tell everyone I know not to go to this place.

When I walked in and placed an order for 2 French Doors, I had confidence that they knew what they…read morewere doing. I was greatly mistaken. I had all of my measurements, and even was specific that one side of the French door was .5" wider than the other. (34.5" in one side of the unit, 35" on the other.) The opening had 6' 5" h doors. (I was then told these would be special order doors, and the frame size needed to be determined....) When I was asked if I needed any lock sets, I said no, I have a dead bolt and handle for each unit. I was asked if I wanted the holes bored, I said yes. One set for each unit. We even had a discussion about how many, and I showed a pic from my phone. $1100.00+ per door, paid in full at time of ordering. 2 weeks later.... The doors were delivered, and stored in my garage, until we were ready to install them. (About 1 month) As we began the installation, we noticed the huge measurement difference. We needed to add 2X4's on the top and sides. Instead of returning the order, we decided to make due with the smaller doors. I'm not happy about it but, rather than go through the aggravation of reordering, I'll just install them. After we did the rough install, we opened the doors to check for square and level. The pin kit for the side door, dropped to the floor. It would not stay up in the pin kit . So, one door is installed and we went to install the dead bolt and handle. We have 4 holes on each unit, 2 per door, not per unit. WTF, do I do with this? These are exterior doors! When I called about these issues I said I would live with the short and squat doors. Though my son is 6'4" and can't use these doors without taking his head off at his nose. I'll even replace the molding around all 3 of my French door units, to match the 4" flat stock I need to use so the doors don't look like crap. However, I would need someone to come look at the dropping pin kit, because these doors are useless if I can't open and close them properly. ( Someone was sent 4 days after my call. The pin kit was replaced.) The issue of 4 bored holes per French door unit.... I was told to buy dummy handles, and I'd be compensated. (No words, really, I have no words.) I have yet to hear what will be done about this mess... Buyer beware!!!!! I will not be recommending Kimal to anyone.
