Absolutely worst service, with an attitude, HIGH prices and unreliable..... Never will go in again, and I pass this place on my daily route.

You guys deserve -10 stars! Shame on you. In the last 2 months, I have not left my house due to the pandemic except one time to fill up gas at your station. And guess what? 3 days later my card was duplicated and used fraudulently at 7 places nearby. Every few months, my bank calls to tell me my card and has been compromised. They never say by what business. Now I know it's yours. You're the only place I used it at. So as soon as I left your station someone pulled up behind me and copied my card info. You're station is compromised. You have done nothing about it in the last 15 years this has been happening. NO ONE SHOULD FILL GAS HERE. And why don't you have a phone number so we can call you to tell you? No number listed anywhere. Very suspicious. I am reporting you to the authorities because you are culpable. I put a gallon of gas into my car at this station, spent $3.59 on most expensive gas in the city and when i got in my car I did not get any gas. This station is a rip off, would never go here! read more

I needed air in my tires and the clerk said he wasn't allowed to turn on the air compressor even though California law states that they have to give you access. High prices as well for their gas much higher then other gas stations. I'll Never go back again read more

Problem with extremely unresponsive staff at station. Employee on lot backed into our vehicle on 2/27/19, causing $10k damage to our car. Clerk inside station was unresponsive. I've called station several times and left a message each time -- no answer and no response. Also, dangerous conditions on the lot -- tons of teenagers congregating and more accidents just waiting to happen. Mobil should be ashamed to have this station operating under unsafe conditions with unresponsive staff. Of course, we did file a police report -- but at this point the owners of the station have been completely absent. Avoid this place!!! read more

Who reviews a gas station?! It was so bad, I HAVE to! I took my car in to get smogged on Friday, it needed a sensor, so I paid my $31, and went off to fix my sensor with my mechanic. After another few hundred dollars to find out the sensor that was out was easily legally allowed to be bypassed by CA law, I took my car back for my free retest. After driving the 100 miles requested by the technician, I had to go to the bathroom. Bad. I went into the office to ask for the token to use the bathroom, as I still was a paying customer. Three people working in the office all came back with different answers. Large man A.) You need to use a quarter, smog doesn't count. Large woman with lots of eyeshadow B.) What he means is we don't have any tokens, right now? (You ran out of bathroom tokens?) Younger kid spinning in his chair C.) You just have to put a quarter in! Well, let me tell you...after what was supposed to be a $40 smog coupon turned into a grand total of $310 counting sensors, gas, and hundreds of miles of unnecessary driving, you are lucky I didn't know which car was yours because your radiator would've been filled with pee before I let you rip me off for one more quarter! THIEVES! Never again!!! Lie, cheat, steal...welcome to the new Glendale! read more

Assholes. After getting gas, I realized my tire was about 75% flat, so I asked to use their air. First they said they don't have air. When I said "really, a mechanic without air?". Then they said I can't use their air because I wasn't getting my car repaired there. If I do need a repair, I'll be sure to take it there. First time in 25 years I have had trouble getting gas at a gas station! All the pumps I went to ran out of gas and when I told staff I didnt see anyone moving to put any "out of order" signs. Then finally I pumped five bucks into the tank and apparently it didn't work because the number of miles left on my car 'til empty never changed! So somehow i didn't actually get gas into my car that I paid for. Management didn't seem to care much when I called and had some explanation that their pumps are checked twice a year. All I know is I have never left a gas station with less money in my pocket, but no gas. read more

Ok I am driving home on the 101 and my tire blows out. I somehow manage to not freak out and exit to the Glendale Ave exit and drive into Mobil, which I thought wonderful, someone to help a damsel in distress. Ok I drive up and get out of the car and go around to see the tire. Yuck burnt rubber and smoke, I go into the station and the gentleman barely addressed me. I said my tire blew out, his response? The air is over there and then he returned to his phone conversation. I said it is BLOWN OUT, do you have a tire service? Come back in the morning he said. Ok I'll just call AAA I said (during this whole time he is still on the phone mind you) 'move your car over there to the left on the other side of that Mercedes and wait for whoever going to help you', he said to me, after telling the person on the phone to hold on. Did you not hear me my tire blew out? I moved the car over just a bit and called AAA. The whole time the guy never got off the phone nor did he check to make sure I was okay. What ever happened to the concept of customer service or just plain being neighborly? read more

If you need any type of customer service at a gas station, please don't go to Mobile Station in North Glendale Blvd. We stopped (9:30am) to get gas and decided to purchase coffee. The machine wasn't working and we asked the attendant for help, but she didn't respond as she had been in the phone since we got there. We asked three time and no response. Finally I went to the counter and ask, she simply responded (without getting off the phone) "maybe it's off". We asked if the can turn it on, and she finally got off the phone and went to the coffee machine and said "yes it's off" and walked away. We were very, very, disappointed at the lack of customer service. If you are getting paid for a job do it, and do it well. She should not be in any type of job that has "customer service" in a job title. Success is not for her! read more

Definitely my favorite gas station. They always have the cheapest prices in the surrounding area. There are 4 entrances and exits and 8 pumps so it is very accessible ! The employees are not over the top in wowing customers, but they are always very helpful when asked for assistance. read more

I had a nail in my tire and was losing pressure quite rapidly. I stopped at this gas station/garage on Glendale avenue for help. It was closing time, and the mechanic was not available. But the gentleman that was there, Rick was so courteous! not only was he very apologetic for not being able to patch my tire, this man went out of his way to find me a garage that is still open and was willing to help me. Albert does all the work on my GMC Canyon. I had a check engine light and thought it had to go to the dealer for the code. The dealer charged me 58 to tighten the air filter cover and it did not fix it. I took it to Albert and charged me $85. He cleaned the throttle body and replaced a fuse and the check engine light went off on its own. The dealer kept clearing the code hoping that it would stay off. My cd player works now too also and has not for a long time read more

We bought so many snack and for a small shop it was impressive, very clean and extraordinary customer service. They even sell crazy glue. Amazing smog guys and mechanics in the garage too.
