United Oil down the street from this expensive mobile station rip off
    Eddy E.

Rip off! Owner needs to regulate his prices. Every dam thing is expensive here!! I went for a propane refilll pricing was blank on the cage went to pay for it, its $40 plus tax for a swap i went down the street to a normal gas station photo to prove it it was half the price, lol

I am a long time customer here, I live up the street from the station. Filled gas today, accidentally drove away for about 5 feet with the pump in the tank, the fail safe joint separated and the hose was on the ground. The cashier came out and told me to pay for the repair of the pump in cash. Then threatened me to call the police, so I called the police myself, the cashier went inside at that point and I drove away, I got a call half an hour later from a police officer asking me to come back, which I did, they took my insurance info and gave it to them. What a waste of a day, the guy was being a a** to me, I had the same thing happen to me at different stations and nobody called the police or asked me for the money. That pump has a fail safe and can be mounted on right away, the guy even asked the police officers if I wanted to pay cash to close the matter. And after all that he claimed that owner of the station is out of the country. What a crappy guy and poor customer service. They lost me as a customer because of a couple of bucks the guy tried to pull out of me. Wasted my day.

But today when I'm trying to ask for the air pump to be turned on this other attendant looks at my like I asked a strange question that she doesn't understand and I'm assuming she didn't hear me so I asked again and she then informs me she oh we don't do that and I'm like that's strange but ok. It's not the fact that I can't pay for it or anything but under the state of california air and water are free for customers. Like why is it so hard for people to provide a service that's it. As usual, I…read morepaid the maximum amount -- $15 for the Ultimate Wash -- because it's important to me to get multiple wash cycles. I had barely driven inside when, after the first soap application (which had almost no foam) and a quick rinse, the machine displayed the "GO" sign, indicating that I should exit. I was very surprised and assumed it was a mistake. I pulled out, parked, and went to speak with the employee who had given me the receipt (this time I had to pay at the register because the machine wasn't accepting credit cards). I explained the issue to the cashier. He tried to assure me that everything was working as it should, but I insisted, and he said he would check the cameras. A few minutes later, he returned and said he hadn't noticed anything unusual -- in his opinion, everything was normal. I pointed out that there were fewer wash cycles than usual, that I paid $15 for the top-tier service, but in reality received not even the basic wash -- but a poor-quality version of it. I asked why I hadn't been warned that the wash might not be operating properly, since I wouldn't have chosen the highest-priced option otherwise. He responded that what I choose is up to me. Still confused by the situation, I once again explained exactly what had gone wrong. He asked how long I had been using this car wash. I said about two years. He replied that a lot has changed in two years -- the soap is different, the cycles are different. I immediately responded that I had used this same car wash just a month ago, and everything was fine. He said that he believed everything had worked properly this time as well. At that point, I realized there was no point in continuing the conversation. He didn't seem interested in listening and kept repeating what sounded like a memorized statement about how everything was fine. I turned around and left while he was again insisting that nothing was wrong. I did not receive a refund. I did not receive an apology. I did not receive any acknowledgment of the issue. I will not be returning to this car wash. For management: the employee who assisted me was a man in his 50s.

First off, I'm always afraid to take the company vehicle through these washes. I guess this car wash is not good for long big transit vans. Most of these types of car washes are height limit of 7', which my van is 6'7". So barely made it. Then the driveway leading in and out is a short curve, so it's a tight squeeze! You think a 7' vehicle is going to be short and stout? One of the nozzle wasn't even spraying. Then the water pressure was like taking a shower at home. Barely any water was spraying my windshield. When it was doing the final rinse, suds started water falling down on my windshield, which was from the top of the van. When the air dryer hit, it didn't even blow off the suds from my windshield. Let alone wash my windshield. When I got out, my windshield was worse than when it went in. I had to use my wipers after. When I got home, I still had to pull out the step stool, window cleaner and paper towels to clean the windshield and my side mirrors. Ugh!

This review is over a year overdue, but life doesn't always run on schedule, right?…read more Charlie is one of those rare people who genuinely cares more about helping others than making a quick dollar. He reminded me of the kind of neighborhood dad who looks out for everyone, and from the moment I met him, I felt like I was in good hands. I originally went to him because my car kept failing its smog check. Instead of simply taking my money, Charlie explained that I needed to complete a proper drive cycle and encouraged me to come back so he could check it again. In fact, he checked my smog twice without charging me a penny. When I still didn't pass the second check with him, he didn't just send me on my way. He suggested I buy catalytic converter cleaner from a nearby auto parts store to improve my chances the next time, since my catalytic converter was the reason I kept failing. The first place I went never mentioned that. Charlie also told me to drive it a little longer and come back the next day, and he was true to his word. He was there exactly when he said he'd be and checked it again at no charge. The reason I stopped at Charlie's station in the first place was because I overheard two women at a grocery store talking about how wonderful he was. After my own experience, I completely understood why. It's becoming increasingly rare to find someone in this industry who is this honest, patient, dependable, and genuinely invested in helping people. Charlie earned my trust without ever asking for it. In a world where it's easy to become skeptical, people like him are a breath of fresh air. I only wish there were more Charlies around. Every person in this industry could take a page from Charlie's book and prioritize honesty and integrity.
