Prices are high, but I was low on gas. Took a long time to fill just 2 gallons, so I left and went to another gas station. I'm not even sure if any gas was pumped into my tank. Based on how many gallons I pumped at the next gas station, plus the 2 gallons at this one, my gas light should have been lit up, but it wasn't. Never stopping here again. read more

Convenient location but prices are higher here NOW than those in SC at the height of the uncontrolled inflationary race we experienced over the last couple of years. 5.99 in August of 2022? It never got to that price in SC but had to pay that price just because of convenience right around the corner in a nice residential neighborhood. I am sure there must be local taxes, city taxes and state taxes that probably amount to a dollar but I still take another star because I am still short another dollar read more

This particular Mobil is infamous for outrageous prices compared to the rest of the gas stations in Glendale. Now that they've changed ownership, I'm happy to report that the prices are more reasonable. However, the pumps are SLOW. I waited for about 15-20 minutes filling up. This has been on-going for a few months. The staff are aware of it. Overall good quality gas but fix those pumps! read more

Zero stars. The United Oil just down the street is literally $1 cheaper per gallon!!! Expensive. Elitist trap. Not special and not worth it. I wish they'd go out of business and be replaced. There's a nice United Oil just down the street at Verdugo. Go there instead. read more

Rip off! Owner needs to regulate his prices. Every dam thing is expensive here!! I went for a propane refilll pricing was blank on the cage went to pay for it, its $40 plus tax for a swap i went down the street to a normal gas station photo to prove it it was half the price, lol read more

Mobil - United Oil down the street from this expensive mobile station rip off - Gas Stations Near Me - Glendale, California

Not only are the prices higher than anywhere else, but the guy that runs the place is VERY unprofessional to say the least. After we pumped their overpriced fuel, I went in to ask for the air to be turned on for our tires. He declined turning on the air pump which is a direct violation of California state law. Per Section 13651 of the California Business and Professions Code " CALIFORNIA LAW REQUIRES THIS STATION TO PROVIDE FREE AIR AND WATER FOR AUTOMOTIVE PURPOSES TO ITS CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASE MOTOR VEHICLE FUEL." He told me I have to pay for it! I educated him about the laws in California and he said "oh yeah? Which pump? Show me your credit card!" What?! Excuse me? No thanks. I went down to the gas station down the street (which was significantly cheaper!!) and asked the lady there who turned it on with no fuss and a smile on her face!! She didn't even have to since I didn't purchase fuel from them! Wow. I'll never get close to this gas station again. They'll continue to take advantage of GCC students which is a same to this entire neighborhood. Stay away. read more

I am a long time customer here, I live up the street from the station. Filled gas today, accidentally drove away for about 5 feet with the pump in the tank, the fail safe joint separated and the hose was on the ground. The cashier came out and told me to pay for the repair of the pump in cash. Then threatened me to call the police, so I called the police myself, the cashier went inside at that point and I drove away, I got a call half an hour later from a police officer asking me to come back, which I did, they took my insurance info and gave it to them. What a waste of a day, the guy was being a a** to me, I had the same thing happen to me at different stations and nobody called the police or asked me for the money. That pump has a fail safe and can be mounted on right away, the guy even asked the police officers if I wanted to pay cash to close the matter. And after all that he claimed that owner of the station is out of the country. What a crappy guy and poor customer service. They lost me as a customer because of a couple of bucks the guy tried to pull out of me. Wasted my day. read more

Truths: Atleast 20 cents above the United Oil literally 15 seconds away if you drive south. This place is always empty. You wont be fighting for a gas pump. read more

I was really surprised to see that this place has negative reviews. I've been coming here for a little over 4 years. I know all the staff (including the owners) and I have to say that out of all the gas stations that I have ever gone to, this one is top notch. Their restroom is super clean (rare for a freakin gas station!), they have one of the biggest and cleanest mini mart's, staff is very friendly, and they make me feel really welcome. Yes, Mobil is more expensive than United down the street, but it's a premium brand. It's just like going to the store and buying something of expensive quality vs something cheap - you def. get what you pay for. I'd rather pay more for premium fuel while enjoying the additional amenities that I listed above, which you can't find at the other peeps down the street. Thanks for always taking care of me, Mobil. Briana loves ya :) read more

I've stopped doing business with this particular Mobile and encouraged all my friends in the Glendale neighborhood to as well. Here's why: 1. It's consistently .20-.30 higher than the 76 and United Oil which are seconds away 2. One time I purchased lotto tickets and accidentally told the clerk I was using a debit card when it was a credit card. He proceeded to call me a crook and would not give me the lotto tickets or a refund, instead he insisted that I pick out $20 worth of stuff in the store. He also yelled at my wife telling her to shut up. One of the more bizarre and terrifying gas station experiences ever. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

I wish I can give the place -5 stars. I spend $75 for gas and they wouldn't let me fill my tires with air. Even if you buy gas from them (btw it is always overpriced, at least 25%). read more

Don't ever come to this gas station, I have never experienced racism to this level, I was pumping gas and denied use of the bathroom. This is very sad and I hope that something is done at some point. It's things like this that make me feel like we need a huge change In this country. read more

My boyfriend and I came here this evening to just grab some beer after dinner. We walked from our apartment down the street and came in completely normal. After my boyfriend pulled out his card to pay, the cashier started yelling at us saying he wouldn't sell us the beer because my boyfriend reeked of alcohol. Mind you, he'd only had one drink and was perfectly capable of purchasing more. I came to his defense but then the cashier started yelling at me, and was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. We left the store and then he followed us out and continued to yell and said he was going to call the cops. Extremely disappointed in the customer service here and the fact he was so disrespectful to a woman with absolutely no reason whatsoever. read more

I've been coming to this gas station for almost a decade. I usually stop here every morning for a fresh brewed cup of coffee and a quick conversation with Micheal the cashier. What a amazing guy always filled with a warm welcome. This station is stocked with all the goodies one can ask for. read more

I've been coming to this gas station for several years and all the staff are really friendly and nice! Especially Mike who is almost always there, he provides great service and is always so cheerful! I'm glad I have a local gas station with great service that I can always go to. read more

Really bad workers. Rude and unprofessional. Overpriced gas always. Close to college.cheating the students by selling his parking spaces per day without giving receipts so without showing the extra money he or she( the owner) makes. Shame! read more

"Augh. nooooooooooooooo." Is what I think every time I have to use this mobil. Damn me for not keeping my gas tank above the half full line!! It's like any other gas station but gross and the guys at the register are creepy, rude and greedy with their quarters. read more

Wow! This place is 49 cents more a gallon than the 76 gas station that is literally a block down, I come here to get snacks right before school, even their prices in snacks is abnormally high! I will never put gas here, as for buying snacks I have no other choice! Lol read more

Worst customer service here. Note you have to buy your gas first before you can use the bathroom. Also the gas is way over priced here. So glad this was only a random stop and I'm not stuck having to drive by this place everyday! read more

I have to say this is of the worst gas stations that I have ever been to. I would label it the worst, but the crooks that run the place on Cima Road when you are heading to Vegas couldn't possibly ever be upstaged. Now on to the crooks at the Mobile station. I went in for a cup of hot chocolate (20 oz )and one Mega Millions ticket. Not really paying attention and not really being able to understand the (sick and coughing) Middle Eastern cashier I paid for my things and left, not immediately realizing that after giving a $20 and only getting back $15.75 I was royally screwed. I could have found a Starbucks and paid less. I am going to make a few calls to the state agency that regulates gas stations and also Mobile hq tomorrow. These theives need to be punished. read more

The gas here is always at least 75 cents more expensive here than at the other two closest gas stations (76 and USA gas). Everything is more expensive at this gas station, even inside the store. read more

Very rude customer service!! Disrespectful to me and family when we came back from our family vacation! Will never come back! If I could give 0 stars I would! read more

Their gas prices are somewhat decent, sometimes maybe $0.05 - $0.10 overpriced. My rating is for their service and shop. They have a good assortment of chips and drinks (snacks), but their employees are a bit on the "dry" side. To the employees, I understand that it's a gas station, and your main business is selling gas, but you should be more enthusiastic with your customers!! I've seen you guys enthusiastic before! i know you guys can do it! read more

Some of the worst prices in Los Angeles, for no apparent reason. I don't know how they stay in business. Drive down the street and save 15% guaranteed (usually about 50 cents a gallon). read more

Been coming here for the last three years, never really compared the price to other stations until recently. Holy crap. Seriously 30 cents a gallon more than the Shell station near my gym (which us the best gas you can buy, IMO). Won't ever be back. read more

Very rude staff, very over priced gas, and very overpriced store (cheaper to Postmate stuff). Nothing in the store is labeled with a price for a good reason (expensive). I live nearby and have been many times, I always leave mad. It is worth it for me to go to a further gas station and stay happy. read more

Pretty sure I got shorted on gas...But I have no way to check really. What I do know is that I paid for 2.5 gallons of gas, and my gas gauge still has me below empty. Asking the attendant was pointless, and besides, he/she was to busy smoking cigarettes by the propane tanks. Last time I come here for anything. read more

The man in the small shop within the Gas station helped me yesterday. My vehicle was loosing a cover underneath and was on its last bolt. I heard the drag on the freeway and ended up stopping here. I told him my engine was fine, just this thing dragging underneath. So he offered to remove it for a small fee. So I agreed and he removed it and put it in my trunk for reinstallation at a auto shop place. I thanked him for helping me and I didnt have to call AAA after all. read more

I won't be back here for convenience store purposes. They charge $2.50 for a 33.8 oz bottle of arrowhead water. 7-Eleven sells TWO for $2, or 150% less. read more

they refuse to turn on the air pump for customers in violation of state law. they really need that 75cents.

This place is the worst! Daniel, the tough gas station clerk, refused to turn on the air for my girlfriend and I when we pulled in to get gas. I told him we were getting gas but that we needed to put air in the tire first as we were nearly flat and wanted to avoid damage to the wheels. Not only is the gas here way over priced when compared to nearly any other gas station in Los Angeles, but they employ punks who think they have a little power behind that counter. Needles to say I will no longer stop their. I'd rather in out of gas. read more

Don't come here unless you're about to die and run out of gas. Went to get a can of grizzly dip and it was over $8!!! Almost three times it's usual price. On top of that I put a couple ice cubes into my yeti I brought in and the lady charged me $0.75. I threw her a dollar bill and told her to keep the change cause this owner sucks. read more
