Great pizza!! I've been here a few times but this was my first time eating here. We had the Saliccia pizza, and it was so good. The crust is out of this world. It was not greasy and it was so flavorful. We will definitely be back for more pizzas. We also enjoyed the charcuterie board - super fresh. As always we enjoyed trying their unique and fun beers. They also take great safety precautions to keep their employees safe & customers distanced. It is all clearly labeled as to what is expected. There is tons of outdoor seating, you order inside, use paper menus, and pick up your own food/drink when it is ready. read more

I can't believe that I haven't rated MobCraft after so many visits! This place definitely one of the favorite micro brews amongst our friends and family. I've been here for many different occasions - nights out with friends, casual drinks and have taken clients here for happy hour. The atmosphere is relaxed and there is plenty of seating. I love that there is a garage door allowing for outdoor seating with easy access to the bar. They have many options for games such as ping pong, virtual fencing and an array of board games to choose from. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The beer selection is almost overwhelming, but I haven't met one that I dislike. I highly recommend stopping in for a beer here - it's a great place! read more

Ok you win hands down. Rockstar approach to beer brewing with your crowdsourcing. Beers here are like nowhere else. Combinations you never dreamed of make for some unique and amazingly tasty beverages. My favorite today is Wake up IPA but next month that could change given the new releases that keep on coming Space is inviting and casual. Top it off with Milwaukee pretzel company giant pretzel with cheese and mustard and you've got your perfect afternoon combo Dogs welcome too given it's not a food joint. Recent tour was awesome and staff is super knowledgeable about beer in general Put this place in your rotation for rockstar flavors. read more

Came here Friday night for a few craft beers. Place was packed and has the same vibe as so many other MKE microbreweries. Loud? Yup (guess I'm old but cant stand shouting to table mates). Maybe carpeting would lower din.... Tried the coffee IPA. Kudos to MC for brewing something different. Definitely has coffee flavor and aroma! Hoppy and Very unique. Wifey had super hoppy beer that was....super hoppy. Dog friendly as no food served. Cheapo mexican food next door. Dig the beers here. Just too loud. read more

I liked the variety of beers they had on tap. It makes going there with people with variety of taste and flavors fun and doable. The have limited outdoor seating but they have a very good system for trying to space out groups of ppl and signaling clean tables etc. I did go during Trivia night and it was fun to see and hear. I will say don't go during trivia if you just want to hangout because the speaker does drown out conversations a lot more than you think it would. It's super open spaces space so I love how it opens up though. And parking in that area is super easy and chill. read more

Unique flavors here because they get their ideas from their customers. Always nice to to heard! They had a lot of Sour beers on tap, they are a must try at least once just to explore. I am and will always be a stout girl, so I favored the Laughing Clown Regular ( non-nitro ). Went on the tour and got a sweet glass to take home and even a selfie with the tour guide! She was a great guide and handled the crowd well. read more

How best to decide what beer to brew that resulting to crowd sourcing. If what my sis told me is true this is how MobCraft decides on what next should be brewed in their tanks. We stopped by for a flight on Memorial Day weekend and the bar was wide open due to the glorious weather. They are also dog friendly. I had a great flight and loved the 2 sours I had most (I am a sour freak). Gentleman S'Tart Your Engines was a dark sour ale with berry and vanilla then the Sour Cherry Candy had to be picked. I loved it and should have bought a growler. I also highly recommend the crazy and free sword fighting game. You put on a chest plate and hit each other with foam swords, good stuff. They also do yoga in the brewery too. You know, to balance it all out... read more

MobCraft has an amazing indoor space with garage doors that they open in nice weather in addition to some patio/sidewalk seating. Their beers can be a little hit or miss, but at least they always have some new options on. They typically excel at their sour beers more so than hoppy beers. Worth giving it a try. Also dog-friendly read more

This place is great. It was our first time coming here before the Brewer game and enjoyed the atmosphere. Great indoor and outdoor seating with nice artwork on the outside of the building. Service was quick along with a good setup with how they go from the cashier to the person pouring beers. They even had beer pour out of a deers mouth as a limited time beer. Will definitely come back. #bucksin6! read more

Someone tell the bar tenders standing in a spot inside when it starts raining isn't bad. I stood in the social distance circle to order my beers I can stand at a table to drink my beers. This place has good beers but stupid workers. Won't be back at all won't recommend it either. It started raining and no control Of who was there's first for tables it was a free for all. People like us didn't get up fast enough and couldn't hang out cause we didn't claim a indoor table. We got kicked out cause we didn't have a table to sit at but standing is wrong? Stupid ass place or just stupid employees. read more

We've been to so many breweries in so many different cities and states...What makes Mobcraft unique is that they have beers that you will most likely not see anywhere else. Some are good, some are just interesting, but the selection is big and you should have no problem finding something you like the bartender are very knowledgeable and can help you pick something you can drink, also the pretzel is a must Mustard dip is ! This a great stop for some great beers. 100% recommend! read more

Like most millenials I love beer- talking about it, drinking it, taking tours about it... you name it, it's my scene. Mobcraft has really changed the Milwaukee tour game. We were lead around by Henry, one of the owners. Im fairly certain I've never met an owner of another brewery, nevertheless had a tour by one. He was funny and engaging, and maybe a little bitter about shark tank. ;) The beers are unrivaled in the Milwaukee scene when it comes to creativity and it was a lot of fun to think of my own tour submission for a new beer idea. The taproom is BEAUTIFUL and spacious, although the shabby chic lounge area really doesn't fit with the industrial modern vibe the rest of the place has going on. I will be back for some weird brews and to take advantage of those giant garage doors letting the outside in. read more

This place has such unique beers! I think it's really cool that they let people create their own and nominate it to be sold. Such a clever idea to be creative and try out new ideas. They have a great variety of beer which comes in handy for a person like me that doesn't enjoy too many different kinds. This is one of my favorite places to go, definitely in the top 5 for breweries in Mke. I haven't had their food but it looked delicious from what I saw! The bartenders were really friendly too and informative on the beers they had. read more

Need to Vet Their Acts Better We had tickets to a stand up show there. The comedians were apparently on comedy Central at one point. But wow were they not only bad, they were the worst comedians I've ever seen both in person and through media. First, I respect stand up comedians. You're in a completely vulnerable position and put yourself out there like that. One night you're killing it and the next night you're not. Second, though, if you're just bad at it...you should maybe start thinking about something else. For example, the first one bombed so she started working the crowd. She started asking about dating and marriages then she asked a woman about her husband who wasn't there. The comedian didn't hear correctly so she made a joke and then the audience member corrected her. Apparently, her husband died six months ago. Awkward. The best (or worst?) Part is the next comedian literally did the same exact thing. The first five exchanges back and forth word little word for word transcripts of the other. I mean shouldn't the second one be paying attention to the first set just to prevent from repeating jokes and...you know asking where someone's husband is when he's dead? Their service was good and I love the games they have to hang out and play. It's definitely an awesome feature but this evening was painful. I can't recommend to anyone these events here unless they prove they've vetted the acts. read more

MobCraft has one of the best taproom I've ever visited. A variety of seating inside. Garage doors opened up to the patio seating outside. Ping pong, air hockey, foosball, and a bunch of board games. People playing cornhole on the patio. Such a fun and relaxed atmosphere! Bartenders were very friendly and helpful. Offered tasters before the full pour. Glasses weren't even entirely empty and we were asked if we wanted another. The beer was great. I had two taproom exclusives: Black Whale & Kissing Kolsch. Kissing Kolsch was good. The Black Whale was amazing! A sour stout. OMG! Can't stop thinking about it. They offer a variety of sizes and also flights. I will most definitely be back! read more

MobCraft Beer - The Black Whale: a sour stout. Yum! - Brewpubs Near Me - Milwaukee, Wisconsin

This was my favorite place for beers on a recent trip to MKE. We got a tasting flight of 4 beers that were memorably different from most beers I've had in my life. The waiter offered suggestions and helped us choose. Although not all the beers were ones I'd get again, I loved trying them in these small glasses. It was a good way to explore the offerings. All the beers are brewed based on crowd-sourced recommendations, too, which was a fun twist. Standouts included the rhubarb IPA and the lemon meringue (if you want a funky one). read more

MobCraft Beer - Brewpubs Near Me - Milwaukee, Wisconsin

MobCraft was suggested to me by an Airbnb host whilst I was staying a couple days in Milwaukee in the fall of 2019. In a city built on beer and a craft brewing scene about as big as that of Toronto (like at least 40 according to a tourist map I picked up there), this place has one unique way of standing out: new beer ideas voted by you! It was a sprinkled doughnut inspired beer of sorts that was the voters' choice of the month that I tried, damn sweet it was! Another idea I liked more: if you request a flight, they hand you a card and marker, you write what you want to try, and that card becomes the coaster the 4 beer samplers are served on so you know what's what. The mob inside the brewpub was mostly fixated on a Green Bay Packers game on the TV on my visit. Fresh food choices are limited to just pizza made on site. But not much of table service--you basically have to go to the bar for anything; if you order their pizza, they give you a buzzer and you go around to the pickup window when it's ready. It was pretty good 1-person craft pizza that I had, some monthly special with blue cheese is what I recall. I can see this place hopping when there's something happening here. I also picked up some canned stuff to bring home--including another fan suggestion, some tart orangey milkshake IPA that was also interesting. read more

Wow, what a fun place! I am so excited I got to check this place out on my visit home. It seems like a hidden gem. The selection was almost too good! I decided to go with a flight because I could decide between the fruit sours and the darker winter beers. I loved all the ones I tried! The bartenders also contributed to the fun atmosphere with outgoing and friendly personalities. I appreciated their patience while it took me a few minutes to make my selection. read more

We've definitely been utilizing MobCraft during COVID! We can order online and do curbside pickup, super easy. We go every other week, my husband tries out a new beer and I get a growler of their kombucha! Win, win. Also...did you know that they do pizza?! Super good and unique topping options. We love having this within walking distance. read more

MobCraft created a beautiful space. It was very comfortable during early Fall when the big garage doors were open. But, its more like a loud enclosed garage bar on a cold January night. Still a very cool space! But enclosed, the acoustics make it excessively noisy. I like the place more when the giant doors are open. I've tried a number of their beers, the standouts were the Tequila infused, marshmallow Stay Puffed Porter & the Sours. The brewery has 25 different taps on hand. So, there should be something to please every pallet. Some of the choices are guest beers from other local breweries. MobCraft solicits ingredient & style ideas from beer fans. Once an idea is approved, it goes up on the site, & subscribers can vote for the beer of their choice by pre-ordering it. The most popular recipe in a given month gets brewed. There are 5,10 or 16 ounce pours available, the 16 ounce / Pint runs a reasonable $5 bucks. They also offer bottles & $12 buck growlers to go. You'll find both indoor / outdoor seating, various games, & a large chalk board for messaging friends. Weekends include live music & a food truck to grab some grub. There are multiple TV's for Packer's games, but the volume was kept too low during my Packer's Sunday visit. MobCraft has a mug club for regulars. Glad to see the Taproom is dog friendly! read more

I appreciate all the microbreweries in MKE. If all you have to do is throw a rock and you hit one, that's a good thing. Think of all those poor small-town kids who have to settle for Miller Lite from the grocery store, or worse yet nothing at all. And, even though I'm not complaining, a lot of them brew IPA's. I like IPA's. I like double IPA's. I like single-hop IPA's. I like double-secret ten-points-to-Gryffindor IPA's. I'm not hard to please in that regard. And the truth is a lot of people who brew beer started out because they like to drink beer. And a lot of them like IPA's. And that's OK. But then someone comes along and does all kinds of different styles, particularly weird ones like sours and bretts. And if you know anything about beer you pay attention. There's probably a beer for every palate on their menu, but all of them are distinctive. There's a Weiss conditioned with lactobacillus and a saison brewed with brettanomyces (not everyone will like this, but it's one of the more accessible examples of the style I've come across. If you like unpasteurized cheeses you'll like this, but even if you don't you might find it enjoyable. The ABV and the top-note flavors balance out the brett funkiness) The selections change seasonally and there are even weirder options available in can or large-format bottle. Love this place. read more

What are people talking about? This brewery deserves five stars. Great location leaves room for hassle free parking. The atmosphere is spacious enough to invite crowds of all sizes. Afraid of crowds? Outside seating by a food truck will leave you speechless (literally). Friendly and expedient bartenders. Choose from a variety of craft beers to find your favorite: A peanut butter porter brewed to perfection. Check. A Breakfast Blueberry Waffle Hefeweizen. Check. ''Tis the season to drink something to remind you of cinnamon and apples. Check. What more could you ask for in a brewery? Puppies. MobCraft just held an event called Ales for Tails that encouraged customers to bring their dogs and puppies. Oh, and second helpings on that peanut butter porter, please. read more

Just a few blocks from our hotel this place is a true adventure in unique, creative, and finely crafted beer. The selection was great from more well-known pales, IPA's, stouts, and porters to some highly imaginative and less run of the mill varieties. With the overhead doors open it was lively, airy, and a genuinely fun place to hang out and try a number of brews. They have a big board on the wall of past creations and things that they have brewed up in addition to future possibilities. The concept of letting the customers pick what to whip up next in the wort kettle makes it worth returning to see what is next. read more

I heard several people mention that I should stop here last time I was in Milwaukee, so I made sure to visit on Sunday before I left. It's a cool place for sure, I liked the vibe, very spacious, and the bartender was nice. I got the IPA, and then the Post Tree Stand Juice Box, both very good, and I believe available to go in 6 packs. They don't have a full food menu, but they do have baked pretzels, I ordered one and it was really good. The small portion is definitely enough for one person. There's a pool table, and a lot of games. If I lived in Milwaukee, it seems like a place I'd wanna come often to hang out at. read more

They have a cool concept, the place has a good vibe, and the beer that I got was good. However, the service is horrible. Waited in line for almost 10 minutes with one person in front of me to place an order but the bartender did a horrible job of paying attention to who got in line first. If you don't have enough people to man 2 order stations, maybe don't have 2 order stations. read more

Great space, spectacular beer, wonderful staff and did I mention the beer? Had Senior Bobs beer with tequila and agave. What an amazing beer. Also had the dark saison which was equally good. There's a Mexican restaurant in vomiting distance too so after you've indulged you can feast. Location alone is worthy of 4 stars. read more

MobCraft Beer - Brewpubs Near Me - Milwaukee, Wisconsin

I visit craft breweries for a hobby. I used to work in the Walker's Point neighborhood many years ago early in my career. If MobCraft had existed at the time I would have visited frequently. The taproom is well laid out and spacious without feeling stoic or industrial. The location is on the corner with views of the bridge over the Menomonee River. I found parking nearby easily without having to pay for it. I was greeted right away from a very friendly male bartender who was eager to provide me with a recommendation for my flight as well as food. He knew the beer and was able to articulate the type and taste profile in a manner that prompted me to give his suggestion a try. My flight was very good and they had many more on tap if I was so inclined to try more. For the food, I thought the chili I tried was very hearty but a touch more spice than I would normally eat. Overall, I had a good experience and would both recommend a visit to others, as well as return myself. read more

Attended a Packers game UYE. I tried a couple of the sours in 5 oz size in case I didn't like them, but I enjoyed both. Although, I don't think I could drink a 10 or 16 oz pour of the Savory Sour with lemongrass and sage. There were 3-4 large TV's but the sound system was lacking or they didn't want to turn the volume up because I could barely hear the game, which was the purpose of my visit. Several other guests were playing various games, and others were just hanging out to watch the game, too. One of the bartenders didn't seem very friendly. Seemed more like a bouncer than a bartender. Ideally, the bartender makes the customer feel welcome, so they want to stay and spend more money on drinks and TIP well. At one point, he responded to another Yelp in our group with a bit of attitude after she asked a simple and valid question. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but you need to check that at the door if you work in the service industry. Anyway, the beer list is a decent size and includes several beers from other local breweries. I liked the MobCraft beer that I tried and layout of the space enough that I would visit again (hence the 4 stars), but I'm not sure this is a place I'd want to watch a game unless they can figure out how to improve the sound. To be fair, it's not a sports bar, but if you want people to come in during a Packers or Badgers game, this should be addressed. Otherwise there are plenty of other options. read more

MobCraft has an excellent space that's designed pretty frickin' well - my selling point? A nice long bar with plenty of seating. Opposite the bar a few picnic tables line up with two large glass garage doors that open up to the sidewalk for the warmer WI months. Old school chairs overlook a ping pong table and foosball in a nice open space. Frankly the whole place feels nice and spacious! With 24 taps there's sure to be a beer on for everyone and they offer samples for anyone that's not sure. I've been twice now and had the same bartender who's attentive. The only downside to this brewery being right across the street from my work is that I prefer going through flights of beer and compared to getting a 10oz goblet, the tasters are outrageously expensive. Like, two flights of 4 beers (varying in price) was nearly $30 with tip. Ouch. Gotta pay for the space somehow I suppose... read more

This is a delayed review. You need to like your sours to enjoy the beer here. Maybe they aren't advertised as all sours but at least when I went 4-5 months ago, every beer in our set of 3 flights (so like 9-12 beers) were all sour tasting. Definitely some unique flavors that would excite the beer drinker who wants to try something new, but would recommend trying out another brewery for more reliable beers. All personal preference obviously... They had this armor/sword game where you poke each other but it was broken sadly. Hope it's fixed now. They also have a ping-pong table with a few broken paddles and balls. We actually had fun playing though. Lastly, they have outlets to charge your phone. read more

This place is great. The fact that they crowd source beers is super neat. They end up having some really unique, delicious brews. Their grasshopper milk stout is one of the best beers I've ever had.
