They ask questions along the way really getting the length and shape right (really matters for me because of the National Guard) and they are really good about asking throughout if it's good! they are also really good about doing what you want many nail places I have gone want to do more or a more feminine look which is fine but when I need my nails to look a certain way I need them done that way. They do make conversation while doing your nails where it's not dead silent, but not too much where you can relax. they are also very easy and gentle on your nails and the music lights and overall vibe is nice and calming. they work quickly but not rushing so you can actually breath! during the week they are not overly busy so you could be a walk in but I usually call and make an appointment and their availability times are very open and they are willing to work with me! the prices are not bad compared to many nail places I have gone too... for a new set of gel X is 80 for a refill is 60 and for a basic pedicure is 40. They are also open to telling and explaining the prices to you, many times places I have gone do not tell you and it's a surprise at the end... not here! They are amazing at explaining the different nail types you can get, at another place I went to they did not put a tip on my nails for gel x and my nail guy took the time to really explain why they do and some of the science behind it! I also over heard another nail teach explaining to a woman in great detail the differences in regular polish and gel polish! they really know their stuff! perfect place for those working and need some relaxing on a time crunch!
