They assigned a very sweet young lady to me who made me feel comfortable. She hit the upsell pretty hard but I can handle it since all the nail salons do that these days. I wish they wouldn't because they showed me a menu to pick from and I carefully looked it over and picked a basic pedicure, if I picked it, why pressure me to spend extra money if I already made a decision? I stuck to my guns with the basic pedicure since I was in a rush. The whole experience was fine that's why I'm giving it three stars, but the quality of the pedicure was not so great. When I left and was out in the sunlight, I saw smudges on my skin on the edges which shouldn't happen and even some spacing where she didn't quite cover my entire nail with the polish. For $38 and a 20% too on top of that, I expect much better of course. Not sure if I would come back knowing the quality.

They have a variety of pedicures to choose from ranging from $35 to over $60. The gel polish is $20 so if that's your go-to, be sure you factor that into your spend. SService had been friendly for each of my visits and my pedicures have been good quality.

Maybe it's because I came in too close to closing and they were in a hurry to get out of there (hey, I can understand that feeling because we've all been there). At any rate, the tech barely filed my nails and didn't bother to get my nail tips even before beginning to apply polish; if I'm paying for a manicure, I expect a manicure -- otherwise I can file my own nails at home beforehand. Needless to say, I smoothed the edges myself as soon as I got home. The worst part is that there were inconsistencies in the actual polish. What I mean is, at some point during the application process, fuzz or something got into the polish so that there's a bump. It's probably not noticeable to anybody else, but it certainly noticeable to me because it caught on my delicate sweater. I wound up having to buff it just a smidge when I got home so that it wouldn't catch on fabrics at least. I wish I had paid better attention during the actual process. If I were rating based on personality alone, five stars.
