I did not keep that email there was no code so I went in and he said there was no such thing as 50% off. The worker seem to know what's going on. But He cut her off and and then said his son who owns the business had him delete an email and that he would not give me any 50% off of anything unless I could show him something. I will never return here again. He did not try to reach out to his father nor was I provided for.

In this case, size doesn't matter so much (the only time I've ever said that! Lol) as the design. He asks the standard questions, directs me to the section of baby shoes, while telling me about their current sale. I showed him a pic of what I had in mind. I really want pink and white baby DC shoes. They didn't have that, but had Converse shoes in pink. Again, not what I was aiming for. Their girl shoe section isn't spectacular, unless you want girly, glittery, bubblegum pink and blues. Even though they didn't have what I wanted, both employees really tried to help me. I appreciated that, and that customer service is what would bring me back in the future to check out their selection. This wasn't one size fits all...no way. The management at Rack Room got with the staff at Guy Lee to get sizes and kind of shoes the kids liked. This is the first I've ever heard of any store gifting like this. Having taught elementary school in my beginning teaching career, I know how much this must have meant to those kids. Just Excellent!
