I stopped by on the way home thinking it was traditional Korean food and to my surprise it wasn't what I was expecting. The young lady behind the counter explained it was like a Korean Subway so I gave it a shot. I chose the wrap and it was awesome! Really good, fresh food and fantastic deal. Ate here with my wife and three children and it was less than $40. I got the Tiger bowl with bulgogi, carrots, onions their amazing corn slaw and topped with bibimbap sauce. I added miso soup and a drink for $2.50. Wow! This place is truly amazing! When we walked in for the first time, it was helpfully explained that the menu was akin to Chipotle or Subway for Asian food. You choose a bowl, wrap, or salad, then the rice, protein, and toppings to go with it. You can also pick from some classics if you don't want to go through the trouble of picking and choosing. The steak was tender and sweet, the vegetables were all super fresh, and the sauces were amazing! We had a lot of help choosing what to get, I got great suggestions for my sweeter palate. Bonus: portions are generous and the to go containers are microwave safe! After we ate our fill, we tried the mochi ice cream. It comes in deep-frozen ice cream "cubes" that are best eaten with your hands. We had the strawberry flavor, which made the outside layer seem almost like a soft bubble gum. The inner layer was creamy and sweet, but reminded me more of gelato than traditional ice creak. We look forward to trying other flavors. We were told the mango is the most popular! read more

OK, truth meter. My sister-in-law truly loves this place. She even requested to go back the next day. I was a little more of a 'it's ok' type of guy. Others have stated correctly it's like a Korean Subway. The meat tasted fresh and veggies were good. My sister-in-law how is on a low sodium diet loved it because they don't use much salt. That is great for her and all of us. However, for those that do love traditional Korean food this place might be a little disappointing. I ordered the Bulgogi bowl and the meat was not flavored but the kimchi tasted fresh. Sister-in-law ordered the chicken and seasoned her bowl with what ever a crazy old lady, I kid....I kid, vegetable that she liked (btw, she hates Korean food so she skipped the Kimchi.) Good quick food at a reasonable price. Great place for my sister-in-law when she visits, way to often and good for the establishment, and needs to find places to eat with limited salt. Remember this is an restaurant that advertises as fusion and they are that. It's great and quick food. I would have given it a three star for lack of flavor on the beef but my sister-in-law would have gave it a five. So I settled on a four. Try it. It's worth the price for one visit. read more

This is on of my favorite placed to eat. If i could afford to eat here several times a week I would in a heart beat. I'm on a one income and i have a budget i have to follow. Most of the time a rice bowl is under $9.00 with a drink just over $10 bucks. The have 3 options, wrap, rice bowl or salad. I use to get wraps but I have converted to the rice bowl. My husband and I love this restaurant. The new manager is on top of his game. He is involved, He's aware of and accommodating to guests. He picks up where needed. A great example of "management by walking around". We have seen great changes in food quality, appearance of the place and efficiency of the staff over the last year. Because Olympia has, but the three, fine dinning restaurants, this place can get slammed, thus bringing the feel of a fast food experience. That said, if you tell your waiter you are interested in "slow food" they will accommodate. The seafood is fresh, the steaks are quality. This is a good place to get the family together for dinner, enjoy a romantic twosome or meet the girls for lunch. The bar is a great place to meet friends after work. The wine list is ample, the ever changing drink specials are good and the bar menu (recommend the salmon sliders) is a good value. The location is incredible. Take your out of town guests. They wont forget the views of Puget Sound, the Olympic Mountains. Having taken full advantage of aesthetics the floor to ceiling windows create the feeling being ON the water. Who needs a boat? Congrats to the architect. Our only small criticism would be the lack of smiling friendliness by wait staff throughout, and the lack of "welcoming politeness" at the reservation podium. Any business with the ability to extract this kind of $$$ from ones bank account each month might do well to smile upon arrival and say thank you on departure. Over all, five stars for a well oiled machine. Delicious food, great atmosphere, hard working staff, management extraordinaire. Thank you!
