Jayden from Miracle Method absolutely saved the day! After an initial technician made some errors and I wasn't satisfied with the results, Miracle Method immediately stepped up. Kyle came out to inspect the work and agreed it needed to be redone -- which I truly appreciated. Jayden was then assigned to the project, and I couldn't be more impressed. He carefully assessed everything, explained the best approach, and completed the job with precision, care, and efficiency. The tub and surround look fantastic! He used a high-powered fan and hose system that almost completely eliminated the strong fumes, which made a huge difference. I also really appreciated the careful masking and protection of the floors and bathroom fixtures -- everything was well covered and respected. I had a chip in my tub and called miracle methods to come out and repair and refinish it. The first technician they sent out did a poor job with the tub reglazing and chip repair but they then sent Jayden out and he made things right, he apologized numerous times for the quality of the job done by the previous technician and made sure everything was perfect when the job was complete. They even compensated me for the extra time the job took and for that alone I would use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a tub reglazed. read more

Master bathroom shower needed the tile regrouted and calked. It had been looking pretty grungy after 18 years of use. We loved the ceramic tiles in the shower and really did not want these shower refitting options. We came across Miracle Method at the Columbus Home & Garden show and we were like ... "this IS it!" Their sales rep came out to the house and discussed options of what we could do and explained their options. We were sold with their product! It took three days and they were very meticulous about cleaning, taping and protecting other fixtures in the room. They cleaned and prepped the surface areas, re-grouted the tile as needed and applied their refinishing product and finished the caulking. It took three days to complete the project. Their team members kept us in the loop every day with their progress. Completely thrilled with the end result! read more

The quality of work has been been good. The Miracle Method's team of San Diego service has suffered in last 6 months. We have experience 2 no shows and one cancellation for the same Job. The tenants are very unhappy since they prepared for the scheduled job three times and the service technician did not show on two occasions and rescheduled on the third occasion. 10/27/2017 update - After posting my review, the management team at MM Columbus reached back out to me and sent my sales representative back out to take a critical look at my shower. She apologized for the trouble that I had experienced previously and sent out a tech to take care of the issue with the Seam Seal (make sure you FULLY understand what this product is, how it works, associated risks, and what the warranty covers and does not cover before opting for this product), and to re-fix another area. The areas of what I consider non-adhesion still exist. They are cream and the rest of the shower is white. Again, I recommend against a pure-white finish. Every imperfection will stick out like a sore thumb and I still have concerns of mildew and mold in these areas. At this point, I don't know that I would take the same route by using MM... I expressed my biggest concern is not that the product failed - but that the customer service failed. My concern at this point is that they wouldn't honor the warranty. I was told by management that they will continue to honor the warranty and fix as necessary. ---- Original Review --- After 5 months of calls and emails, I've hit the end of my endeavor to get my money's worth out of this product. Spent just over $1800 to have a stand up shower refinished. Went with the white on white, if you do go through with this after reading my review - opt for some color to camouflage the imperfections. Since first applied the product has pitted and flaked off several sections of grout. The soap dish flaked off. The caulk split and cracked. To their credit they have come out to fix everything, as I've requested - but something tells me that my 5 year warranty isn't going to be worth a whole lot. It only covers non-adhesion of the product. I've recently been told that they do not consider the grout flaking/pitting to be covered by warranty. The maintenance manager told me it's likely due to debris which was not cleared away before application but that "prepping a shower is not like prepping a car for a paint job - it's not going to be perfect." ..... And the caulk cracking (10/27/2017 - this was actually seam seal cracking) within 5 months of application, I'm told that's maintenance at a fee of $165 for the first hour for repair. Do NOT waste your money on the $300 Seam Seal which is evidently supposed to extend the life of your caulk, because I'm told they do not warranty those claims. It turns out the Seam Seal was applied inadvertently to my shower, although I was not charged. But they do not warranty the caulk (10/27/2017 Seam Seal does not expand or contract. Make sure you understand what this product is and how it works) even if they do apply the Seam Seal. Imagine how ticked I'd be if I HAD been charged for it. I won't use Miracle Method again, and I certainly won't recommend them to anyone else. Take your $2,000 and save yourself some patience and invest it in a new shower instead. read more

On March 8, 2019, this business refinished our bathtub, applied seam sealer, and installed a drain kit, textured tub bottom and tiled bath surround, for the price of $1,440. On February 18, their salesperson had visited our home, inspected the tub and fixtures, stated the tub did NOT need to be replaced, recommended this service, and quoted us the above price. At no point in the process did he caution us about areas where there might be rust, which we could not immediately see, which might be a reason NOT to go ahead with refinishing. Nor did he advise us to have a plumber inspect the tub for rust. On August 15, due to the tub drain having been backed up for several weeks, we had a service call from licensed plumber Jeremy S of Mann Plumbing. Jeremy inspected the tub and informed us of the following: "When I pulled the old tub shoe, I found that the tub was rotted out on the bottom of the tub where the flange should be for the tub shoe. Also, tub is rusted out where the overflow comes through the tub. Recommend replacing tub. Tub should never have been resurfaced due to tub being in bad shape; resurface company should have informed homeowner of problems." I sent Mr. Sayles a complaint letter about this manner, and spoke to him on the phone on August 21, but he did not offer us any sort of compensation. Clearly, given the condition of our tub, this business should have declined to perform the above refinishing services, which will be useless to us as we are now responsible for replacing the entire tub. At very least, they should have explicitly warned us that we needed to have the tub inspected by a plumber. Therefore, we request a full refund of the $1,440 we paid for the above services. read more

Tread lightly when working with Miracle Method. We could have had a tremendous experience, but the final product is flawed. Don't get me wrong, the product isn't the issue. The customer service needs a lot of work. We had our 1940's bathroom redone. The walls look great but the floor does not. It's cracking and breaking up all over. They did say they couldn't guarantee the floor. However, when a company says that... would you expect the product to be chipping and cracking before they even leave the job? They don't seem to care. After numerous calls and emails, they stand behind their non guarantee. So we will be redoing our floor again. read more

A home my husband and son are remodeling had a blue tub and blue tile. I called to get an estimate. Justin was prompt and professional and followed up. We were very pleased with tub results. Elum, the technician doing the work recommended we refinish the tile as well, as it looked dated. We went to showroom and picked out a color for tile. We are so appreciative of his suggestion to refinish tile and it was definitely the right advice. It looks brand new and we are very pleased with results. All in all a tad pricey, but pleasant experience. I paid $2400 to have a double sink vanity top, and a large garden tub and surround redone. The gentlemen who came and did the work were professional and kept their workplace very clean. It's been three months and the quality is holding up great. Miracle Method looked good for one year. After that all of their clear caulking started getting black mold underneath it! The company suggested re-caulking it yourself or send someone to do it. They also suggested cleaning it with Vinegar, Soft Scrub (no bleach), Dawn Dish washing liquid or Scrubbing Bubbles. Vinegar stops the black mold temporarily but not a permanent fix. The shower looks terrible. I would only recommend if you know for sure you do not have a moisture issue. read more

Came and did estimate the next day. Refinished shower floor 2 days later, looks brand new. Guys were fantastic and did a good job protecting other areas of house and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend. read more
