From the first time we met with Mark Kresge to hash out a kitchen design to the last day that Andy (project manager) came by to tweak an outlet, we were exceedingly pleased with this company. Mark was always helpful in getting us what we wanted without sacrificing budget and functionality. His design for our home and advice along the way was extraordinary. Andy, who was in our home day in and day out, was the consummate professional. Our "female only" home felt completely at ease with him, and he was the epitome of professionalism. If we ever do a project again, which we certainly will, we will demand that Andy leads the project. It was so refreshing to be able to relax and know that "Andy will handle it." My wife and I are busy professionals. We felt complete secure in allowing Andy to handle the subcontractors and little decisions that needed to be made along the way. The pieces were bought in Paris many years ago at a flea market, north of Les Halles. The pieces had seen quite a bit of tumble and rumble. These just came back and are GORGEOUS! You not only replated the surfaces but also fixed the black bakelite handles, and all lid hinges! Thank you!! I hope you will be able to come back, perhaps as a smaller business and continue to do custom work. Yes, the demand for antiques is changing with the new generations, but some of us still love these pieces and there is still a market for these out there. Best of luck!
