Very pleased with the result. The total cost of $591.25 was an investment. I could certainly buy a new end table for less, but not an authentic MCM piece that I have history with & I didn't want to do the work myself. Coup Restorations seems to be a go to place for this sort of thing. I wasn't in a rush & they were pretty straightforward with the process. Happy customer.

I could not be happier with the results! We had the one day…read more"sandless" treatment and refinishing on our aged and orangey hardwood floors. We had a moderate amount of scratches and dents but overall, they were not in terrible shape.... but definitely needed a refresh. Shane spent a lot of time with us, discussing our areas of concern as well as the color (that we considered changing). With his help, we decided against a drastic color change. He suggested adding a small amount of added chestnut stain to the process, that would make them less orange and more rich in tone. The one day process was as described. We removed all furniture, rugs and stuff from the floors prior to his morning arrival. We were allowed back in (wearing socks) at 7pm that evening. There was no overpowering smell, just a citrus ish scent that dissipated just fine with a window cracked open for a day or so. We are very pleased with the results. The color is outstanding and I am constantly exclaiming "the floor is so beautiful!"

The company changed our date last minute inconveniencing us but we reluctantly agreed. So we had to live through the process of having them in our house for 4 days prior to leaving on vacation. Upon our return the floors looked great. However less then a year later they were worn, scratched, faded and in worse condition then before we had them refinished. We had Bill back out and he wanted to charge us to have them redone. Claiming we caused the issues. Not a scratch on my floor before we had them re-done. Also behind the refrigerator was never sanded and stained. He claims that was not part of the work order. When I asked for a copy of the work order I got no response. I had to file a claim with the attorney general and we are facing having another flooring person come out and undo the mess that was created. Very frustrating experience

There ended up being a problem once he was finished which probably had to do with a pre-existing condition with the floor. Doug came in ON Memorial Day to not only make a repair but went FAR above what was expected as far as I'm concerned. I'll admit I was wrong for wanting carpet and our floor is amazing.
