They quickly responded to my inquiry and got me scheduled to come in. The team did their own diagnosis of the car and instead of just agreeing with Mazda, they said they didn't even believe the $2k repair was even necessary at that time. They found a couple additional small items that they recommended I fix, but were never pushy or trying to sell me on anything. From the time I reached out and throughout the process the team communicated well. They handled all the other recommended repairs same day for significantly less than the dealership wanted to charge. These guys are honest and well priced and I highly recommend them for any car work you need done.

Politeness and care was taken into consideration when talking to the owner of shop. I am a survivor of stroke that took place March 12, 2022. The only thing that is lacking is short term memory loss and that is challenging me when talking about mechanical issues regarding my Fiat 500L Trekking model. This is a 2014. My only main concern is driving to Plano because I am currently fighting dehydration and a sinus infection.
