The team did their own diagnosis of the car and instead of just agreeing with Mazda, they said they didn't even believe the $2k repair was even necessary at that time. After asking for the full report, they provided even though they knew I might have sticker shock which I did. They patiently walked me through and answered my many questions via the phone, and let me take time to decide on options: keep/invest or trade in.
