Cool hangout spot with nice ambiance! Lots of seatings, outlet, wifi. Employees are really friendly and dedicated. I'd say the day I came was warm, and because they opened the big window overlooking the street, it was a bit stifled. I got pistachio latte and it was okay. I think it'd fit my taste more if the pistachio flavor has been stronger, because I mainly only tasted the coffee. Overall, nice place to catch up with friends and work. There's an amazing Goodwill down the street, so it'd be a perfect girl's day!
Coffee was strong, bold, and priced well. The Zatar spiced grilled cheese was off the charts!
We espied this spot from across the way when touring an apartment, and it literally looked like a utopia, super bustling with folks sitting outside bistro style and kids milling about. So on our weekly quest to try a new coffee shop we set our eyes on Mintish. And we happened to stumble here on a World Cup match day. The spot was chock full of Egypt fans, and spirits were high! We got greeted with cheery hellos from everyone behind the counter. Seems like a spot where folks take an ice pick to the Seattle Freeze. We came armed with books in hand so we headed over to the quieter area that's part of the apartment lobby to enjoy our Levantine latte, doppio, and Zataar croissant (I always lose in a faceoff against a pastry case). The latte was delish- sweet and spiced, and the doppio was fashionable and came beside a shot of sparkling water. The zataar croissant was a delicious savory cheesy guy. Seems there a seating flavor for everyone. Enjoy the morning/noon sun outside, feel the hustle and bustle in the main seating area, or come read/work in the lobby area. Would recommend!
New and very nice place to have good coffee and Refresher. I really likes their Grilled Cheese- it was super crispy (grilled) with good amount of cheese and Zataar seasoning on it. Mintish juice was very fresh and refreshing. Pistachio Latte was out of this world with good amount of crushed pistachio on top. For me, Halloumi sandwich was just ok, olives in it were a bit on sour side. So everything except Halloumi (4/5) were 5/5. Service was fast and good.
I dropped in to try their coffee today. I got a latte and I did a special one with their honey syrup cold with cold foam milk. Both are really good. The atmosphere is really nice and welcoming. Definitely a place where people hang out whether it's loud or not.
Excellent spiced chai! We tried the zaatar croissant and it was fantastic, very flaky, buttery, and the zaatar flavor paired perfectly with the pastry. The kunefah cheesecake was perfectly dense, rich, and creamy without being overly sweet. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with outdoor seating that makes it a great spot to relax, they are also pet friendly. The staff were genuinely some of the friendliest people I've ever met and made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I'll keep visiting for!
As a bit of a coffee purist, I usually judge a coffee shop by one thing: the Americano. If they can make a black Americano smooth, balanced, and velvety without bitterness, they know what they're doing. Mintis Coffee House absolutely nailed it. Today I tried their house-made pistachio paste latte with oat milk -- and wow. First of all, anything pistachio immediately has my attention, but what impressed me most was that it wasn't overly sweet. Perfect for someone like me who prefers coffee-forward drinks over sugar bombs. The pistachio flavor was rich, subtle, and beautifully balanced with the espresso. And the Americano? Spot on. Velvety, smooth, deep, and incredibly well-crafted. There's a reason this place is always busy, packed, and has a line out the door. Between the exceptional coffee, Turkish-inspired menu, unique Turkish coffee variations, and incredible baked goods, it's absolutely worth the trek from the north end. Highly recommend.
Very delicious coffee and mintish cake! I'm actually not a coffee drinker, but was needing an extra kick this morning so I finally tried this place out. WOW. Great iced coffee, and even better cake. the Mintish cake was extremely moist and perfect amount of citrus, delicious. I can't wait to come back & try more items, might even be a coffee drinker now.. is this how it starts??

They have a decent amount of seating but it is a little cramped, so just be mindful of that. I got the iced pistachio latte with oat milk, which came out to around $9 (quite pricey, but all places are nowadays). The drink was SO GOOO though! The pistachio flavor was actually present, and the espresso was so smooth. It was the perfect level of sweetness all around too. We also tried their minitish cake which was decent but nothing too standout. I want to try their pistachio croissant and date latte next!
Heard good things about this new coffee shop and when I was in the area for an event I finally tried it. The coffee did not disappoint! I ordered the Levantine latte with oat milk and it was delicious. I also got a za'atar croissant and a lemon mint cake to take home. Both were excellent. The cake was flavorful and moist. The service was very friendly! I even asked if I could leave a poster for an event and they said they would try to find some space for it at the counter. This is a popular spot to get work done too, as it was crowded on a friday morning when I went.

There's also a cute little cozy corner where you can sit and show that also has outlets. Would def recommend. I had a pistachio latte, pistachio, croissant, and the lemon cookie. The latte was not too sweet. The cookie was perfectly soft. And the croissant was to die for... soo gooood. It had some type of pistachio filling.

I ordered the pistachio latte and it was warm and velvety with notes of roasted pistachio and caramelized sweetness. Each sip was rich and nutty, balanced by a silky espresso finish. The croissants are flaky and buttery with the perfect exterior. The avocado toast was just as delicious. Fresh and bright ingredients but I just wish it had a little more avocado on it. But still a complete perfect bite. Tucked away on a quiet street in capital hill, parking is available on the surrounding streets. There is one ADA parking spot close by. The place gets busy and packed and rightfully so. This coffee spot should be a regular spot in everyone's rotation.
What a cute coffee shop in Capitol Hill! The zaatar grilled cheese is insanely delicious. I think this is genuinely the best grilled cheese I've ever had. I've never had a grilled cheese with zaatar flavoring, and it was so unique and delicious. It's a small little thing, but it has so much flavor! The bread is toasted perfectly and it's also not too oily. If you're a grilled cheese lover like me, you MUST try this one! I also tried an iced levantine latte. It's not too sweet and I love the cinnamon. Would recommend trying this! The coffee shop is small and can get warm and crammed during busy times. The workers are all extremely kind and welcoming. Started off my day at Mintish for brunch. This place is packed and after tasting my first bite, I can understand why. We ordered everything to go but were able to get a table so I would recommend keeping an eye out for availability because you never know when a table will open up. I ended up getting the za'atar grilled cheese which was so good especially pipping hot. My friend got the halloumi sandwich which was also really tasty and I would say is perfect if you're more hungry. While I don't drink coffee, I did take a sip of the tiramisu coffee and I don't know how they did it, but it really does taste like tiramisu. There was a definite mascarpone flavor that emerged from the foam that was placed on top. This is a great cafe if you're looking for a bit and some coffee or maybe even a pastry. Their pastry case looked so good, I was definitely tempted to pick some items up including their pistachio croissant and cookies. read more

This is amazing how a new indie cafe located on tree lined street one block from Broadway felt like a restful oasis (9/14/25). I savored a Leventine latte and a moist date cake. I sat at the counter facing the sidewalk. It was pleasant having the windows open and just enjoyed being onsite. I look forward to a return visit to try other menu items, especially the sandwiches. Another welcomed addition to Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood! read more
Yup, will be back! Wanted to support a new Seattle business, and they know what they're doing. I ordered the demask latte and it was 10/10. A little on the sweeter side, will order less sweet next time, but truly the perfect blend of cardamom and orange. The snacks and pastries looked really good, will have to go back for some fall goodies. Space was relatively big, lots of seating for studying/working. My sister and I went today and got lattes/the mintish juice, as well as the zaatar grilled cheese. They absolutely knocked it out of the park, best juice i've had in a long time, and the lemon mint combo felt like the perfect last kiss of summer flavors. The flavors were just amazing all around, unlike most typical Seattle coffee shops. To top it off, the owner introduced himself, and was absolutely delightful to speak with. So glad to be able to visit such a special spot, and will certainly be coming back regularly. read more
What keeps me coming back to Mintish is not only the beverages, food, and pastries but also their exceptional hospitality. I have never met owners and staff who are so approachable and dedicated, putting their hearts and efforts into everything they provide for customers. Learning how they started to open revealed their patience and eagerness to bring uniqueness to this area. I learned Levant because of this store. They are living up as a rising sun as well. The place is decorated with creativity, and many people enjoy the open window. The flavor of Turkish coffee is strong, intense, rich, and aromatic. I prefer it black, but I've heard other customers rave about the flavored options. All the signature coffees I've tried, as well as those I've overheard others trying, have been outstanding. The pistachio cheesecake is unlike American or Japanese cheesecake; it is rich, and you can taste the pistachio. My friend, who isn't typically a cheesecake person, enjoyed theirs a lot! The date cake lives up to its description as a rich spiced date cake. I love dates, and if you do too, you will fall in love with this cake. It took me three days to finish! We can't wait to try more of what Mintish has to offer and enjoy being in the space. Thank you for bringing such unique dishes, coffee, and beverages here! read more
I super enjoyed the pistachio latte, my first! I was a little skeptical but they did it well. This is a good place to bring your laptop and work. Pretty much everyone was doing that over a weekday afternoon. It's quiet too not very loud until around 3:30pm. Service is quick and friendly. read more
Mintish Coffee is such a lovely spot with a calm, cozy atmosphere that instantly makes you feel welcome. The coffee is smooth, thoughtfully made, and clearly crafted with care, and it's the kind of place you can relax in or get some focused work done. I also really appreciate that it's Palestinian-owned because you can feel the heart and intention behind the space, from the warmth of the service to the overall vibe. Great place to get coffee with unique flavors such as pistachio latte. Drink itself is on the sweater side, but overall great place to sit down and even have some small bites as they offer some sandwiches and pastries.Id come back! read more
The chai was very tasty and so was the Levantine coffee cake slice. They were out of lots of things I wanted to try so I'll have to come back and try more. The staff are very sweet and it was lit for a Sunday when I was in with nowhere to sit down, it was so busy. The ceiling is really pretty and there's lots of windows and a patio if you prefer outside. They are dog friendly so that's a pro for me too. read more

Lovely interior with good seating options. There was even a comfy bench, which is rare in Seattle. The sandwich and coffee were super good! They were fairly busy around lunch time, but there was still plenty of seats and friendly service. The coffee was a bit pricey, but the sandwich was very reasonably priced. read more

Finally, a cafe match made in heaven! I'm not a coffee enjoyer but I do love cafe spaces and Mintish is a new favorite go-to. I went with my partner to Mintish to get some work done and to try a new place out and all of my standards were met and exceeded: 1. Great beverages and pastries! I don't love coffee, so the abundance of iced tea and refresher options are a must for anyone who feels the same. I got the blueberry mojito refresher and it was a delight. The same praise goes to the two croissants, I liked being able to choose from a sweet or a savory option. 2. Seating, outlet, and Wi-Fi offered! If you plan on getting some work done, Mintish is a great space for that and more. It was a very comforting space with an even balance of talking to productivity. The staff are also extremely kind! I'm really glad for this addition to the neighborhood and will look forward to frequenting here more regularly :) read more

So happy we stumbled upon this coffee shop that is easily is the best coffee we had in all of Seattle and North America. I can't explain the frights that danced on my tongue when I had the pistachio latte, tiramisu latte, and the toasted tahini latte. You are going to go bonkers with love if you come here. read more
The perfect little cafe nestled just below Broadway within more residential parts of Cap Hill. I tried the halloumi sandwich which was delicious and perfectly seasoned. For drinks I tried the Levantine latte and pistachio latte. The pistachio uses homemade pistachio cream which was so delicious and the standout of this visit. Their pistachio latte was really good. It was a nice hot beverage during this fall season. Caught the light rail up to Capitol Hill. A colorful tree-like art piece is right next to the cafe. Chihuly maybe? I was greeted when I walked in and the dining area was already packed. Lots of laptop campers. They might need a bigger space in the future to accommodate their growing customer base. I wasn't planning on sticking around but a couple of customers got up as soon as I grabbed my drink and I was able to sit for a bit. They're definitely on my top 5 Capitol Hill coffee shops. It's a warm and welcoming vibe. I give them a high walkability score as they're near the bus line on Broadway and they're about a 7 minute walk from the light rail station. read more

First thing i noticed was the attention to customer service and customer satisfaction. We were greeted with samples of their best selling drinks (sahlab was authentic and amazing.) I ended up getting the pistachio latte and two orders of the most amazing Zaatar grilled cheese I've ever had. Absolutely a winner and amazing. Ambiance was inviting and comfortable and a home vibe. Will absolutely come back and support this cafe. read more

Amazing experience! 10/10 customer service sold me right away but these DRINKS We tried the Levantine Latte and Mintish Juice The Levantine Latte has a delicious depth with notes of cardamom and honey Th Mintish Juice is a mint infused lemonade which is so refreshing. I love that the mint is so potent! Definitely coming again, thinking of trying the Pistachio and Demasc lattes next read more
