I found this local business by searching Google Maps, and I am impressed! I needed a button replaced, and asked to have them clean the shirt as well, all for under $5.00. They promised it would be ready by 5pm the next day. They were very communicative via text messaging, which I found was very convenient. New management...Took two Expensive pieces of clothing one was brand new with a small drink stain and was returned with a burn mark on which they seem to have mistaken and not realized the material after I repeated to them about it. Baby clothes.... Everyone loves babies, but do you love them enough to wear their clothes? I'll let you ponder that one, cause, well, that's pretty much what you'll get here. I've been going to Dry Clean City for over a year now. A few months ago, I took two wool sweaters to get dry cleaned and they came back obviously shrunken. The fabric was tight and multiple sizes too small. Scratching my head in confusion because I swore that dry-cleaning should NOT shrink your clothes. Well, call me an idiot. Dry Clean City is so close and convenient to my house that after several months passed, I decided to use them again. I had a pair of pricey wool slacks that I've been considering bringing to the tailor to take down an inch, but thanks to Dry Clean City (insert sarcasm here), the pants have now come back as full-on cropped pants. Good thing cropped pants are sorta in style.... I guess. In other words, take the smart path and don't make my mistakes. Avoid this place at all costs, unless you really enjoy your clothes shrunken to baby size. read more

I found Dry Clean City when I moved jobs and wanted a cleaners closer to my work. Dry Clean City has been wonderful! My clothes always come back fresh and perfectly pressed/cleaned. They also offer same day service! The staff is very courteous. I wish there was a little more counter help, however. It can get a little bogged down. read more

This is my favorite dry cleaners in Dallas! If you have your clothes in by 8am, you can get them back after 5pm. I always took that for granted, but it's much harder to find in California, especially with such great service. I still use Dry Clean City when I'm home and need something cleaned for going out or business, or just pressed from getting all wrinkled in transit (how do some people keep the wrinkles out of suits and nice clothes?!?!). The service is friendly and they take very good care of the clothes and the customers. My brother actually takes a huge load of clothes in every week (double starched jeans and starched polos, ugh) and has been doing so for about 3 years. The only problem we've ever had is clothes that weren't completely dry when we picked them up, and that's happened only twice in 3 years. read more

Had a bit of a scare here! I had some very nice pants ($200) and about 6 dress shirts ($65 each) come back with a double creases, for the pants, and black grease all over my shirts the second time I used this service. I thought I was going to have to bite the bullet and take a loss because the reimbursement policy is only up to 10x's the cost of the service. Roughly $15 each item!! They broke the top button on 21 of my shirts, yes 21, and then had the nerve to tell me they were not responsible for broken buttons. Never step foot in here if you expect to be treated fairly. Attempted to use one of their 99 cent shirt coupons (no restrictions listed) The employee had started putting my information into the system then told me I couldn't use it as I had women's shirts. Accepted this condition, but asked if there were any other restrictions, as the coupon did not state any, said no. Returned with my husbands shirts, the owner was handling my order now and was inputting information into the system, then informed me that the coupon was for new customers only. Explained I was a new customer and his employee had already input my information. The owner wanted to argue with me about being a new customer, until the employee confirmed that I indeed was a new customer. The owner then told me I could not use the coupons, that the shirts I had brought in were not covered by the coupon. I proceeded to ask him since he's the owner and there are NO restrictions listed on the coupon would he please inform of any and all restrictions. He said there were none (no kidding). For 10 years my husband and I have exclusively used Dry Clean City of Farmers Branch. The owner and his wife are very knowledgeable and very nice. The staff is friendly, courteous and efficient. The quality is excellent. They do extra things to make the clothes look especially good. Example, brown burn stains on collars on button up shirts, broken buttons, other customers clothes mixed in with your clothes, if you ask for your shirts to be travel packed if you are going out of town, they forget. They are always very friendly ( know me by my name) and they always do a wondeful job on my clothes.

I went there twice and would NOT go back again. My first visit was fine.... a couple of pants and that's it. On my second and last one.... I dropped around 7 suits, when I got home after picking them up, I noticed that 4 of the pants had been burned on the belt loops and below the waist. When I went to talk with the manager/ (maybe owner?) he told me that it didn't happen there, that I damaged them myself....... that's not true, I noticed the damage right after I got home. Not only he didn't try to apologize or try to find a way to resolve my complaint...... he blame it on me and he was VERY RUDE... almost yelling, at some point I had to tell him to lower his voice. I have to wear a suit everyday and replacing 4 suits will be expensive for me since I am not rich and these are difficult times. I wasn't expecting the cleaners to pay in full for the suits (over $1K).....but I was expecting at least an apology..... all I got was yelling and frustration. MY SUGGESTION TO YOU IS TO AVOID THEM. read more

Since moving to the new location and the new ownership, the service here has been inconsistent at best. The shirts often have a strange smell to them. The last shirts that I got back had red markings all over them that were not there when I dropped the shirts off. They tried unsuccessfully to get the markings out. The only thing the owner was "able to do" was give me a $20 store credit for the damaged shirts. Worthless now that I'm not going to be taking anything back there. read more
