The Kihei Oasis has tons of picnic tables available and if it is a hot day I recommend venturing past the food trucks for some cooler tables. They are known for their fried chicken and wedges, but I usually go for the roast pork with brown gravy. The bento may look small, but it's packed and it's big enough for my son and I to share. I wish I had tried ALL their food honestly. The fried chicken looked unreal, but my heart called for 2 musubis every single time. Wish I had tried the spam musubi with egg. Guess I'll just have to travel back and get some more. The musubis are HOT and delicious right out of the store. I wish they had these everywhere.

I grabbed the Snow Wings again on my last visit, and wow... I forgot how good they are. Super crispy, flavorful, and just one of those "worth-it" indulgences. It is a bit on the pricier side, but honestly, good wings usually are -- and I'm absolutely willing to pay a premium for wings that deliver on flavor. I've tried a few of their other flavors, plus the tteokbokki and snow fries, but Snow is still the standout for me. Can't go wrong though in my opinion!
