One of our best meals on Maui and the place we will visit over and over again due to their food, service and value. My biggest regret is not trying this place on day one of our visit! We only discovered them while shopping on our last day which was a blessing and a curse because we only had them once! Anyway, get the combo if you can't choose between shrimp and fish or tow fish. We went with the ono, per recommendation, and the shrimp. Both were delicious! Added the Mac salad which also has potato which was new and interesting. Very good! Definitely will be back each and every trip back to Maui from now on because the food was great, but service and friendliness even better!

Macaroni and potato salad- highly recommend

Maui Fish'n Chips is indeed, the best fish and chips on the island! Fresh, flakey, tasty, amazing service! Oh how we all loved it! Plenty of options on the menu for the entire family, served hot and made to order! Great service and plenty of seating outside to enjoy. It is however, a bit of a smaller joint so the tables are communal with other restaurants FYI. We would definitely return! Cheers to deliciousness Yelpers! Xx

Fishes are exceptionnel either Cod or Mahi-mahi where delicious. The French fries were crispy and very tasty . I highly recommend this place even though it's little bit pricey

This place was great! Fast service! Good food. The sauces that they provided for your fish and fries were delicious. Everything came out fresh and hot!! We were not disappointed. All of the tables are outside under some string lights. It was a beautiful evening to enjoy a delicious meal outside! Right down the way is the beach where we ended our night watching the sunset.

One of our favorite spots during our recent trip to Maui! We were excited to find a spot that specialized in fish and chips. The have lots of fried fish options, from classic cod to ono and ahi. We got the ono and the fish was really fresh. Loved the crispy fries paired with the fish. Super nice family who checked up on us several times and made sure we had everything we needed while we were there. Order and pay at the counter and find a seat outside. Decent sized parking lot shared with the other stores in the plaza.

Really delicious cod and chips. Hot and crispy with great flavor from fish and batter. Fried zucchini with wasabi ranch was fantastic as well.

We were walking around shopping and randomly came across this place. Best fish and chips I've had in my life. The fish was so crispy on the outside but so tender on the inside. The fries were also delicious. They also served it extremely hot which I loved. I would definitely check this place out and it was so worth it.

Ono fish n chips were very good. My wife loves fish-n-chips and currently our favorite has been SeaPal Cove in Fort Bragg, Ca. This rivaled SeaPal. These were flavorful, not oily, with moist fish. No picture, ate it already... I also liked their coconut shrimp. Service was fine for a quick serve, and you can sit outside and kinda see the ocean Next Day: came back 'cause the wife needed another fix. Just as good, and who knew but I really liked their macaroni salad too. Took a picture this time.

I don't get how this place is so highly rated. The food is tasty and comes out fresh. However, two major knocks. First and foremost, the fish servings are way too small. We ordered 5 entrees--different fish (fried, grilled, and tacos). Each fish portion was 3 ounces at most consisting of 2-3 paper thin fillets no bigger than a playing card. We opted for a mix of fries and rice--both decent servings. Second, they force you to buy bottled water. No cups or water station available. The fish tacos were overloaded with coleslaw and a super sweet dressing. Dialed back it had potential. It's fast casual with counter service. But with $20 plus entree prices, the fish portions should be at least 2x.

Very good fish and chips, I had ono my husband had cod. The fries coated and delicious, I wish we would have just split the fries, so many. Service was great, they came by to check to see if everything was good.

    Volcano fries and fried Mahi

Honestly the best fried fish I had during my stay here in Maui. Such good flavor and fried perfectly. Food came out pretty quick too. I will be reminiscing on this food back at home lol.

Best fried fish, shrimp and onion strips we've ever had anywhere ever! We make sure we come here multiple times every time we are in Maui! Seriously, the've got frying perfected!

A basic restaurant in a small shopping center, but good food and friendly service. A great value, and there is an ice cream place nearby.

He explained that he made the specials of the day while the regular menu was made inside the food truck. We were too full however tempted, and decided to go watch the sunset. But afterwards we wandered back to share a dish, and settled upon the beef special since we hadn't had any all trip. We had the smoked maminha tri-tip steak, Okinawa purple sweet potato, grilled maui onion and broccolini. Beautifully plated on real plates and silverware. No comparison to the so many common $21 food truck entrees and cost just a little more. The owner also is very sociable and enjoys talking about this food in a variety of languages with passers by and customers. On the far end from main entrance to the Kihei Food Oasis, or right at the other entrance, depending on how you enter. I wish we had found it earlier or we would have eaten there more than once!

It comes with two scoops of rice and a small Mac salad. I will tell you that the garlic shrimp was some of the best I have ever had! The Mac salad was one of the better Mac salads we had on our trip but it was still kind of average in my opinion. There were some little crunchy bits under the shrimp that was so flavorful when mixed with the rice. The chicken musubi was a big miss for me. Too much rice and not enough sauce. The service was fast and efficient. I would recommend coming here and would gladly come back. This place is reasonably priced for what you get.
