Second time at Tiffany's, and somehow it was even better than the first! At this point, I think this place is becoming a required stop every time I come to the island. The food? Let's just say there wasn't a single thing on the table I regretted ordering. Everything looked amazing and tasted even better. Honestly, if calories don't count on vacation, I was doing great. Huge shout out to Joe! He kept checking on us to make sure everything was perfect. I told him to surprise me with a drink, and he came back with the Island Magic...and wow, he wasn't kidding. That drink was dangerously good. If I didn't have a flight to catch in an hour, Joe probably would've had me missing my plane! Great food, great drinks, great service, and a clean, welcoming place. What more could you ask for? Tiffany's is officially my #1 must visit spot in Maui. Sheldon Simeon is the owner/chef of the restaurant, who also has another restaurant Tin Roof. I had pretty high expectations for this restaurant and those expectations weren't quite met on some of the dishes. There is a parking lot available, and another lot across the street. Food: We ordered the honey walnut shrimp, miso butterfish, garlic furikake fries, hamachi sashimi, garlic noodles, and crispy chicken. My favorite was the hamachi sashimi. What I enjoyed about this dish was the diced maui onion that offset the citrus from the ponzu. The flavors are light, and refreshing. The most disappointing was the crispy chicken. I thought it was too salty, but that's my preference and salt tolerance. The miso butterfish was also a great dish. The fish was buttery and flavored well. Not too saucy but the perfect amount of sauce. Service: Service is friendly, like most of the restaurants on Maui. The food was served in a timely manner. The ambiance is casual and felt like a bar restaurant. Overall, I'm not sure if I would return. After ordering 6-7 dishes, I wanted to be blown away by at least 4-5 of them, but that wasn't the case. These are my favorite go-to menu items at Tiffany's for date night or a girls' night out. A little bit of everything, ending with the ube cheesecake, and you really can't go wrong. The steak bites are a must for me, and the honey walnut shrimp is a signature item from the old Tiffany's days that never disappoints. The crispy pork belly is hubby's favorite, with that perfect crunch. And that ube cheesecake is light and not overly sweet, so you don't walk away feeling overly stuffed. We went on a busy night. Ryan was our server. You can see the photos of what we ordered. We didn't have to wait too long for our food. We did try to order fried rice without the garlic, but we were told it was already premixed. My hubby can't eat the garlic, so we couldn't have what we wanted. We have been here before and the food was really good. This time everything was just okay. The Mai Thai was made with coconut and I didn't like that, so I didn't finish it. We found Tiffany's Restaurant from a recommendation by a local, and that recommendation absolutely delivered. One of the biggest struggles in Maui is finding really good places open for lunch, so this spot instantly earned bonus points for that alone. The second the food started hitting the table, it was game over. Everything we ordered was ridiculous. Not "pretty good." Not "solid." Straight up 10/10 across the board. We started with the poke and it was FIRE. Super fresh, packed with flavor, and one of those dishes where everybody at the table suddenly goes quiet because they're too busy eating. Then the crispy pork belly came out looking like something a chef would enter into a competition. Crispy outside, tender inside, topped with onions and greens, sitting in this rich sauce that made me want to lick the bowl in public and risk embarrassment. The honey walnut shrimp was unreal too. Crispy shrimp covered in this glossy sweet sauce with candied walnuts on top. Dangerous food. The kind where you keep saying "one more bite" until the bowl is empty. The kimchi fried rice was another standout. Smoky, spicy, savory, loaded with flavor, and honestly some of the best fried rice I've had on the island. Even the fries were somehow amazing. How do you make fries memorable? Apparently Tiffany's figured it out. The restaurant itself has a really fun vibe. Busy but relaxed. Staff was super friendly, attentive, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Portions were generous, prices were reasonable for Maui, and every dish looked like it was made by someone who actually cared about food instead of just trying to turn tables. Locals told me this place was created by the same chef behind Tin Roof, chef Sheldon, which made complete sense after eating here. You can tell there's real creativity and flavor behind everything coming out of that kitchen. This ended up being one of my favorite meals of the trip. If you're in Maui and want incredible local food without the super touristy resort vibe, Tiffany's is an absolute must-try. I hear that if you want dinner here you will wait. On an island where things shut down early, we were saved by Tiffany's, open till 10. We slid in at 9 after a long day, and this spot became the highlight. Value, taste, and vibe--this had it all. The fried tofu had a nice sauce but could have been crispier. The short ribs? Perfectly done--that Korean fusion touch. The star was this Filipino crispy, lemon-pepper chicken, juicy and unforgettable--still craving it back home. We were welcomed warmly and seated right away even though we were early for our reservation. Our server was so friendly and told us about the history of the restaurant and reinforced our belief that this was a place loved by locals and tourists. He also guided our ordering (portions are BIG) and we ended up with a delicious and just right lunch of Teri Chicken, kim chee fried rice and brussel sprouts. Many years ago at I attended Oahu fish auction one of the Bidders told me that if I soften my eyes, I would see the real Hawaii. Tiffany's dining room last night was the story of Maui, relaxing and celebrating. The table in front of me was a Chinese family who brought their patriarch for a birthday dinner. He seemed appropriately, embarrassed as the the staff and the restaurant sang happy birthday. When I sat down at the table, I saw a cleaning contractor I know who brought his sons for special night out raving about the steak bites. Behind me, it appeared that there was there was another island family having a second birthday party for their child, while mom was holding a newborn. All of this is why I was celebrating the visit of my brother and sister-in-law from California They enjoyed the food the restaurant and I was just really happy to be a part of it eating that fantastic fried chicken watching my brother ordering a second garlic with noodles for the table. Life slowed down for a minute which is so necessary. Of course it wouldn't happen without the staff. Brendan was so gracious to us as he sat us and told us about the menu and Elijah was right there for us if we need anything. We decided to stop at Tiffany's after a day of golf. The restaurant has been updated and brighter. The appetizers we ordered were really good. We ordered pickled cucumbers which were so yummy that we ordered another order! Also ordered 2 styles of French Fries and they were hot and crispy, also ordered the Mando (fried pot stickers) nice! The service was spot on! The reason for a 4 star is Tiffany's is kind of spendy, a glass of house wine was $15 making me not want to order another, perhaps if they re-adjust their prices I would return. read more

We ordered steak bites it came out with hard meat and big huge chunks of white onion.(always came out sizzling before) we complained, they heated up the dish and with the biggest glob of butter, was gross. We also got the banchan duo, for $8 you only get a tiny amount of both kimchee and pickle shoyu onions. (My opinion, not worth the money). It's our local goto joint that appeals to almost everyone. Conveniently located on Lower Main across from our CrossFit box on the ancient Maui corner of Mill and Main. Plenty parking in the overflow lot across the street. Lots of holdovers from previous owners like Steak Bites, Honey Walnut Shrimp and Garlic Noodles. The dining room is cleared of smoke and a little brighter than before with clear sight lines and a long wall of booths. Painted patterns decorate the back wall. And lighting is easier to see food, and each other. Younger cooks and staff are pretty efficient. Food comes out as it's cooked. Bar has improved with mixers and cocktails. The Melona Sour is fashioned after the popsicle. It's blended with Midori, and vodka until it's frothy and foamy. Garlic Noodles, seared beef, shrimp, dumplings and pickles all have a place to pick at. Lively and inviting without barflies, rough trade or stumblers to hop over. Glad Sheldon improved and streamlined the joint for bread and butter locals, but welcomes visitors too. read more

The honey walnut shrimp was over battered. The fried rice was hard and not good. The service was aok and we waited for a bit to be seated but it wasn't that long. We did have reservations but still had to wait 15 minutes. The drinks were above average, which was a good thing. The bathrooms were clean and the restaurant was dimly lit but nothing too dark. We read rave reviews about Tiffany's and were very excited to stop by and try it for ourselves! After venturing out to the Road to Hana and before we headed back to our hotel in Wailea, we stopped by Tiffany's for dinner around 5pm on a Friday and did not have to wait to get seated. I would say that is the latest you can stop in without a reservation on a Friday as the entire restaurant filled up while we were dining. They had some cool specials on the Migrant (limited time) menu and we started with an oyster shooter, and the hamachi sashimi. We also got the Local Kale Salad, Garlic Bok Choy, and "Just like Ox Tail" soup with noodles. The hamachi slices are THICK and are excellent to sop up the ponzu and onion sauce. If you like getting hamachi sashimi in ponzu restaurants, this is much thicker. The kale salad was crisp and I liked the added salted cucumbers. The garlic bok chop was tasty too. We ordered one too many green dishes and did not end up finishing both dishes. The Ox Tail soup was very tasty and the noodles were great soak up all the delicious broth. There was a decent amount of beef too. Tiffany's is a solid option and I would recommend it to someone going to Maui.
