That said, I still really appreciate what this spot is all about. Everything is made to order, from tacos and mulitas to quesadillas and their Sunday-only barbacoa (get there early if you want to try it--it's first come, first served!). What keeps me rooting for them is that they're a non-profit and proceeds go toward supporting the children and youth of local churches.
