This cute little taco truck with outdoor seating is nestled between TJ maxx and longs parking lot. The service was fast and friendly. Cash only here... luckily it's right next to bank of Hawaii as I didn't have that much cash on me. I ordered the fish and chicken combo plate $15. The fish and chicken were pretty dry and sadly no cheese or queso fresco. Beans and rice were ok. My husband got the shrimp burrito and steak and birria tacos. He said the shrimp burrito was super ono ! Sadly the tacos were so very plain no cheese. After we dressed it up with the salsa bar options and added our own cheese from home as we got it to go it was good. My picky daughter got the birria quesadilla she liked it. My total was $58 for everything. Not cheap but nothing is in Maui anymore. I believe the salsa bar is the star of the show here. Will be back for the shrimp burrito!

This little taco truck is in a nicely shaded corner off of Puunene Ave. it's in eyeshot of Maui Mall facing the newer Subway location. Friendly service that helps you navigate the extensive Taqueria menu. Birria Tacos are served on a paper plate with 2 pan fried tacos filled with braised red beef, Birria stock, refried beans and rice. You grab a host of condiments in 1 ounce PC cups that can include red and green sauces, onions, cilantro, jalapeños en escabeche, sliced radishes, limes etc... Pick a tiny table under a shade tree and watch out for tiny chicks. Nice little lighted backyard that allows plenty of parking. You can BYOB if you pick up from Longs. Great crisp flavors, simple preparation and just enough for lunch. A few added fried tortilla chips would have been stellar, but are available ala carte as are guacamole or nachos.

Omg what a fantastic mexican food truck in Hawaii. Stopped by for dinner and this place does not disappoint. We ordered their pastor, shrimp tacos & birria taco combos. Everything was delicious but the pastor and shrimp tacos were beyond amazing. The best part about this food truck is their salsa bar where you can add additional sauces and toppings to your tacos. We had their spicy red sauce and green sauce and they were flavorful which just elevated the taste of tacos. Tobi was our server and he was great and service was quick. They have cute little outdoor seating with ambient lights. But these tacos are as authentic as they can get. Highly recommend when in Maui.

Asada burrito and tacos

Hands down the best tacos I've EVER had!! Incredible service, the owner and workers are sweethearts. I'm coming back to Maui just for these tacos. Absolute must have while in Maui!!!

I was not impressed. I wanted to support a local business so picked this food truck. I spent 43$ for a two taco plate, burrito and chips. The chips tasted store bought and old. I also ordered one fish taco, one asada taco but got two asadas. Their salsa bar was good which is the one positive thing I'll say. The Food was mediocre for the price and portion size. Would not recommend.

I was leaving TJMaxx looking for a quick lunch and across the carpark I spied this food truck and was intrigued..... I'm always ready for a taco so I wandered over. Wow, what a charming little place they have carved out of the car park! Lights strung above pretty blue chairs, different seating spots hidden in the greenery and a nice deck to relax on. They got me on the pretty decor, never mind the ridiculously good tacos. I decided on one shrimp taco, one fish taco (I don't eat meat) and a side of guac. It arrived quickly on a disposable plate and smelled delicious. While the shrimp was really good, the fish was reminiscent of Rubios, my fave. Both were well seasoned with coleslaw (could have been a little less so it didn't overwhelm the protein) and a good sized portion. The guac was a little different, not so much avocado and a little wet, but really good to dip your tacos in. The salsa bar is the real deal, bright pink tangy pickled onions, sliced radish, the hot sauce was definitely hot, and fresh limes to provide a citrus hit. If it doesn't make you nose run it isn't hot enough :) Lunch hit the taco spot and I'm interested to try their torta and quesadilla in future. The folk serving the food were friendly, greeted everyone, and had a few regulars they knew by name, always a good sign! Great little place in the corner of a car park that delivers authentic Mexican food. Muchas Gracias

The service was quick and friendly. There is adequate parking needed for the food truck. They have an expansive salsa bar for a food truck. They do have seating near the truck and if the weather is nice it is worth eating there. My burrito was delicious. I will definitely be returning and taking my family.

We tried the cow tongue soft taco and the al-pastor cheese taco. Both were very good. Service was a little slow for a not busy time.

This a food safety and professionalism issue from 3/23/25 @5PM:…read more A fly was crawling around on my salad while I was waiting to pay. When I notified the staff member who was making the salads, she replaced a part of the salad instead of remaking it and continued using the same gloves afterward. I clarified that fly was one more than that one spot and asked for a new salad please. She appeared visibly frustrated. I did not mind waiting until the person behind me was finished being helped, especially since she was the only other person in line. As someone who has worked in the food industry, I understand that situations like this can happen. However, proper food safety protocol would require discarding the contaminated item and changing gloves before preparing new food. This was not done. While remaking the salad, she whispered to a coworker, who then looked at me and laughed. That really topped of my experience. So my question is would you want to eat that salad?

If you want something fresh and support local produce from Maui Farms, Fork & Salad is the spot…read more They have 3 locations, this Kahului one near Target is by my workplace and also Kihei and their new Lahaina location. I usually have my 2 go to's. I do love the Lemon & Thyme Chicken Sandwich (you can ask for it to be in a wheat wrap with no extra cost or Gluten Free wrap which would cost extra). If you opt for the wrap, there's no side salad but if you opt for the sandwich, they should include the side salad and a side of Kimchee Banana peppers. I usually ask for more because portions can be small. The ciabatta bread the sandwich comes in is freshly made on island but can be huge and even if I cut it in half, everything starts falling out so I prefer the wrap at times. The Ancient Grain bowl is my other go to. It's basically a Greek Salad but with Quinoa and Red Cabbage and it comes with Tzatziki sauce and a Lemon Herb vinaigrette. If you love soup, there's a Butternut Squash that's quite addicting, Tomato Bisque that tastes delicious like a Marinara sauce and if I need some protein, I opt for the Lamb Chili. Always ask for a side of Gluten Free or Sourdough bread! The staff here is always so friendly and accommodating. If it wasn't for the point system with my phone number linked, I don't think I'd come here as much. When I accumulate points, I'll usually hit the first tier and get a free cookie or free lemonade to redeem but I've also gotten a free salad too without protein if I eat here more often.

You order then sit (I believe) as thats what most people were doing. They bring you your food (think pancake & Waffles) when it's ready and you grab your own condiments. I ordered The Bento because I couldn't make up my mind. It included rice, mac salad,1 slice spam, Mochiko Chicken, BBQ Beef, and 2 large pieces of Shrimp Katsu. Mochiko Chicken is light and crispy and the Shrimp Katsu was battered and huge. The BBQ Beef was succulent and juicy however the sauce wasn't overwhelming. Spam is spam. The rice was a tad dry however the mac salad was good. I did not eat any of the other plates however since all were empty, Im assuming it was Ono. Next to the register there is a display case with various desserts. The next day going home, we stopped by to grab some dessert. The Lava Rocks come in a pair at $5.50. Moist, soft and super chocolaty. The chocolate haupia bar was very nice and not overly sweet. The Chantilly brownie was very chocolaty with a hint of Chantilly and nuts only on top. Both bars were a Shareable size. Overall the staff is very helpful and friendly, the restaurant itself, very bright & open and the food was very Ono! Highly recommend.

Upon entering the restaurant, we enjoyed hearing upbeat music and hubby and I were warmly greeted by an employee named Josh. Hubby informed the employee about his but allergy and the employee said the restaurant was but free except the peanut sauce in one of the menu items. After reviewing the menu, I decided to try their Asian teriyaki chicken rice bowl with nozzarella sticks and hubby ordered their pulled pork fries. In addition to our food, I ordered a Hawaiian sunset to drink which is their version of an Arnold Palmer and hubby ordered a lemonade. As we waited for our food to be ready, we noticed an area with non-food items for sale including glass cup, a shirt, a graphic similar to the on in the restaurant sitting area, and silverware. The nozzarella sticks were crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside and served with a side of marinara sauce. My Asian teriyaki chicken rice bowl was full and filling and I was shocked when I saw it not only contained full baby carrots. The pulled pork fries had the perfect balance of tenderness through the well seasoned pulled pork served on top of crunchy French fries. Since we at inside the restaurant, we appreciated Josh regularly checking in to ask how we were enjoying our meal as well as providing suggestions for other places in the area with vegan or plant based food options. We enjoyed the food, conversation and good vibes with Josh so much that we returned the next day. During our second visit, I ordered a chicken gyro and a crème brûlée which hubby ordered the BRB burger with fries, a side on onion rings, and a slice of avocado toast. Considering we were crunched for time, we took our food to go and similar to our first visit, the food was phenomenal. The chicken gyro was flavorful with several sauces and the onion rings were perfectly crunchy on the outside and the sauces Josh provided were creamy. Hubby's mind was blown away by the presentation of the avo toastie (he said this avocado toast was the best her ever had) and despite not being a big eater of sweets, he thoroughly enjoyed the crème brûlée which was soft and sweet. Given Josh's positive energy as well as creative and delicious food, if you are vegan, vegetarian, or veg-curious, I suggest you walk, not run to Earth Aloha Eats.
