I admit it, I have a Subway addiction, and this store is my go to when I'm on the other side shopping. After a jaunt around TJ Maxx I visited for a quick lunch and ordered my usual 6 inch veggie with chips n a milk. Unfortunately I was a clutz and lost hold on the slippy bottle due to condensation, tried to regrab it, failing miserably, and ended up spraying it all over the window, 2 seats, the edge of the table and all over the floor!! :( I sheepishly told the cashier what a mess I had made and she was sooooo nice about it, told me to grab another milk from the fridge and they would take care of the spill. I tried my best to clean the table, chairs and window with napkins to help out. I was blown away by the fact they didn't complain about the mess, didn't reproach me, were friendly and understanding and replaced the milk I accidentally sprayed around their restaurant! So many heartfelt Mahalos to the staff at my fave Subway. The way the staff react to such accidents show their real customer service, and this store rocks! 10/10 read more

I never had a bad experience with subway yet, I got the All-Pro Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki- Wrap , I prefer the wrap less messy Service was good I do order mines online so it's ready by the time I get there, I always ask for Jalapeños on the side too. This is one of the newer locations so no need to renovate yet, but the sitting is a bit crowded I don't think I'll be able to sit and hang out here tbh. read more

I order here probably once a week since I work nearby. They're a super busy location, so I always mobile order. Picking up is a breeze. They're always so friendly and my order (as well as my co-workers orders) is always correct. They make a good sandwich for a very reasonable price. Lately I've been a little obsessed with their breakfast wraps. They chock it full of egg, meat and whatever veggies you want. So good! Since they moved into their new and cleaner space, the restaurant has better parking and more seating. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Even though there was a long line, they were patient and acknowledged their regular customers. I enjoy their specials of the day where you can get a complete meal with 6 inch sandwich. They are a great deal. However, they have lots of other options. They moved away from the punch rewards cards and instituted a rewards program with a magnetic card. The only reason this isn't a 5 star is because their credit card machine wasn't working. I would also like to see the rewards program on an app, as I'm trying to reduce the number of cards I keep on my wallet. read more

They were out of the bread I wanted, but they made my order accurate and fast. I riddled off my order mercilessly, they got it down the first time and they don't skimp on the veggies. Today I had the mango bbq sandwhich with lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, and banana peppers. Tasted great with jalepeno chips and a soup. The downsides to this location are the frequent lines and limited parking. On the plus side, large dining room, and veteran staff. Service can be quick or slow depending on who's in line and what and how many things they're ordering of course. Despite how busy they are in the new location, they still serve subs with a smile. I was fortunate enough to order ahead. 10 minutes after I called, they were finishing up the last ingredients on my sandwiches. So happy I didn't have to wait in the line. Another bonus, they also had a whole cooler case selection of pre made sandwiches made just that day. I think that this is super helpful for folks on a limited time for their lunch break. Be sure to check out their Hawaiian favorites menu. This time around however, I tried one of their new flatbreads. Despite the price being a little surprising, this is actually a flatbread meal big enough for 2 adults. Be sure to park closer to TJ max side when you come to the new location. read more

This review is probably most based on their customer service here. I like this location because it is in a great location on the outside of Maui Mall. I usually go to this location during their busy, busy lunch rushes and they are always great here. Last week I tried a different sandwich that I see a lot of people ordering and I asked for suggestions on what people usually like to add to it and I was very pleased with my sandwich. While I was in line, a man who just got his drink cup was really upset because their ice machine was not working. As the man got loud and was very angry, the employees kept their composure and were still very nice to him and offered him a bottled beverage. When I got to the cashier and it was time for me to pay, I was told that their receipt machine was also broken. I felt very sorry for them. They were super busy but still seemed to be hustling and keeping their smiling faces. The staff that they have right now is great so I will continue to frequent this location. Eat fresh was on my mind for lunch on this beautiful day in Hawai'i, so, decided on this place. Haven't came by since they relocated and I wasn't disappointed one bit! They were quite busy when I got there, but, I was able to place my order quickly. As I approached to check out the menu, I was greeted by a sandwich artist ready to help me. He was very friendly and patient with helping me put my sandwich together. I didn't get his name, but, I did manage to meet Hanna! I'm guessing she is the manager there! She really displayed great team work and great customer service!!! Why, why, why do I keep patronizing this Subway? A summary of my experiences over the last ten years: - My sandwiches have been haphazardly thrown together (So terribly made that I can't even pick it up to eat it without it falling apart.) - Finding a dead lizard in my sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich. Not kidding. My mom took it back to complain and they offered her another sandwich for free. Uh ... pass. - Biting into a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich (not the same one mentioned above) and getting a weird bloody, cartilage-y piece. - Dispensing ice from the soda machine and finding little pieces of grass (???) in my cup.(Yes, my cup was clean BEFORE I started dispensing.) - Unfriendly staff. (I'm generalizing, there may be one or two friendly people.) - Inattentive staff - example: The last time I went to this Subway was about a week ago and the guy behind me told the gal working BEFORE she started making his sandwich that he wanted it cut in thirds. She agreed and then proceeded to cut it in half. Uh... what?
