The second spot was in the old Kmart which is now a UHaul. While I have yet to step foot into their newest outpost which is next to Panda Express near Walmart, I've had takeout brought to me. FOOD: Detroit-Style Deep Dish Ultimate Supreme The crust is outstanding. Thick, chewy and moist with crisped edges. Toppings are pepperoni, Italian sausage, onions, green peppers and horrifyingly, canned mushrooms. Come on!? It comes in only one size and isn't customizable (you can't even remove unwanted toppings, online anyway). OVERALL: Replace those nasty canned fungi with fresh ones and allow toppings customization, then we'd be talking a 5-star shiner.

The guy working behind the bar was one of the rudest people she's ever encountered in customer service--and she's worked in the industry for years. Instead of being helpful, he had a terrible attitude and acted like customers were an inconvenience. When you're working in an airport where people are already stressed and just trying to get something to eat, basic courtesy shouldn't be too much to ask. I honestly don't understand why a place would have someone with such a bad attitude in a customer-facing job like this. Experiences like this make people go out of their way to avoid a place--and that's exactly what we'll be doing from now on.
